There is one so called "white nationalist" parade, and the right is all Nazi, all the time. All whites are uber dangerous armed totalitarian Nazis, no questions asked.It is the ONLY conclusion.
However, the left, which includes a number of minorities on this case, can go on a freaking violent rampage, destroying everything in sight and it's no biggie. They're just "expressing their first amendment rights," and their anger is "completely justified."
I hope they find out that some are being paid. That changes the situation dramatically, since then they could potentially go from rioters to "mercenaries."

It only takes one person to carry such a thing. Determining the exact make up of a mob is like reading goat entrails from a distance. That's why there's some truth to groups complaining that they were peaceful and that "other elements entered into the picture".
Then again, holding such protests invites the violent groups, which the first set of groups may be counting on. hard to discern, even harder to prove.

There are always unforeseen events that could either intensify or reverse current trends. We just don't know - hell in 1960, who could have predicted what the country would be like in 1970?

Anonymous was largely disbanded and reformed in 2007-2008. The old Anonymous "HACKERS ON STEROIDS" for the most part was overtaken by social justice activists during Operation Chanology and they never really came back.

Yep. I remember the night riots broke out in Milwaukee. I had driven home from my sister's place in the 'burbs to the my neighborhood and all was quiet. Because I hadn't played the radio, I had no idea that anything at all was going on until I came to AOSHQ and 'rons and 'ettes were telling me to stay safe. Huh? I turned on Fox then and it looked and they made it sound like the entire city was ablaze. In reality those riots took place in the space of a few city blocks.

I'll recount it as best I can. I was at the range, and the gun was in single action. I was bringing the gun back on target, and my finger was too close the trigger guard. It felt like I did no more than brush the side of the trigger with my finger and I discharged the weapon. I was pointing downrange so no damage or injury. Needless to say my trigger discipline has been impeccable since then.

I have a similar pistol - Hungarian. And the DA trigger pull is ridiculous. You practically have to brace the backstrap against the bottom of your foot and pull with both hands.

The metro St. Louis population is 2.8 million. The poor old City of St. Louis population is 315000.
And even most City residents haven't encountered all this bullshit!
I guess because Busch Stadium is in the City, everyone who DOESN'T know any better assumes that the City & the metro area are pretty much the same thing.
Most white AND black middle class people left the City of St. Louis way back when. There are of course many good people who still live there, but... thanks to the media, the tail is walking the dog BIGTIME.

If one knows almost anything about any important policy area, it is a cause of wonderment that the US is not already Zimbabwe, or at least the UK.
And most people I know actually think the "news" has any relationship to what would be the actual news, with a real press.
Along with institutional rot (which encompasses a collapse in standards), the main reason I remain very pessimistic overall.

Nope, I think you are referring to the protests at UWM when Milo spoke there, which were really no big deal. I don't remember any other disturbances in that area. They protest because they are idiot college kids, but no riots - yet.
I was referring to the riots that broke out in the Sherman Park area (once nice, now not so nice) when a black cop shot a black kid who was clearly threatening him, thus causing BLM to run out and burn down a few businesses. A woman in the area was interviewed who was quite indignant at the riots - because they burned down the hair weave shop instead of white people's neighborhoods...
Happened sometime during the summer of 2016.

I REALLY wish that these "protesters" would be correctly identified. They are rioters immediately after the first missile leaves a hand, or personal/public property is damaged /ruined.
Then they may be dealt with as such. Continuing to call them protestors is flat wrong.

Yes the double action pull is brutal. Barely pullable. The spring kit makes it just heavy. Single action did not get too scary. An accurate little pistol even with the tiny sights.
However, it is a painful gun to shoot. Really transfers that recoil to the hand. Tried some hobbyist aftermarket grips etc. Finally ended up adjusting my grip to be a bit loose--can't really describe it. That worked OK.

Maybe a .22 is carried at a riot for self protect, but for causing trouble. Lower sound signature, etc makes it a bit easier to get away with firing it. Were I so inclined, I'd give some thought to a Beretta 950 in 22 short.
Then again, it might only be what the miscreant had ready access to.
