What Happened? (MJ)

Talk about a book no one will read. Jeez. This whole explanation tour and accompanying excuses for Hillary's big fat whiff is as embarrassing as the time she tried to tell an urban radio show that she carries hot sauce in her purse to prove she was down for the struggle.

Or the time she went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to proclaim her robust health and then passed out and got chucked into van like a side of beef just two weeks later.

Or the time she got roasted by Donny Two Scoops at the Red Dinner.

Or the time she tried to create moments of spontaneity by taking a road trip in an all black, government style, secret service protected 'scooby van' to Iowa to mix it up with ordinary folks.

The list goes on and on. She's cringe inducing x nervous laughter, to the ninth power of infinity.

But the title of her book, which sucks, reminded me of something Jennifer Palmieri said at the Harvard IOP conference--a forum that serves as a first draft of history of the campaign from its most prominent figures, minus the candidates.

...so I think it's a big part of what happened to Hillary-- and that's why when you hear people today say things like, 'there's something about her I just don't like, there's something about her I just don't trust.'

And if you look back at the interviews from the 1992 campaign with man on the street interviews you'll see people saying, 'you know there's something about her I just don't like, there's something about her I just don't trust.'

And, I think it's how challenging of a person she was as a baby boomer and a first woman.

Palmieri, bless her heart, was trying to explain that Hillary! was so awesome that she had no peer and therefore couldn't be measured or compared to mere mortals.

In truth, she hit it directly on the head the first time. People don't like Hillary.

Not 25 years ago and not today.

FYNQ.

Nah, not a mystery. Money. The Clintons have been using their foundation, her PACs to fund other Democrat candidates' national campaigns. She was doing that from the get-go as a NY Senator, making sure House and Senate incumbents were flush with Clinton ca$h. They all owe her.
Same goes for people in the MSM and elsewhere in DC. Money and/or political influence (say, getting you or a loved one a job, into a school, etc.) at just the right moment buys you a lot of good will and the Clintons know just how to do it.

Bill is the better liar and more charming, so he could hide it better...for a while.

Hillary was thrown off the House Watergate committee back in 1974 for "unethical conduct" when she was fresh out of Law School.

She's a habitual liar, even when she doesn't have to be.

I could go on, but it's not just because she's "a woman".

Margaret Chase Smith (R Senator, Maine) was nominated for the Presidency at the Republican convention in 1964, and they all applauded her (at the convention, she lost of course) because she had the respect of the Party.

I didn't care for Geraldine Ferraro's politics, running as Walter Mondales VP, but she was a fairly honest politician.

I don't want a woman President at all costs. That is obviously insane. Do I want a ginger president even if they are an axe wielding homicidal maniac?

"Dear, her records and policy stances are what should determine whether she should be president, and her record and policies are so off base that it outweighs the fact that she is a woman. And the fact that she is a woman doesn't even carry any weight as to whether she should be president"

Honestly. It's like all the men Presidents are like urine collecting in the bladder of feminists, and as soon as a woman is elected, they will breathe a sigh of relief. But this is insane. Maybe gender was a factor in the past, and it shouldn't have been. That's too bad. Well, it STILL should NOT BE a factor.

164 there IS something about Hillary, that I don't like

(sounds like "Something about Mary")

let's see ... she did some research paper about Saul Alinsky tactics, a commie style subversive who got ideas from Al Capone ... that might be one distasteful thing.

she got fired from the Watergate investigation and her own Democrat peeps called her deceptive and treacherous, or some such

The blow and hookers flowing through the Little Rock mansion, and the hidden Rose papers later found in the White House ... hmmm, nothing curious about that, even if CIA was part and parcel.

pretty long list ... what is said is that this corrupt lying woman was chosen by the commie left ... and fully supported by our deep state syndicate.

Why does ANYONE support her that is not part of the deep state and/or globalist regime? Well, they may fear being prosecuted Soviet style by the IRS/CIA/FBI etc, pick the poison. Or being deep-sixed if one makes waves. But is submission for fear of Soros/Rosenstein/Mueller mafia going to win the day?

Maybe ... but the end game is not finished yet. It will get messy. They seem to have Trump by the short ones, but that is not the last hurrah.

188 What happened? God didn't want her to be President.

I cannot gauge all of Hillary's motives. I think deep down before whatever her loses and griefs and woundings were she wanted to be a good person and make a positive difference in the lives of people. However, I think all her loses and griefs have made her a very angry and bitter person and that she thinks (subconsciously perhaps) that her loses will be made up with power and getting back at people who hurt and betrayed her, but she can't do that since some of the people who hurt her are dead. For a person who claims religious faith I don't know that as an adult-as opposed to a girl in Confirmation class) she has ever repented of her sins and submitted herself to Christ daily.

if I thought there was some way to reach her I would volunteer to be her Spiritual advisor. I'm far, far from perfect, but I would do that because I think I might be some help to her and unlike so many people in her life I don't want her political patronage or need to be paid off

204 re 155: he said "I did not have sex with that woman"

I am pretty sure that I remember that odd moment when he pointed a finger at one of the guys from the old "McNeil and Lehrer Report" and said "I did not have sexual relations with that woman... Ms Lewinsky..."

which was a double jerk: because (a) 'sexual relations' can specifically refer to PIV intercourse, which they apparently didn't have and (b) I like how he felt it was necessary to specify that he was talking about the 'portly pepperpot' and not his wife.

but let's not forget about Billy J coaching his secretary. You could always see and hear everything, right..? He got tons of credit for things that Gingrich and the Repubs forced on him.

I'm so grateful that it will never happen, but I completely believe that Hillary looked at people like us as her "subjects to be". And that is creepy as all hell.

IOW, she's a sleazy, supercilious creep, and people sense it and it puts them off, even if they can't articulate the reason why.

It's like when you meet a stranger who's a schizophrenic, or a sociopath. He or she might be acting perfectly rationally at the moment, but you can sense there is something off about the person. Your internal radar is sending you warning signals: proceed with caution, there is potential for great danger here. Same with Hillary.

DO NOT DONATE ITEMS TO HARVEY RELIEF.

For some reason, we're still down here in South Texas. Why? Because we're still running supply centers for people, because these fucking county commissioners want us to. But Walmart and other stores are open, and the flooding is almost entirely gone.

I'm now plowing through my allotment of vacation days and will soon start getting docked pay at my civilian job, all because local politicians see us as a method for getting free shit to people and winning votes.

I came for flood assistance. I am staying for public assistance.

Socialism lives.

371 So, on the list of reasons why she lost, do we yet see:
Sanders supporters who skipped election day because HRC and Debbie Whatzershitz Schultz colluded against him? Or who skipped out on ellection day because HRC and CNN's Brazile discussed ways to cheat against Sanders in the debates?

Then after Debbie had to resign as head of the DNC, didn't Hillz hire her? Nice F**k you to Sanders supporters.

Sanders endorsed her like the good little politician he is, but I'm better some of his supporters weren't so forgiving.

Posted by: nerdygirl at September 10, 2017 09:07 PM (+lVUW)

372 Who cares about her? Real issue is how a stupid, sociopathic criminal like er could ever have any job of responsibility, much less be SecState or a candidate for prez.

Of course that the country was already degraded beyond recognition was well known long before. Like when she first entered the public spotlight, during her bumbling sociopathic husband's disastrous first term.

Recall now, the "natural political talent" Bill - working closely with her - managed to put a torpedo into his own amidships with their idiotic "Hillarycare" disaster. An idiotic fiasco so outlandish that the hapless Bill was actually saying, in public, at a presser, that "the president is still relevant" afterwards. Yet the idiotic conventional wisdom is that Bill was a shrewd politician, or shrewd anything.

Idiot was a lightweight in all things, politically inept, and would have been the second Jimmy Carter except that instead of domestic and international challenges occurring in his term, he was a bystander to a once-in-a-generation economic transitional boom, and the criminal incompetence of his foreign policy ineptness only bore fruit (in the form of thousands of dead Americans) in his successor's time.

But a country dumbed-down, misinformed, and irresponsible enough to think Bill was anything but a disaster from the get-go was just about certain to elect the absurd non-entity of Obama in 2008. Who did more damage than Bill.

419 Dear Diary-

What happened? This year was supposed to be my year. Freshman year my boyfriend Bill got to be drum major for the big Thanksgiving Day parade and I had to watch from the sidelines. Then Sophomore year that nerd John Kerry Albert Gore were co-drum majors and I didn't even get to watch the parade. Junior year I was all set to be drum major but Mr. Jacobsen said that the new kid from Hawaii or Kenya or whatever was selected by popular demand and it would help the minority students feel some school pride for the first time in their lives. Duh, whatever!

So this year was my turn!!!! Everybody has told me so all year long. Drum major tryouts were today and Mr. Jacobsen pulled me aside and said, "Just be yourself, Hillzy, it's in the bag."
First they announced Bernard would get to be first trumpet in the band, fine, throw him a bone. Then they announced Timmy Kaine would be driving the homecoming queen's float. Fine, that's not drum major, that job's not worth a bucket of warm spit. The only other person who even tried out was Donnie Drump, that little bully. I probably had fifty more votes than him. I hate him, I hate him, I H-A-T-E him!

So Mr. Jacobsen announces the final two positions for the parade and Donnie gets to be drum major while I got stuck with being the elephant pooper scooper upper.

What happened? Elephant poop, that's what!

Oh well, maybe I'll intentionally flunk this years classes and try again next year!

442 I see I didn't express my thought well.

When I said more of us would like her, I meant Americans in general, not Horde members who can see through her fake persona.

I'm inclined to not worry about whether another person is to my taste, whether their personality or looks appeal to me. I'm kinda live and let live.

But, if I am told a person is super-wonderful when they are quite evidently not nice or attractive and then I'm pressured to express agreement, it kinda creeps me out. Then I go from neutral to negative.

So I think there would be fewer people with negative impressions of Hillary and Michelle if we hadn't been inundated with hagiographic treatment 24-7.

Does that make more sense?

You must be dwarves or elves or halfllings
We cannot use hobbits or Tolkien is suing!

I will start this adventure and we'll have fun plenty!

Its saving throw time, see if you die!
