Judge to State Department: Look Harder For Hillary Clinton's Benghazi Emails
I can't believe we still have to rely on judges when, supposedly, we took over the government seven months ago.
The Deep State is its own country with its own laws.A federal judge has ordered the State Department to search the "state.gov" email accounts of Hillary Clinton aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jacob Sullivan for records related to Benghazi, as part of a watchdog’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Amit Mehta made the call Tuesday, describing the FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch in March 2015 as "a far cry from a typical FOIA case." He noted that "Secretary Clinton used a private e-mail server located in her home, to transmit and receive work-related communications during her tenure as Secretary of State."The State Department argued that further searching was likely to be unfruitful.
But Mehta wrote that the State Department "has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the state.gov email server."Gee I guess they forgot to check that. Saw the same thing in the Navy. The good/competent people were promoted or left the Navy, while the bad or incompetent valued the stability, as if they innately know they have too much of a good thing.
It is not the pay structure or the American taxpayer that is responsible. It is an offshoot of a lack of profit motive that allows deadweight to persist or secondary consideration such as political reliability to win out over performance or competence.

Saw the same thing in the Navy. The good/competent people were promoted or left the Navy, while the bad or incompetent valued the stability, as if they innately know they have too much of a good thing.
It is not the pay structure or the American taxpayer that is responsible. It is an offshoot of a lack of profit motive that allows deadweight to persist or secondary consideration such as political reliability to win out over performance or competence.

Same thing in my little section of the MSFT empire. Everyone, or almost everyone, competent has left. Those who can find other jobs, have. What's left over are the frustrated, the H1B guys who can't find other work and the incompetents.

Why did I leave?
For Seven years after being hired I busted my ass for every additional certification and job skill training I could find. Each came with a pay increase.
Then, eight years in, the department called a meeting and told everyone that HR was going to level the pay by raising everyone to the midpoint of our pay structure. The moron who went through orientation with me and hadn't lifted a finger to accomplish anything beyond the bare minimum required to keep his job was now within $500 of me.
