Judge to State Department: Look Harder For Hillary Clinton's Benghazi Emails

I can't believe we still have to rely on judges when, supposedly, we took over the government seven months ago.

The Deep State is its own country with its own laws.

A federal judge has ordered the State Department to search the "state.gov" email accounts of Hillary Clinton aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jacob Sullivan for records related to Benghazi, as part of a watchdog’s Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Amit Mehta made the call Tuesday, describing the FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch in March 2015 as "a far cry from a typical FOIA case."

He noted that "Secretary Clinton used a private e-mail server located in her home, to transmit and receive work-related communications during her tenure as Secretary of State."

The State Department argued that further searching was likely to be unfruitful.

But Mehta wrote that the State Department "has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the state.gov email server."

Gee I guess they forgot to check that.

Half-Sick Day: Sorry for the bad/nearly non-existent blogging. I have some kind of low-energy full-body-ache can't-focus flu or something.

One thing that has become obvious, Democrats don't give a shit about lawful behavior when the the law provides no actual penalty for violating it, or, in the words of Al Gore, 'no controlling legal authority' to smite them.

Passing a law that simply says you can't do X, or must do Y, is insufficient.

I can weigh in on that, because I deal with it on a daily basis. The people here who bitch about "overpaid government workers"? You're responsible. We can't hire anyone good because the pay sucks. As soon as someone demonstrates an iota of ability, they're out the door, because they can make more pretty much anywhere else.

The problem with government isn't the pay scale. It's that the pay scale overcompensates the low skilled, and undercompensates the higly skilled.

It is not the pay structure or the American taxpayer that is responsible. It is an offshoot of a lack of profit motive that allows deadweight to persist or secondary consideration such as political reliability to win out over performance or competence.

218 Since we're discussing the vast subject of ClintonCrime, here's something I want to know:

When in June 2016 did Lynch ask for a FISA warrant?

June is a very interesting month.

Trump clinches the nomination in late May.

On June 3, Goldstone emails Trump, Jr., using words that seem designed to justify a FISA warrant.

On June 9, the meeting takes place, but there is no oppo research presented, only Magnitsky Act issues.

On June 14, Veselnitskaya appears at the Congressional Hearing.

On June 27, Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch hold their Tarmac Summit, even though his wife is under investigation.

And on an unknown date in June, the FISA court turns down a request for the first time in many years, a request to wiretap the Trumps.

It would be interesting to know if that FISA request was made a day or two after the Tarmac Summit, wouldn't it? Or was it made the day before Goldstone was sent to set up Trump Jr.?

Date, please.

Why did I leave?

For Seven years after being hired I busted my ass for every additional certification and job skill training I could find. Each came with a pay increase.

Then, eight years in, the department called a meeting and told everyone that HR was going to level the pay by raising everyone to the midpoint of our pay structure. The moron who went through orientation with me and hadn't lifted a finger to accomplish anything beyond the bare minimum required to keep his job was now within $500 of me.

251 Start the timer to see how fast it disappears if it's a fake hate crime OR peaceful Muslims are building clocks in the basement.

253 252. No. He did, however, fall down Mel's Hole.

Funny how "authorities" and the fake news can never find a motive for when muslims murder people while shouting allahuakbar but it only took 3 seconds to attribute the MN mosque "bombing" to "islamophobia" even though there was No Evidence to support it.

255 It probably was just another one of those science experiments that science guy does on youtube. The science guy the ONT links to showing how to do science.

Nothing to be concerned about.

259 Ace, seems a lot of people are worried about you. All I know is that I was on this board right before the election, then I didn't return until last few weeks, and based on that...wth is this doctor doing to you? Or are you not following his plan?

Do you know about micro-nutrients? Fruits & veges have hundreds of micro-nutrients our bodies need, and science does not really understand how it all works, but know they are critical. That's why just taking vitamins is not enough.
Are you getting those nutrients when you are not fasting?

Something is not right in this whole set-up. Maybe tell your friends more during gainzzz thread. I try and refrain from posting things about your health, and continue to fail badly.

It probably won't help to shame him with the slave labor being eing used in the Congo too mine cobalt. But it is Ace, so you never know.

267 265 Mrs. Kravitz does not mean to shame. She knows Ace knows a helluva lot more about his Doc & his doc's book. Just worried. Maybe just should have asked if he was getting enough nutrients.

Mrs. Kravitz knows she is sticking her big fat nose into dangerous territory, but can't seem to stop herself.

268 216 There are things about myself that are...well, not right, considering I pretend to be a "smart female."

Last night I turned on Coast to Coast AM. They were talking to a male guest. I thought "it sounds like Alex Jones."

It was Alex Jones.

WTF? Who am I? No wonder I'm not married. Add that to "hates Hillary" and "reads 4chan /pol/" and it's no wonder that I've been relegated to the rack in the back in the Grocery Store of Life.
