Exene and Joe opened the show, they played an acoustic set. They were cool. I turned around after their set and there was exene. I touched her, she was really nice. I told her I was a huge fan and they were great.

It's no more art than the sound a jackhammer makes, or any machine that whistles and whines.
Art comes in when an actual human being expresses thoughts and feelings in a way that is both original and elicits thoughts and feelings.

Yup. NSTEMI attack suffered almost immediately after having climbed a 20 foot high rock face and rappelled back down on a camping trip with the very same Scouts on 6/17. I was in the ER 90 minutes after symptoms started and catheterized and stented for a 90% blockage brought on by the stress from the climb within 3-1/2 hours. Recovering well, but need rehab to bring pumping effectiveness back to more normal levels. Doing well except I get fatigued more easily in the summer heat and humidity.

He might go on radio and say controversial things but the level of hate isn't quite the same.
Nugents level of Obama hate: 5-ish.

I think that if Carly Fiorina ran as a Dem, their voters would prefer Hillary, because Carly is smart and not a loser, and Hillary only got where she is by riding on her husband's coattails. Once upon a time, at least in my little suburban midwestern world, people didn't talk about "gay."
It's not that it was bad, it just wasn't on the radar. At all.
And if it was, it was a word kids used to insult each other, and then it wasn't used that much.
So if people didn't realize that there were lots of gay celebrities, I think it was because that sort of thing wasn't discussed or thought about. Like "femnine hygine" or "erectile dysfunciton."

The air currents around a helicopter are pretty fierce. Even that might not work. I would seriously suggest double-faced tape for the purpose. Or maybe rethink the whole idea of Marines wearing covers directly in the downwash of the rotor blades?

Exactly. Point being, close proximity to a running helicopter is not a favorable environment for hats. Perhaps the ceremonial protocol should be revised to avoid the situation. Maybe a "ceremonial" version of a combat helmet?

It is alleged that he "unlawfully and for the purpose of arousing and gratifying the sexual desire of a person [touched or contacted] the sex organs of a chicken."
His bail is set at $20,500. (He was also booked on a probation violation for meth possession.)
The Chicken has asked for reminders not to cross the road into Oregon.
