Mostly Peaceful Leftist Assassin Found With List of Names on His Body

We should be having a National Discussion about the left's romance of violence, but we won't, because the media is hard-left and is invested in bringing their delusional dreams of Revolution to bloody red fruition.

The list was written out on notepad paper and found in the shooter’s pocket, according to multiple sources with intimate knowledge of the situation, who spoke on condition of anonymity, citing the sensitivity of the investigation. The list of names included Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks, South Carolina Rep. Jeff Duncan and Arizona Rep. Trent Franks, TheDC has confirmed.

The FBI has contacted at least one of the three congressmen to inform them of their inclusion on the list.

73 The violence that concerns me is not what was (and could be) directed at our politicians. There are simply too many law enforcement agencies with too many under-utilized officers for there to be much threat of more than the very occasional attempt on a pol. They will flood the zone and prevent most of them.

It's the violence at rallies and meetings and caucuses and all of the low-level stuff that happens in a republic that can be chilled by these threats.

Hell I didn't know Steve Scalise' name. No backbencher he, either.

If that list, in whole or large part, appears somewhere else on the internet, why that would be worth knowing, i woudl think.

It my unit, it's a capacitor about the size of an a can of beans, and if its blown, it bulges at one or both ends. If it's that - unless you're a HVAC tech, call one.

The last time ours went out and it wasn't something simple a controller board had burnt out in the inside unit. If we have problems we always call HVAC and then trouble shoot. Is the indoor fan coming on but with no cold air, or is it totally shut down? Have you visited the outdoor unit to see what is happening there? If it's running but not cooling, it could be a capacitor ot faulty switch. If the coil froze it might have shut itself down.

Also when did you last change the filter?

I just had to call a service guy for our central AC - compressor was clicking, then shut off, but the cooling fan wouldn't start.
Turns out a bunch of leaves and acorns (damned squirrels) blocked the contacts to the fan motor. Duh. It cost me a service call charge, but I learned something, and was thankful the old thing didn't give up the ghost. (My unit appears to be a vintage GE from probably 1973 or earlier - still runs like a champ!)
ANYWAY, two things:1) My capacitor was a 'can of beans' about 4in x 3 in x 2in...and2) If your thermostat 'clicks' when you turn it on, then call the service guy.
You should probably call the service guy anyway....

Posted by: SarahW at June 16, 2017 07:06 PM (Sp1NT)

258 Never forget Sara Jane Moore, people.

Her story is key to understanding history.

She was the woman who tried to assassinate President Ford in San Francisco in 1975.

Luckily she missed, but it was later discovered that she had almost no opinions about Ford whatsoever, and barely even knew or cared who he was.

Why, then, did she try to assassinate him?

To impress her radical Marxist friends.

She was just a lonely housewife who fell in with a fringe-y leftist activist group, and after a while they tired of her and were starting to shun her, because she wasn't sufficiently counter-culture in her tastes.

She was so anxiety-ridden about being left alone and friendless, and so group-oriented, that she tried to kill Ford solely to get back in their good graces, to prove she was a good little revolutionary.

Today we have another name for this kind of behavior:

Virtue-signalling.

The only difference between Sara Jane Moore and the average lefty is that she took virtue-signalling to its logical conclusion.

I believe this is also true for many modern leftists: In truth, they barely even know the fundamentals of their purported political philosophy -- they simply get all riled up to show how hip and part of the "in crowd" they are.

Even if this is done unconsciously.

And I think it explains the Scalise shooter (and many other leftists) as well: They want to be accepted by their peers.

Only through a drain resistor, unless you like flash-welding your screwdriver to the capacitor terminals. Yes, I've seen that before. Had a tech that used to do that for fun in the shop. Pissed me off.

If you don't know what a drain resistor is, don't fiddle with it.

When I was a kid, dad brought home an early strobe light unit he was using at work but it quit functioning. So he takes it apart and pulls out this BFC about the size of a small thermos bottle! When we could see again, no more screwdriver blade, just a piece of it welded to a terminal at each end.

Don't forget the other inconvenient part about that story. Moore missed in part because she was grabbed by a bystander at the last minute. Oliver Sipple, Vietnam combat vet.

And gay.

Sipple was fairly humble, and just wanted to go back into obscurity. But he was known within the gay community in Frisco and word got back to the sainted martyr Harvey Milk, who immediately outed Sipple to the press. Milk LITERALLY didn't give a fuck what Sipple wanted, he just wanted a gay hero to publicize.

The outing destroyed Sipple. His family severed contact, he was driven into madness and alcoholism and died destitute and alone a few years later.

Personally, I reckon that Milk's casual destruction of Sipple earns him a place in Hell.
