So what did we learn this week?

Gender fluid, third gender and demi girl has always been at war with bigender, androgyne and neutrois.

"It sounds like it was a business-as-usual kind of clearance issue from ten years ago," a Disney official familiar with the matter told the Washington Examiner.
The official suggested the edit likely occurred about a decade ago when the company first made the kid's television program available online.
The 1996 episode, "Probability," originally featured a cast member saying, "I'm a girl. Could have just as easily been a boy, though, because the probability of becoming a girl is always 1 in 2."
"See, inside each of our cells are these things called chromosomes, and they control whether we become a boy or a girl, " she added. "See, there are only two possibilities: XX, a girl, or XY, a boy."
That segment has since been removed, and it is not available in the version that is now streaming on Netflix, the Washington Free Beacon was first to report.
A a spokeswoman for the online streaming service stressed Friday that they had nothing to do with the edits.
"Netflix did not edit 'Bill Nye The Science Guy,'" Elektra Gray told the Examiner. "It was delivered to us that way by Buena Vista TV."

Lotta finger pointing going on here. Why didn't the spokesxerson just say that he heard about it when you did...on the news?

In the past, we simply called a girl who had some masculine characteristics, a tomboy. There was never any doubt by her or anyone else that she was a girl, she just happened to prefer doing some guy things like playing baseball or had an interest in mechanical things. I don't recall anyone having a problem with it. As far as discrimination goes, I do believe it's wrong to deny a person from doing something they enjoy simply because of their sex. Isn't that what feminism and the women's right movement was about. An for a guy, if he likes feminine stuff or sex with other men, OK I can accept that and he shouldn't be denied the right to make living or pursue whatever makes him happy. But the guy is still a guy.

No, April, you have appropriated the culture. You must "look Mexican" aka as if you're descended from the Aztecs. If you look too European, it doesn't matter if you were born in Mexico. You are less Mexican than a third-generation American who doesn't speak Spanish.

Yeah, mental illness is fairly normal. Just like other illness. It happens.

Including trauma-related problems. It's like I've said before, I get it. You were abused as a child, or you were raped, or you grew up on the mean streets, and it's still with you today.

I get it.

But it's still YOUR problem. You have to solve it. I don't have to bend to make your life smoother, and I sure as hell can't right your past wrongs.

There's a phrase out there that gets used: You didn't cause all the problems in your life, but it's still your job to fix them. This goes a long way toward shutting down the discussion of the past, and gets right to fixing today what can be fixed.

But mental health care is taking a dangerous turn into THAT direction, and I fear it's getting worse, not better.

Think about it like OCD. If you can just get this one thing perfect then your life will be perfect; nothing bad will befall you, your problems will be solved, your anxiety will resolve, etc. But the truth is the problem isn't that your keys aren't pointed North, or that you clapped an even number of times, or that you have a penis instead of a vagina.
That is part of why the (successful) suicide rate is so high in those who have undergone gender reassignment surgery - the thing that was supposed to cure you of your underlying anxiety doesn't. And the Lefties won't let them admit it & betray the cause. So they are shamed into sticking with, living with and living through this terrible decision.
People need to deal with their underlying anxiety and stop trying to find a magic bullet for a cure.

Among other things, it required no medical or psychological proof - just the kid's assertion. The reaction during the commentary period was delightful, with coaches weighing in on girls' privacy rights and staff workers pointing out that it's illegal to change the name and sex on transcripts without legal proof of new ID. I gave my two cents as well and braced for someone from the LGBTQ groups to track me down.

Instead, those stupid holsters (my new favorite insult) decided to rewrite the guidelines to put all the weight on teachers to discern legitimate transgendered students from fakes. And in response to girls feeling uncomfortable about showering with biological boys, they had the nerve to write that there was no legal right to protect the normal students from discomfort.

Although the guidelines aren't legally binding, it's only a matter of time before they are.

I can testify to this - collection of supporting documentation for public schools is what I do. If the legal guardian's name doesn't appear on the BC, they need to provide proof of guardianship and name change.

Have the same reservations as far as setting up a different legal entity no matter who is partnering with whom and my advice is always to check with your accountant for the tax implications for your State.

I saw that article earlier. I've only seen a couple of minor league baseball games, since I'm not near a minor league city. But I have been in some minor league ballparks, and I found them delightful.

Back in the 2000s, Bob Dylan played some summer tours in minor league ballparks around the country. I don't know whose idea that was, but it was a stroke of genius. Minor league ballparks make terrific concert venues. The shows I saw were all general admission, so it was a relaxed atmosphere. You could sit in the stands and enjoy a hot dog, or go down on the field to get close to the stage. Also, it's a great way for major stars to play in off-the-beaten-track places which don't have first-class concert halls or arenas.

So what if Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney sell out Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia? Bob rocked the joint in Reading and Wilkes-Barre.

I would suggest dipping your toe in by getting a Roku box and subscribing to the channels on it that interest you -- Netflix and Amazon are the two largest, but there are many others. Roku is fairly low cost and is probably the easiest way to get started, you just need a high-speed internet service, wifi router and a TV with an HDMI port. If Roku is too technically challenging to hook up hopefully you have a friend or relative who could help. Otherwise, cutting the cord may too soon for you and you'll need to wait until it gets easier.

The main problem with cutting the cord is that content is still scattered across so many competing services and it does take multiple devices and a number of subscriptions to be able to access it all. This means it takes some technical skill and patience to setup.

I personally use a Chromebit device to access most content. It's essentially like having a web browser on your TV and whatever you can access from a PC or laptop, you can get on your TV through a Chromebit. However, dealing with a browser can sometimes be a pain compared to the nice interfaces provided by Roku and similar devices.

He was a pretty good QB but not good enough to start in the NFL, too. I mean lets be honest, he was no better than no anthem boy. Better than me, obviously, but there's only room for the absolute best in the game at that top spot.

He can hit the fast ball okay. Not sure if he's ever going to be more than a curiosity in baseball though.

348 About the "B" for bi-sexual.

Most psychologist a few years back believed that folks calling themselves bi-sexuals were actually either male or female, with a strong preference for one or the other.

People were embarrassed in many cases of being perceived as "gay," so calling themselves "bi" was less shocking to their families and friends and mostly, to themselves.

When a male has a natural menstrual cycle and uterine cramps, then I'll listen to "him" and his argument of actually being female. And I mean NATURAL, not implanted by some loco scientist with his ass sewn onto his forehead.
