"Men's Project creates a space for critical self-reflection and dialogue about what it means to be a man and how masculinity impacts us and those around us," organizers state in promoting the effort.Ah. The left wants to eradicate both whiteness and maleness. And also, obviously, Toxic Heterosexuality, and Toxic Christianity. Everything the Government is responsible seems to turn this way eventually -- you can't expect them to work to provide you with what you want, you should scale down your expectations. Hell with that. He has not ever mentioned it AFAIK, but I cherish the hope that Trump will roll back the EPA water rules that prevent showers (at any price) and toilets (except expensive ones) from functioning properly.

When Moonbeam first entered office (1975) there was a complete plan and funding to build water infrastructure for CA (pop. 16 million at the time). As once of his first initial acts, he scotched that.
Now that we've added 22 million asshole liberals, we have a water shortage. Duh.
Approximately 50% of the available freshwater goes to the fucking delta smelt. So when liberals bleat about agriculture taking 80% of the water, and residences taking 10% (industry presumably taking the remaining 10%), they are being disingenous: those are the percentages of the remaining water.
And as for droughts etc. here, unless we look to the geological record, as you suggest, we're talking the statistics of small numbers. How many days annually does it seriously rain in, say, SoCal? Maybe 10? So if it rains 5 days, it's a 50% drop. Another 10 days, and it's a 100% increase. Either way, the liberals lose their shit over what is basically a minor statistical fluctuation. If you flipped a coin and got heads three times, would you around shrieking the sky is falling? (Assuming you're not a liberal, of course.)

They let the water run to the ocean here too. They are trying to get salmon back. I'm not sure exactly which river/stream though. A friend of mine is on the water board. They searched the records and there haven't been salmon in the rivers/streams, some of them never, some for over 100 years.
Where we farm there is plenty of water. Huge aquafir that is bowl shaped. The farther you are from the center of the bowl, the wells are going dry. We need rain and to better plan for rainy days. Pun intended.
