So, if she wants the info out so bad, she can release them -- or she can admit that she can't because she has been lying about classified info on her server all along.

I just had my last wisdom tooth removed on Tuesday.
When I was 16 I had a dentist who advised me to get my wisdom teeth out (and they hadn't even come in, yet). He said that they would be impacted and they had to be surgically removed right then. I said, "No fucking way," and just stopped going to the dentist.
My wisdom teeth all came in fine and didn't give me any problems. I lived very nicely with them for a good 25 years. Then I got a big cavity in one and had it taken out. Chipped another a little later and had it taken out. A cavity in another had it pulled. And this last week I finally started having some pain in the final one and had it pulled.
I am very happy that I didn't have some sadistic oral surgeon digging through my jaw to pull the wisdom teeth out when I was a teen. I enjoyed those teeth for many years and didn't have any issues for decades. And when I did have problems with the wisdom teeth they were already fully in and came out as easily as a normal tooth.

There's no way the FBI can convict her before she would take office, there's not enough time.
A sitting president can't be prosecuted for a crime.
A sitting President must be impeached, convicted and removed from office first.
You can't impeach a President for crimes committed before said person took office.
And if that's not bad enough: a President can pardon him/herself.

You're wrong on the last two. The constitution does not put that limitation on impeachment. The President may be removed for high crimes and misdemeanors, full stop. They do not have to occur during their term of office. Realistically though, if Hillary wins, there is no way that Republicans will have the numbers in both the House and Senate to impeach and convict her. And the Democrats will not cooperate no matter what is revealed about Hillary.
She can't pardon herself. That is, she can't make it stick after she leaves office. While in office, since she would be in control of the DOJ/FBI, she could just order them to find something else to do, but once she is out, the courts would not side with her on pardoning herself.

No. It was really crazy. The one that I thought I had turned out to be a dud. I was willing to take it anyway and make the best of it.
They left me hanging for 5 days ignoring my messages and my emails.
I finally reached the contact person who told me "oh I was going to call you. They decided to go forward with someone else."
I was crushed. 24 hours of gut -wrenching misery and depressed calculations of how much blood I would have to sell to put 3 kids through college and pay the mortgage.
Just when I got to the point where I was questioning whether I really needed two kidneys ( big bucks in organ donation!)
I got a phone call from the other thing that I applied for and actually liked much better.
They told me that they were sorry that they went silent for a while but that they would have an offer to me by tomorrow (today).
I won't lie. I cried like a baby.

Heh. Good point. And of course, the makeup of the court at the time will be relevant. But, we have to remember what the pardon power is about. It gives the President the power to override an injustice. To set someone free who he thinks should not have been convicted. It was never intended as a power to allow the President to commit criminal acts with impunity. In the end, I just don't believe that the court would allow a president that power.

Exactly same thing happened to me. Small jaw, large teeth.
Braces first, then, a few years after the braces, wisdom teeth started coming in; most were impacted. Needed oral surgery. Much excitement since my teeth tend to not clot easily, so I had four gaping holes in my mouth that would not stop bleeding four hours. Wouldn't eat, then fainted... then was forced to eat and then threw up.

That said, I would be interested in reading the article you refer to. Hpwever, no matter what the House thought or said in 1873, it is not binding on future Houses. If Hillary, or Trump for that matter, are elected, and then it comes out that they hired someone to commit a murder before they were elected, I guarantee you, the House would impeach.
Impeachment is applicable to whatever the House and Senate at the time says. It is the legislature's check on the president, and as long as they have the numbers, their power is absolute.

I put in over 200 applications/resume submissions within 2 months. I made my new career getting myself 1) into top physical shape 2) employed.
Out of those 200, less than 30 responded, and less than 15 went to round 2 or 3 of interviews. I learned something from every interview and tried to capitalize on it in the next interview.
It is so very hard, working your butt off for what seems like may be nothing in the end.
I understand what it is like to have the darkness close in around you and to start thinking about drinking breakfast lunch and dinner and sleeping the pain away. I had to physically and mentally decide not to give in to those oh so tempting impulses.

What if Hillary does not win...
It is already clear that there is a RICO case against anybody who was ever within bad breath distance of Hillary and Obama.
Obama may pardon more people in his last day for crimes 'real or imagined' than all previous Presidents combined.
Will he pardon himself?
Some constitutional 'scholars' say a president can.
If Obama doesn't, he may lose.
- Trump can let bygones be bygones and Obamao skates (which Ford/Nixon did not risk for offenses orders of magnitude less), or
- Point at the Clinton Cartel as THE reason why we cannot let bygones be bygones and appoint a special prosecutor to hang them all.
If he does he loses either way as Trump should take it to SCROTUS:
- Trump wins the challenge - Obama can be brought up on charges and has already has implicated himself.
- Trump 'loses' the challenge - Shoulders shrugged, OK, throw the entire Clinton family line in prison, Obama immediate family and all his Admin staff, a select group of Congressmen band previous administration political appointees, various UniParty(R) members for shits and grins, the SCOTUS members who decided against his challenge, and so on and so on...
Backfill lost positions with previously selected appointees bypassing Congress.
IF Trump is a bad guy, Obamao and SCROTUS made him Dictator for Life.
IF he is a good guy, ask his SCOTUS to review the previous pardon decision. New Finding, it was all legal between the first decision and this one (all those fine people Trump put into prison stay in prison for life), but, NO, El Presidente cannot not pardon himself in the future.
If Trump does not take it to SCROTUS he can do whatever the hell he wants until somebody gets there.
My bet is that Obama may actually try to pardon himself and Trump will challenge it.

The one study the EPA uses for Radon Gas was done in a crappy old mine with poor ventilation with smokers. Turns out guys like that get a lot of lung cancer. Oh, and Radon Gas pools at the bottom of some mines. But since its much heavier than air and has a super short half life, its not an issue.

I had all my wisdom teeth pulled when I was 13, under general anesthesia, because my teeth were horribly crooked and I was getting braces. Removing the wisdom teeth allowed for the braces to shift my teeth into a more normal bite.

But EVERY mainstream media outlet went full red alert on this story. Even though they have few facts, they're reporting this (for the most part) straight down the line, almost as if they had integrity.
But at the same time, it seems odd to drop half a bombshell. For the director of the FBI to make the unusual move of writing a formal letter to Congress about the investigation (what's the precedent on that?), alerting the subjects they they are under investigation again, but then suggesting that no information can be released until the investigation is complete?
If that's the case, why pen a letter to Congress 11 days before the election, if you can't release anything? Just place her under arrest after the election, and let the EC pick President Kaine. Isn't that what every establishment asshole wants? Isn't that the best of every world as far as Washington is concerned?
But instead they might throw this to Trump? Why? I can't figure this out sideways.

There was a police blotter item I remember, Smoking Gun had it up. This was White Trash shore 'nuff. Some "babe" had kicked her shack-up man out. He was staying at a some motel with a buddy. She got an itch and went to that motel room to get it scratched.
She demanded oral sex.Her "ex" was still mad and told her to get bent, but his buddy said hell he'd give it a go. Turned out she had a raging yeast infection, and the police report said the smell made the guy gag and he "declined".
She pulled out a knife and said someone was going to eat her puthy or she was gonna slit some throats. Cops were called and this classic was put to paper in a police report.

I still have 3 of my wisdom teeth, but just recently I had either a cankersore or infection behind my left bottom wisdom tooth that caused my inner cheeks to swell, every time I bit down, I bit down on my cheek. Ow. The dentist gave me a medicinal mouthwash but said I should have that tooth pulled. I'm much better now and the swelling went away, but there's still a little bit of a flap over my tooth, but I rarely have an issue now when biting down. I'm hoping it still tightens up in time as it seems excessive to RIP another tooth out just because.

The new material may have only been discovered recently. Takes more than a minute or two to decide it's significant, and material to the other investigation.
Not saying that's the case, but the known timeline is consistent with that, and it's very plausible.
And Don Q., there has already been at least one document with similar content - instructions to remove classification markings/headers and send unclass - that was discussed months ago. Why *that* was not a smoking gun I never understood.
And of course intent is not an element of the crime in this case. Which is why Comey's July decision/explanation were lawless, outrageous, and indefensible. I'm wondering whether they were also, in themselves, criminal acts under some malfeasance category.

If that company was involved in illegal dumping, then there could have been a criminal response.
There are some cable channels that have constant lawyer ads. It is non-stop. It is ad, after ad, after ad, all night long for lawsuits against every medical device or drug imaginable.
I'm not saying that there shouldn't be some lawsuits against some corporations, but this shit, with the horrendous payoffs is ridiculous. There needs to be tort reform, so that there are reasonable limits. 70 million dollars to one person is outrageous. And how much of that went to the lawyers? Democrats oppose tort reform because they hate businesses in general, and most lawsuit lawyers are democrats.
Then there are the endless ads encouraging people to go on disability. One ad in Michigan a while ago actually used the line, "Get on the disability express."

Particularly since there's not any real evidence any such thing exists, its just trendy right now and chefs are super trendy. Its pathetic, they're like sheep herding around, all following the same patterns. Every single chef in the world was plating square plates with squiggles of sauce and teeny piles of leaves and crap in the center until suddenly it was all microgreens (sprouts) and on and on it goes.
There are some really radical, creative chefs out there, scary brilliant guys doing amazing stuff, but not many.

Think about that. Billboards on interstate highways in urbanized areas, warning people against disability fraud. THAT is how huge this problem is.
I believe guesstimates of fraud in CA's disability system are at significant % of the entire state budget, which is of course enormous.
Friend who really is disabled from back/neck injuries while with a courier company used to recount how angry he was with every part of the disability system - for constantly pushing unwanted stuff at him.
He's fairly soft-headed about public sector issues but was livid and had detailed stories about the enormous waste and obvious log-rolling (all this from the provider/contractor side). Add this to the massive fraud from the beneficiary side.

They have essentially "spiked" every news story of significance for years, getting more blatant at every step - whether it be a scandalous crime issue, or just policy news (O-care disasters, etc.).
They have been breath-takingly brazen in the last 2 months, completely ignoring the wikileaks email bombshells and Veritas videos (many of which would have ended careers/campaigns just 10-15 years ago).
So why not hang with the embargo today? If I were an MSM editor/producer, I would have given this stuff barely a mention today. One line on Comey's letter, then a sound-bite of Pelosi's stupid statement. Poof, done. Even if they expect it to blossom/blow up, even by Monday, they pay no price. They never do.
And you can trot out all the survey results you want showing low esteem for the Fourth Estate. I will counter by showing you tens of millions of voters whose ignorance, whose false framework of understanding, both perfectly reflects the MSM impact and fully guides their voting. Minimum - 40%, more likely up towards 50%.

And so it goes for every word in any language. You don't know all of them and there's no need to pretend you do.

Not always. Sometimes, when the original pronunciation is too difficult for native speakers, it's changed, but there are tons of foreign words taken into English that retain some good part of their original non-English pronunciation.
Now, any rolled "r"s will have to disappear, because English speakers don't roll "r"s and generally can't, even if they wanted to. But pronunciations that are not a chore for an English speaker are often retained, along with the funky foreign spelling - which is why written English has so many exceptions in it.

Well, things have changed. This unit, MIGMaster 300i and the torch for it, known as MT-200c is getting old, so they claim. Nobody had the tips or nozzle for it. So they ordered it for me.
Now, and I should have known this, but more importantly they should've known, they made tons of different versions of these parts. The nozzles came in several sizes. So, the one they ordered was the 3/8" not the 1/2". The 3/8" fits, but it's 3/8th, not 1/2".
The contact tips come in long, medium, and short. Also, and the nozzles too, standard duty, heavy duty, and extra heavy duty. Some standard duty are interchangeable with heavy duty, some not. And EHD is whole different ball game.
After downloading the manual for the torch, which I manged to find after some searching, I finally had the part numbers at hand. Mine is the heavy duty 1/2" nozzle, with the standard duty tip adapter, which thus uses standard duty contact tips.
And I found an online place that claimed to have them ready to ship. So I ordered. The nozzles weren't in stock, they just emailed to say a few hours ago. 15 day wait.
I think they all want to sell you a brand new machine every so often.

In my above response to you I might be confusing phonetics and style. Of course you are correct that native speakers can generally only use their native phonetics (as they can't even pronounce most others) and so any loan word would be using the phonetics available ... but it was really the style of pronunciation we were talking about. "Foyer" has no phonetics that are outside of the reach of an American but it's the style of pronouncing it that was at issue. It is "foy-yay" in English. A non-English style of word that still utilizes our native phonemes.

That would've been nice. A few months ago, dear old Dad, 88, did a little boo-boo. He backed a tractor out of the shop, and that ESAB MIG machine jumped out in his way. The torch uses a euro/"cc" style connector. It makes it stick out from the machine. The rear wheel lugs caught it, and he broke the thing off. It was my fault, of course, for leaving it in the way. Of course, that's the where machine has sat, in the same orientation for years and years. He's the one who got up close and personal when he parked the tractor in there.
That "cc" connector was a brass block. It had a machined passage for the gas tube, the wire feed hole, and then two little insulated contact things for the torch switch. It's a standard thing they came up with in Europe, that's here -- the idea is a common connector to eliminate each manufacturer having different torch styles. Which they still do.
That thing, the block, was connected to a machined brass pipe. That served as the main welding power conductor, with the wire feed running in a hole inside. It was threaded into the block, and the other end mounted on the wire feeder, by some machined notches where some large set screws held it.
That pipe broke off right at the threads, and it cracked and broke the insulating shell that bolts it to the case.
A new one could have been easily fabricated from a brass block with the right machine tools, of course.
That insulating shell, some kind of plastic, was a different story. Some epoxy might have fixed the old one.

Damn it feels weird. It feels like there's something so much worse that they found (Hillary actually SELLING secrets to our enemies, or something equally criminal and shocking), and they're going to get her to step down over it, without jailing her for life. But since they can't look like they let her skate AGAIN (they wouldn't mutiny if their integrity were not at stake), she must step down for some other reason.
Will we be getting a revealing, one-on-one interview with Diane Sawyer about why Hillary is stepping down for "previously undisclosed health reasons"? Am I getting way too excited?

That had managed to get some crimp ring terminals with a big enough bolt hole for the 3/8" bolt clamping that lug to the pipe, yet with a small enough crimp end for the little dinky solder leads on the ceramic cap.
The other end went to the case. So electronic grade capacitor sticking on YUGE high current electrical connections. Of course, I broke it. I got it off fine, but in putting the new one one, I bent those solder leads once too many times.
So, I had to get a new capacitor. I got some. Of course, I couldn't find any ring terminals that would do. Any that would fit the crimp end didn't have a big enough hole. So I got one with a big enough hole, made for #12 - #10 wire, and soldered that sucker. And found some dinky heat shrink to cover it all, like the factory job.
WHy do that? Well, this is an inverter machine. It will make hellacious RF noise. Years ago, before I put a seperate 3-phase service for the house, it was on the same transformer as the folks' house. It would tear up a TV, even with the caps. That was getting out on the input side.
With separate transformers, that RF doesn't leak up to the primary.
Without those caps, the output will be like an antenna, and it will radiate enough to tear up reception nearby.

I define the "Trump wing" as anyone who supported Trump over Ted Cruz in the Primaries; I simply cannot understand why any movement conservative who's motivation was to force Republican candidates to both campaign and govern as conservatives would do so. My theory, reinforced by what many have said themselves, is that they are post-conservative nationalist rather than people committed to the pursuit of conservative principles. I used to be anti-anti-Trump, I became anti-Trump through his own words and deeds since December of 2015. More broadly, I suspect the Trump we saw off the cuff during the primaries is the real Trump, and it bears little resemblance to the things he says on his website. For more information on that, reference this website's own archives.
I would not fight Trump when he pursues policies I support, but I would fight him with every once of my being when he either declines to pursue policies I prioritize (especially if they are "sacrificed", GOPe-style, for things I either mildly support or simply tolerate for coalition purposes) or pursues policies I oppose.
To simplify, you could say I'm far more of a Conservative Review conservative than a Brietbart conservative. The one nationalist thing the Trump wing could have wooed me with would be the defense of my Southern heritage from PC bullying, which Trump himself threw away when he supported Surrender Haley in the wake of the Charleston massacre.
Look, for the time being we are working toward a common purpose; let's just let a positive development toward that purpose catch fire and agree to disagree for now.
