Wikileaks: Hillary's Aides Privately Scoffed at Obama's Claims to Not Know About Hillary's Secret, Illegal Email System

Do tell.

The only person in America stupid enough to believe these lies is apparently James Comey.

Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff privately told colleagues that President Barack Obama had falsely claimed he was unaware of Clinton’s use of a private email system while she was secretary of state, hacked emails reveal.

"We need to clean this up," top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills told campaign chairman John Podesta in an email a month before Clinton’s campaign officially launched. She was responding to Obama’s claim that he found out about Clinton’s personal email address at "the same time everybody else learned it through news reports."

"He has emails from her -- they do not say state.gov," Mills told Podesta.

The email came less than a week after the New York Times broke the story on Clinton’s use of a private email address to conduct official State Department business.

Read the piece -- the White House now has their mob lawyer Josh Earnest claiming that Obama was only saying he didn't know the details of the system, not that he didn't know her email address, but in fact the question that prompted this lie was about his knowledge of any email system used by Hillary outside official government channels.

They both straight-up lied. Let's give Hillary the White House to teach these deplorables to question our stewardship and Right to Rule.

You can see the emails in this Instapundit link.

2 What is amazing to me is this:

He has emails from her -- they do not say state.gov

Is somehow news. I have been saying this from day one. ANYONE who got an email from her knew it wasn't coming from state.gov. So anyone who says they didn't know was - get this - lying.

7 Look, this whole email thing was probably concocted by Obama: remember, he was famous for his blackberry use. The media swooned over our first technology proficient president, unlike dumb ol' George who was shocked by a supermarket scanner.

Both Obama and Hillary had blackberries. I'm sure that they sent lots and lots of emails "off grid." Obama had a private email too. Wish Wikileaks would get a hold of that one.

But seriously, listening to a Clinton, or an Obama, or an Earnest is like taking a logic exam. You KNOW there's a loophole inside a loophole with every word. With practice, you can see the loophole as they speak.

For those saying oh my email autocompletes, it only does that after you've communicated with a person. Which means that at some point you received an email with a name and also the email address displayed.

How many people got official State business from the clintonmail domain and didn't say anything?

Which raises the next question. How many other private email arrangements are being used?

I've lost track of how many times in suits against the EPA it's been discovered that alllllll kinds of stuff was being conducted through private (and fake named) email addresses.

--Impeachment is a political remedy. "High crimes and misdemeanors" is not defined by the constitution, and there doesn't seem to be a statute of limitations on specific instances of criminal conduct. But, practically, if Hillary is in that position, she will have won a popular election. No way the GOP tries to impeach her if it seems that the people just chose her. She would need to lose half of her democrat support for an attempt to be made. The question about whether a president can pardon himself/herself is a tricky one. Also, I believe that when he said 'if you like your insurance you'll be able to keep it," there was a hidden implication that the elites already knew you really didn't like your insurance.

Yes, and you can accurately retroactively determine the era in which the counterculture became the culture by looking at the abrupt transition to "politically correct" speech codes.

The former champions of free speech rights suddenly started silencing speakers and banning books. Because once they were in power, free speech was threatening to their continued grip on power, versus its once having been useful to them while they were out of power.

174 Seasonal workers...

First, seasonal workers used to typically be high school or college teenagers who needed to make money over Christmas break. So they cut Christmas trees, packed baskets at mail order food companies, worked retail , etc.

HS kids typically today do not work at all. Even in the summer. College students don't bother anymore either , because they have loans to cover their car payment, cell phones, rent, etc.

Those who are on unemployment, unless they work somewhere for cash (unlikely anymore) don't want to screw up the unemployment benefits for a few weeks of minimum wage pay. Those who went on disability because they couldn't find a full time job, but had some odd thing that qualified them, can't risk it.

This is the culture we live in today. Work is extremely disincentivized due to both governmental and societal pressures.

Obama approved this, therefore it likely isn't illegal, as this law could not apply to the President, it therefore cannot apply to an agent of President acting on his behalf.

How in the hell does anyone know how people have voted in early voting? Aren't ballots secret anymore?

Posted by: zombie at October 25, 2016 02:46 PM (jBuUi)

They don't know how people actually voted, but they know who the party registration of the returned ballots. There's probably a place somewhere where someone's figured out the variance between returned ballots by party and the ending results, but statistically, it's probably not large in any given year.

Another tweet I just saw reported that the GOP has a 1.25 to 1 advantage in ballots returned so far in El Paso County, Colorado. That's compared to 2 to 1 in 2014, when Cory Gardner beat Mark Udall (Senator Uterus) to win by about 38,000 votes.

243 OK - Here is how we at least clean this up for the next time. Congress needs to pass a law that sending official emails/communications to /from a private servers or private email address or a private communication device is a federal felony punishable by a mandatory 1 year jail sentence and a $10,000, per email, fine. Intent is NOT required, you can do so negligently.

Official email/communication is defined as any email/communication sent to/from a government provided server, computer or other personal communication device AND/or while present on any government property/offices or other government provided residence or other government building ( i.e white house).in other words if you are on the "job" as an elected official - then you do NOT get to have "private" communications.

i.e. Only government controlled or issued communication devices can be used for official emails/communications.

Change the current mishandling of classified information statutes to clearly state that "for the avoidance of doubt, intent is not an element of this crime"

Make any instance of intentional voter fraud (or conspiracy to commit) punishable by a minimum of 10 years in prison and a minimum $100,000 fine for individuals (if you cannot afford the fine then a year will be added to your jail time for each $10K you cannot afford.). For any corporate or other legal entity the fine is a mandatory $1,000,000 fine per instance, with any instances over three punishable by $10,000,000 per instance and any conviction will result in the loss of any corporate or legal status and revocation of all licenses, tax free status or other filings/ certifications. All vehicles, property or real property used in furtherance of the fraud would be subject to immediate impoundment. For elected officials convicted under this section - all jail sentences and fines are tripled.

And then go out and make an example of people , particularly in the traditional voter fraud cities like Chicago, New York, LA and Boston (inter alia). A few folks spending a significant amount of their lives in jail and entities losing their $$ and corporate status ( i.e no ability to open up bank accounts, enter into contracts insulate people form liability ) will decrease voter fraud to a bare minimum. And Dimocrat idiots will not be able to say anything about "voter suppression" like they do with common sense ID requirements because these would only be for those convicted of actual intentional fraud.

Just a suggestion.

Oh and - I don't have a dog in this fight (Yankees fan here) but : "Go Cubs!"

The 25 Oct 2016 articled linked at "Do tell" (freebeacon: http://tinyurl.com/z8c8d6q), which quotes Josh Earnest as saying, "The president . . . was not aware of details," links to a Reuters article dated 9 March 2015. So the point that "the White House now has their mob lawyer Josh Earnest claiming that Obama was only saying he didn't know the details of the system" isn't in evidence. The most recent White House press briefing was before this freebeacon article.

315 I think what they know and can report is which party those early voters were registered with. Which is an indicator (most of the time) for whom they will vote.
Posted by: Meremortal, Bigly Matters... at October 25, 2016 02:48 PM (3myMJ)

Agree. When you turn in an absentee ballot, at least in my state, you have to sign the outside envelope that the ballot (which is inside another envelope) and then it must be either mailed or hand delivered directly into the hands of the township/county clerk, by either the individual who the ballot belongs or by a direct relative (requiring more signing, etc.). The clerk then records the date and time the ballot was received and checks it against the registration rolls to have it approved for counting.

So, the county clerks have a record of each voter who has returned a ballot and on their registration will be what party they are registered with or if they are an independent. How exactly you can divine exactly who they voted for is impossible, it is an educated guess on the part of whoever is evaluating the returned ballots affilliation as to who they voted for.

Assuming that all Democrats or all Republicans are voting for Hillary or Trump respectively is simply a statistical guess.

Maybe not. Bush's AG Alberto Gonzales became nuclear and hasn't had much of a career.

Early voting is noted by party.

Yeah, but even that seems insane and illegal.

Keeping tabs on what party you are as you vote? And then releasing the totals? That feels like a crime.

321 They end up having to release the information publicly because both parties want that info so bad.

I have looked up the Federal record Act - it only applies to communications involving Federal Records defined as records "made or received by a Federal agency under Federal law
or in connection with the transaction of public business and preserved or
appropriate for preservation by that agency or its legitimate successor as
evidence of the organization,
functions, policies, decisions,
procedures, operations, or other activities of the Government or because
of the informational value of the data in them."

In other words - a federal record depends on what is in the email/communication from a substance standpoint - My definition makes every communication made by a public servant /elected official a Federal Record regardless of what is in the communication - i.e no more private communications while you are an elected official or government official on the job, using a public device and/or on public premises. You want to send private emails? GO HOME and use your own phone - period. Otherwise "all your base are belong to us."

Us = "We the People"

About as solid as any rumor you hear on CNN, the Huffington Post, etc. who have all reported it. My guess is the Democrat party throws this kind of thing out there to see what the reaction is. According to those media outlets, Michelle should run because she is "beloved" as a first lady(yes, that is what they printed) and is "young", etc.

IMO, Michelle is an angry, America hating , racist idealogue. Perfect Democrat party member and would have a lot of support from that party in a post Clinton era. She appears to be far more energetic and industrious than Barack, so I don't put this past her. The fact that she was able to garner a six figure position on a hospital board in Chicago that she rarely showed up for (and subsequently wasn't replaced when she left for her gig as first lady) ought to tell you everything you need to know about the kind of support she would have were she to run.

Remember when we thought Hillary running for Senate and being elected in New York as a carpetbagger there was a long shot? I wouldn't be surprised if Michelle doesn't run either for Virginia, or California(I think the "poor" Obama's bought a house there , outside of Palm Springs, a couple of years ago that was rather hush hush).

One thing I feel certain of. The Obama's believe their work is far from finished. Obama may have his eyes on the UN presidency, but Michelle has things she wants done in the US yet.

329 Is James Comey the only person in this thing who hasn't been granted immunity? If so perhaps he needs to be the fall guy.

330 Of course everyone, including the POTUS, KNEW. Having an email account isn't something that is static like an end table, you SEND and RECEIVE emails.

So who would send emails to the Secretary of State?
Everyone in the upper reaches of the White House, Congress and the State Department. AND they had to bypass federal government security protocols to do it.

WHY wasn't anyone charged by the FBI? Because they'd have to charge EVERYONE in the upper levels of our government for breaking those same said security protocols.

What's the chain of command if you impeach or fire everyone? Uh, "Hi, this is Bob the Janitor at the White House, somehow I just became President...."

331 This supports the point I made during the SWOhMoMe: if Hillary Clinton gains the Presidency, she will have a Pyric victory. She is a completely illegitimate candidate due to her criminal mishandling of classified material; regardless of Comey's legal fiction regarding no "evil intent."

Thing is, if a Republican Secretary of State had mishandled classified material, lied about it and destroyed evidence, I would have absolutely no problem with that person being tossed in prison.
