Have an M1/30-06 set of loads (.5 grain apart) I tried out yesterday. Two were OK, nothing special, mostly in the black (always have operator error to consider in the testing). 100 yds, rested. Third one (largest charge) produced a group about 3-5 inches across, two sets of holes touching - but ..... outside the black at the 7 o'clock position.
Jim from Galveston suggested I load up a bunch of those last ones, carefully shoot them over a period of time, if they group up again like that, adjust the sights, and voila. (elevation error easy to fix, just a click up - windage is more puzzling)
Your thoughts?

I'm not entirely sure about that. I can also envision a scenario where Putin realizes what a dangerous psychopath Hillary is, and would prefer someone relatively sane to negotiate with.

In Britain, until circa 1960, condemned prisoners had a ONE DAY appeal before the law lords in which to plead their case that they'd been the victims of a miscarriage of justice.
The appeals were pretty much uniformly denied, and the condemned executed generally within two weeks of their unsuccessful appeal.
Surprisingly, the murder rate in Britain was very low.

We've learned in the past few years that it's possible for countries to *refuse* to take back their own citizen when they are here illegally and commit crimes here, and so we get stuck with them.
Well, I propose that when our citizens commit robbery or murder, *we* should air drop them into Syria or Somalia or Mexico, and then *refuse* to take them back if the other country protests. We get rid of them, and in a humane way, by calling in the debt to other countries that use us as a cesspool drainage system that rids them of their human sewage.
