Once Again, Media Ignores All Parts of Debate That Favored Trump to Zero In On the Two Parts That Favored Hillary

The "two storylines" that emerged from this debate, as MeAgain Kelly beamed joyously last night, are 1, Trump's aside "Such a nasty woman" and 2, Trump's refusal to say he'd "accept" the results of the election.

As to the first: Trump said this in direct response to a cheap-shot insult -- one that Hillary laughed as she delivered, turning it from a common political attack into an attempt to humiliate through mocking laughter.

Defending her sham Social Security scheme, she said she'd raise taxes on the wealthy to pay for it, then added in a chuckling quip, "I'm sure you'll find ways to avoid paying it, Donald," or something like that.

Apparently there are a lot of women, including lots of women who don't call themselves liberal feminists -- MeAgain Kelly and half of the online female "conservative" commentariat, for starters -- who actually think that a woman is allowed to insult a man to the accompaniment of a witch's mocking cackle and the man is not allowed to say anything more than "I agree with you, Thee of the Superior Sex."

Go fuck yourselves, women (and some men) who think this way. You're not superior and you have no special rights and privileges, and men do not have a special requirement to defer to you in all things.

People who claim these things seem to be trying to vindicate some personal, at-home domestic issue -- "My husband is such a useless cad!" -- through their political agitation.

You have two choices, ladies: You can either compete in the hard world, or you can keep to the soft world. You cannot go out into the hard world, and in fact employ the tactics of the hard world like insult and mockery, and then demand to be treated by the rules of the soft world.

That's not feminism -- that's infantilism. Learn the difference. The only man in the world obligated to treat you like Daddy's Little Girl is your actual Daddy.

As to the claim that Trump is destroying the Republic by refusing to say in advance that he'd "accept" the results of the election -- Hillary Clinton said in 2002 that George W. Bush had been "selected, not elected" and just this week Hillary nodded and clapped and smiled along with a crowd shouting to Al Gore YOU WON! YOU WON! YOU WON!

As Larry O'Connor points out in that piece, much of Gore's subsequent speech on Hillary's behalf strongly implied he'd actually won the election, but not by enough votes that the Supreme Court was chastened from stealing it from him. And Hillary clapped merrily along.

6 Why so serious?

Three major independent polls show either a tie (LA) or Trump with a small lead (IBD and Rasmussen). The MSM sponsored polls are flawed, and purposefully so. There's a potential for all these polls to undercount Trump because (1) many Trump voters won't pass a Likelihood screen, and (2) Shy Tory Syndrome.

The Electoral Map actually favors Trump. It's much more likely that Hillary wins the popular vote but loses the EC, than the other way around. (Al Gore redux). Trump's strength with non-college whites is hugely relevant in all the battleground states.

My latest personal 538.com EC interactive projection has Trump winning by at least 2.0% with 298 EVs. YMMV.

If Hillary loses, she dies in many ways. So she has to ratchet up the fraud to win, and survive.

The recent O'Keefe videos give a hint at what the Ds are capable of here. It won't be subtle, because the Ds know they need to cheat by big numbers in the cities in states like PA, OH and FL. Expect that in dozens of precincts in these states, Hillary votes will exceed the numbers of registered voters. It'll be res ipsa loquitor, as lawyers say ("it speaks for itself," no need for evidence to prove how it happened).

So either Trump will win with stronger than expected turnout, or Hillary will win by obvious fraud.

Hillary was never going to be a good President. If she makes it to the White House she'll be incapable of handling the festering problems left by Obama.

Of course the demand is that Trump say on live TV that he'll happily accept defeat, and thus join the NeverFight brigade he's campaigned against for a year and a half.

The whole thing is stupid anyway. It certainly isn't about "peaceful transition of power" as drama queen Wallace put it, as *Obama* is the one in power and therefore the one who needs to submit to the outcome of the election.

The most Trump could reasonably do is go to court and bring more attention to the democrats' lawlessness, where he'd be "defeated" by partisan judges. It's not like he can stomp his feet and assume the Presidency if the electoral college results aren't there.

At this point, I say let the militant feminists run the joint. Put their pink boots on the ground in Syria and Iraq. Let the male SWAT team members, the guys on the violent crime squads and gang task forces, sit back and push paper. Let the lady cops get physical. Male firefighters have earned themselves a nice vacation, let the ladies handle things now.

63 As I said earlier;

There is a whole other side, that is totally different, not just marginally different, totally different, than the story out of the MFM, and that includes Fox.

The MFM will run with 'biting analysis' of a perspective on a story that, on its face, is ridiculous, and then the other outlets pick that same lame BS up and run with it for an entire day. They did that with the bullshit tripe that they were peddling for an entire day about the historical accuracy of polls and the inviolable historical tradition of accepting election results no matter how rigged they are. That's bullshit on its face, but the once respected Brit Hume was peddling that like snake oil all day yesterday.

There is another side of the story. One with videos and audios and emails and pretty damned credible eye witnesses , and that story is not being told except by the "conspiracy theorists' who have viewerships larger than many of the MFM combined.

But we should limit our intake to the 'credible' news sources who are picking what they think we need to know.

It's not mature, honorable, or effective long-term, but the kind of people who would use it aren't probably particularly mature, concerned about honor, or thinking long term.

80 One of the interesting things to consider here is that if Trump wins the EC and Hillary "wins" the popular vote we will know that it was fraudulent votes that will put her over the top.

Something like 10% of illegals vote, fortunately mostly in CA. That's 2-4M illegal votes right there. Keep in mind Obama won the popular vote by 5M in 2012 so this is actually a likely scenario.

Were I Trump I would come out with a proposal for capital punishment for intentional electoral fraud - illegals votes, voting in multiple districts, etc.

Make the State Media talk about it.

Men are just as driven by emotions as women, maybe moreso, but they tend to be quiet or passive-aggressive and so it's not obviously emotional.

One thing my dad told me as a teenager (and it was wise) was that everyone uses emotion to make a decision and then the smart ones find ways to rationalize it.

Posted by: Christopher R Taylor at October 20, 2016 12:39 PM (39g3+)

Absolutely true. They get to choose which rules, and in which situation.

Back when I was debating a feminist at Berkeley (God help me) who was bitching (hard to believe, I know) that women were paid less per month by annuities.

I pointed out that they lived longer, and the same amount of money spread over a longer time implied less money per unit time. Logical, yes?

It was hopelessly sexist to draw the actuarial distinction, she maintained.

I pointed out that the issue was what was a valid segmentation variable for the actuarial calculations. Is gender one? If no, then men and women should get the same annuity payments, but also pay the same for car insurance.

She spluttered in rage. "But men have more accidents!"

So gender was an appropriate segmentation variable if it benefited women, but not if it worked against them. Got it.

Posted by: mrp at October 20, 2016 12:59 PM (JBggj)

144 2, Trump's refusal to say he'd "accept" the results of the election.

---

The thing I find most interesting about this particular bit of virtue signaling is the inability to comprehend the possibility of "what if he's right?"

Is it possible for a US election to be illegitimate? It sure happens pretty often in other places around the world. What exactly makes us categorically different? I seem to remember a lot of talk around year 2000 about the Diebold voting machines and their connection to Dick Cheney, so it seems like the idea, in principle, isn't impossible (or maybe that's me with one of those Mandela Effect false memories).

Heck, let's even ignore the question itself. Let's just say, what if a candidate just believes an election is rigged (maybe it isn't. Maybe he's just mistaken, or paranoid, or whatever). What do the NeverTrumpers say is the appropriate recourse in that situation? I mean, there's got to be a right way to go about this sort of thing, right? So, tell me, what is the appropriate course of action for a person in this situation?

If the answer to the above questions is some combination of "Well, it could just never happen here," and "there isn't one. You just have to trust that the system works" then that exact lack of oversight and blind trust is exactly how you allow the issue to happen.

Bingo. Bango.

When you throw a punch, the other person gets to punch back. This is not rocket surgery. If I don't like getting hit back, then I don't throw a punch. Once I do? Game on.

I will admit that this is a personal pet peeve of mine. When I respond to nasty female passive aggressiveness with actual me level aggressiveness, somehow it's my fault for upsetting the other person. Never you mind that the other person started it and I was taught don't start it but it's been broughten, you finish it. Nope. It's my fault for pointing it out and responding in kind. I have always found that ludicrous.

That is way, way, way, way up there with how I cannot abide those who refuse to accept the consequences of their positions and who attempt to wriggle away from them when called out on it. Your position. Your consequences. If you don't like the consequences, mayhap you should rethink your position.

146 Um, you don't get to be offended by someone else's vulgarity after you've led a "F$#@ Trump!" chant outside of Hillary's Broadway fundraiser in a crowd that included kids.

If Trump had just made his grab p#*sy comment to the bass hook borrowed from a Hall and Oates song, he would have had a great rap hit.

Just like Jay-Z.

Seriously, all of these liberals going ballistic over a statement that is mild compared to the bleatings of rap stars they trot out to convince lazy ass kids to get off the couch and go vote for them is idiotic.

Trump has boorish behavior. Knew that before the tape rolled.

But you can't act offended on the one hand and then stand shoulder to shoulder with Jay-Z, Snoop Dog and whoever else on the other hand.

I know, consistency has no place in politics.

Even if conservative concerns about voter fraud weren't real (and they are and everyone knows they are), if the left is so concerned about the integrity of the elections they should be offering to implement voter ID and regular voter list pruning to make sure that everyone believes the elections are on the up and up.

The only reason to oppose they common sense protections is if you think they will cost you votes...and if you think they will cost you votes you are expecting to benefit from fraud.

So long story short the left sees getting fraudulent votes as more important then the integrity of elections, so they can FOAD when other people complain about porous intentionally broken system.

157 Mortimer,

Since you asked, and only because you asked:

I'm not here because I'm worried.

Let me give you an example. I'm a UW Huskies fan. Born and bred. We recently broke a twelve year losing streak against the Oregon Ducks. After that game was the first time I had ever looked at a game thread of a UW/Oregon game from their perspective.

I visited Fox News.com last night for the same reason. I wouldn't be here if Hillary was losing. I wouldn't care what you all had to say about how bad she looked or sounded. I care what you have to say about your ridiculous candidate because it's interesting. Seeing the spin. The cognitive dissonance. It's fascinating.

i.e. comparing Al Gore disputing an actual disputed election (remember, it came down 500 votes in one state) (a State where Ralph Nader had 97 thousand votes) with hanging Chads and the President's Brother and Katherine Harris, and butterfly ballots and all that and yet, after it was all said and done, even though it was clear they got jobbed, Gore accepted it.

Comparing that with Trump who called for Revolution in 2012?? Trump who's calling foul before a single vote is cast? Who will dispute even if he loses 40 States? What a joke.

As I said, it's interesting.

Posted by: Seattle Slough at October 20, 2016 01:01 PM (mCz8+)

158 127 I know someone else mentioned this but Trump not going along with 'sure I'll accept the election results' is forcing the media to talk about it today and therefore allowing Trump and his surrogates to bring up the O'Keefe videos which none of the networks, except for FBN, want to talk about. Its genius, really.

What would have been better is if Trump turned the question on Clinton and said - Are you going to ask your campaign manager to stop asking non-citizens to lie about being a citizen so they can vote? Did the Russians make him type that in an email? Are you going to ask the DNC to stop hiring people to bus in illegal voters?

The two in the middle -- I think they're called "Total Spanish" and then "Perfect Spanish" -- are the good ones.

Trump talking with feeling about the ruined factories and lives due to NAFTA.

That wasn't my initial reaction because I was hoping for Trump to hit harder, bring up stuff I wanted brought up and be more eloquent. So I was a bit disappointed.

But a person who watched without preconceived notions of what he was "supposed" to do might have responded much more positively to him than the media - and I - suppose.

DON'T COMMENT ON OLD THREADS! YOU'LL BE AUTO-BANNED!

The only two drawbacks are 1: His accent is poor. He's not a native spanish speaker. but there are accompanying cds by a native speaker to get the accent right.

2. He focuses on grammar, sentence construction, and conjugation, and almost not at all on vocabulary.

though, again, the accompanying cds have a native speaker teachign you some vocab.

I think his approach is sound, though. You have to know how the language works -- word order, how to make questions, pronoun placement, etc. -- and then that allows you start reading children's books and some news articles, which is where you'll start picking up vocabularly -- through actually seeing it in context, not just memorizing a vocab list. I have absolutely zero doubt that Trump got far more mileage out of the debate than Hillary did.

I do regret he didn't have a better answer for accepting the results, but I honestly think if this is what is going to be talked about, it's likely a net win for Trump as people know the system is rotten and it will attract non-ideological people that want to drain the swamp.

He went into great detail, explaining in clear concise words and terms why he answered the question as he did last night.

His strongest statement out of his five minute explanation? "Why would I agree to concede an election three weeks before it occurs and remove the legal options and precedent that has been in place for centuries in our republic, that were designed to protect the VOTER in an election?

His entire statement about last night's question sounds like Ted Cruz helped write it. This is what his campaign manager has said, debates don't allow enough time to expound on points, rather it is the responsibility of the campaign in the time between debates to explain and present the details of the point.

Excellent opening statement by Trump.

270 Generally, I think Trump won the debate. He didn't slaughter Spill like Debate 2, but he stood toe to toe and got the better of her. He missed some knock out shots, but he also hit on others.

Spill is a shallow liar. Robotic and fake. Can't even fake genuineness unless she's nasty. Always was. If you give her any credibility at this point, I can't help ya. At some point, there's nothing else to say. Trump said what I said - why is she even on the stage? Because the DNC rigged the DNC Primary to give her the spot. Because the DOJ and FBI rigged law to let her escape justice.

That being said, the media's new outrage today is because Trump said he may not accept the elections results, whatever they may end up being. We'll have to see.

And now the Media and GOP are ringing their hands. Christ, these GOPe losers are so f*cking ball-less. They can't WAIT to throw away their greatest political weapons, and start getting weepy when someone else won't comply.

Jesus. F'ing. Christ. I am SO tired of this hand wringing bullshit over trumped up stupidity.

Let me explain how stupid and dishonest this is.

Seven words - Al Gore 2000. Bush selected, not elected.

If that isn't enough, let me elaborate:

Wallace purposefully, deceptively mixed "challenging election results" with "challenging peaceful transition of power". I caught it when he said it.

OBAMA transitions power to the winner, if that is Trump or Hillary. That's because he currently holds the power as President. Obama can do that even if Trump stomps his feet up and down and pitches a bitch fit. Does anyone think Trump is going to lead an armed assault on DC? Get your head out of your ass.

The issue with transition of power is if OBAMA refuses to pass the office. Then you HAVE to take up arms. That has nothing to do with Clinton or Trump. So its not an issue for them.

The question REALLY was "are you going to challenge the election result". Why on God's earth should he say YES when NO ONE KNOWS THE RESULT? Why would you do that when video and email just leaked last week prove that voting has been scammed and defrauded for quite some time?

What if Trump loses by 50 votes? "Oh well, I said I wouldn't challenge it". Then he really looks like a flip flopper idiot. Wallace's goal was to dishonestly commingle the two, and make Trump look like a dangerous usurper.

Did Wallace ask Clinton the same question - "Hill, if Trump wins, will you challenge the results"? Especially since she thinks Russia is tampering with the election? Because we all know the answer to the question - YES, SHE WILL. I'd place bets the pleadings are already drafted ready for execution.

If Trump has said YES, the headlines today would be "Trump walks back election fraud allegations".

If you are going to point out voter fraud, but then say you won't challenge a result, then you have pointed out the fraud for nothing. You have taken your legal right to challenge off the table. Classic GOP 101. Romney-Bush-McCain-Ryan move 100%.

I don't recall Spill saying she would accept the results, but if she did, that's a bald faced lie, because she would have to be INSANE to just let a narrow trump victory slide. That's the biggest proof of her dishonest nature/and or diseased brain, because there is no way in HELL she won't challenge.

And if she did say she won't contest, that should wrap up all her talk of Russia influencing the election then, since she won't challenge the result.

THAT'S why voter fraud continues unabated - will they spend the time and money to prove it, and will it then unseat the winner?

272 Curious that Clinton wasn't asked the same question, given her side's propensity for having lawyers on deck to challenge close election results on the flimsiest of pretexts. Should Trump win, we all know rioting will be added to the slate of spectator sports for fall 2016. And she will denounce it with as much sincerity as Obama denounced the assassination of five police officers in Dallas.

"appalled" she was that Trump was "talking down our democracy," did
anyone else immediately recall Eric "Otter" Stratton's "I will not stand

277 There was an election in past, I believe in the early 1800s, where it was straight up decided by both parties that the results were fraudulent but the losing party basically cut a deal so both sides got something.

I can't remember the details but it's not a conspiracy theory and was accepted by mainstream historians as a fraudulent election.

That was 1876. Hayes agreed to end the Reconstruction of the South by removing federal troops in exchange for the electoral college votes of Florida which gave him the win.

Also, the election of 1868 had issues because three southern states (Texas, Virginia and Mississippi had not been readmitted to the Union and thus were, in the words of Democrats "disenfranchised".

279 In 1960 the Ds robbed IL and TX. Nixon would have had to get both reversed, both uphill battles.

The election of 1876 was pretty wild. The Compromise of 1877 gave the election to Hayes who should have lost on the merits, and the Rs agreed to have the feds end Reconstruction in the South.

You're probably thinking of the 1876 election. Democrat candidate Samuel Tilden won the popular vote, but Hayes won the electoral votes. The Democrats agreed to accept the results in exchange for Federal troops leaving the South.

283 Alright guys, help me out with something. I am so weary of this election, the SJWization of America, and our national politics in general. But I can't help myself, I consume a ridiculous amount of political news every day. And of course it is mostly depressing. And then I feel compelled to try and combat some of the ignorance by posting stuff on Facebook which let's face it mostly just pisses people off - including those in agreement - because they too are weary of all of this.

After the election I need to find some things to completely replace the time, effort, and mental energy I spend on politics. I need to just wash my hands and be done with it. At least for a while. I don't think my constant and compulsive refreshing of my browser tabs in hopes that there is some new news item available to be digested is healthy at all. Really need to quit this cold turkey. After the election of course. So help me think up some stuff to divert myself into - something to binge on rather than politics. (I don't want to ditch the HQ but maybe just come for the non political stuff like the medical monitoring and book thread.)

One thing that will make this hard is that a ton of my political consumption happens during the work day because I have a job that is compatible with that.

Here are some things I am thinking of doing to help shift my time and mental energy away from politics. Some big things and some little, symbolic things.

- Read more books. I have a ton of books that I have bought and not read because I spend too much time reading political stuff online. This is probably the single biggest/easiest way for me to shift brain power away from politics.

- Delete all political sites from my favorites. Symbolic but helpful.

- Throw myself into developing a love for a new sport. Maybe baseball. I have never been able to get into it but have been watching this years playoffs. For most of my life the only sport I have followed closely has been the NFL. Not sure I can develop a true passion for a new sport at this time in my life but maybe I can.

- Only carry my cell phone with me when I really need to have it. That way I can't just be constantly browsing on it. That's probably a good life change regardless.

- Ditch the smart phone and go back to a dumb cell phone. That seems like a radical change but maybe it's time.

- Take my kids on evening outings outside of the neighborhood. Find some local fishing holes and do some soul therapy with a rod and a reel.

- Sign up for a class of some kind. Learn a new language or take a cooking class or something.

- Take up a hobby. I just don't know what it would be though. Politics has been my hobby. I am worried that I won't be able to find something of equal interest to replace it with.

- Delete all my social media accounts. (Not a bad idea anyway.)

- Set up a couple of dedicated but inexpensive weekly gatherings with friends who aren't really political. Thursday night football at the local wing joint and whatnot.

What are some other things I can do to fill the void if I cut politics out of my life? Needs to be things that don't involve spending a crap ton of money like go to the gun range every day. Yeah, would love to do that, but I have kids and kids are pretty spendy so I don't have a lot of loose cash burning a hole in my pocket.

Also, anyone else feeling the same way about this? Anyone else ready to just say the hell with it - time to cut politics out of my life to the greatest extent possible?

353 No, but seriously, I'm not sure why I got it backwards. Yes, the 1824 erection featured some pretty rotten shenanigans, although since nobody got the required majority (there were four candidates), it went to the House to decide.

However, given that Henry "Dice" Clay was the Speaker of the House, as one of the four candidates they sorta made him ineligible, I think.

And this is where I got it backwards. I thought Clay hated Adams, but it was actually Jackson he hated, and since Jackson had the highest vote totals, both poopular and erectoral, it MIGHT have seemed appropriate to eventually get him the votes to be declared the winner.

Clay would not allow that, and threw his support behind Adams instead.

Thus: Our nation's first "stolen" erection. Certainly not the last.

374 "The issue with transition of power is if OBAMA refuses to pass the

Clinton or Trump. So its not an issue for them." SaltyDonnie

Who's you in this scenario? There's been a lot of speculation on this issue, but armed gangs aren't going to show up on the White House steps to forcibly evict him. In the unlikely event he refused to leave office and the various organs of the executive branch followed suit - again highly unlikely - then Congress would have to act. If they refused, then state governors would need to act, probably by calling new elections to replace members of Congress who cooperated. This would effectively be an article V solution on the fly. In any case, the remote possibility of armed conflict would take place between the state and federal governments, not ad hoc militias and the Obama loyalists. Unless you know something the rest of us don't, Americans are simply too responsible, too comfortable and too lazy to do anything like what they did in the Ukraine.

By the way, Texas would win.

379 >>>Did Wallace ask Clinton the same question - "Hill, if Trump wins, will you challenge the results"?

This was a variation on Fox News's old trick of asking the candidates in the GOP debate if each of them will agree to support the eventual winner of the GOP primary.

Fox learned their lesson. In hindsight, I'm sure Fox wishes they had only asked that question of Trump. The point was to get Trump to promise in advance that when he loses (as they assumed he would) he would tell his supporters to vote for Jeb or Marco or Kasich and he would not run third party.

By asking all the candidates, it ended up burning Jeb and Kasich who went back on their word.

So they don't want to put Hillary in that position. If she loses, almost certainly she will litigate and see if she can get a progressive court to give it to her. It's always the ends, not the process, that matters to the Left.

If she loses, her LIV supporters will be convinced that Trump must have somehow engaged in massive voter fraud because the media polling narrative had Hillary solidly ahead. They will never accept the legitimacy of a President Trump.

Haven't you all been treated to the radio ads by our benevolent federal government and the National Safety Council in which sad voiced teenagers talk about a kid getting bullied for so long she found her father's gun and shot herself, and the four year old who found his father's gun and shot himself, and the troubled teen who broke into a car and found a gun and killed people in the store before he killed himself?
All while softly dramatic music is in the background, then the announcer comes on with a stern warning that if you are a gun owner, you have a responsibility to lock up your gun and keep it out of the hands of children and criminals.

420 Just as I predicted before the hurricaine, Fl Dems are going to court to demand all votes be counted without verifying voter registration so that not a single voter is disenfranchised because they were unable to register due to the hurricaine. Yep, I know exactly what you're talking about, and I think I've found a solution for myself that gratifies an interest in history, is hands-on, requires concentration, is somewhat long-term, and seems like a Zen place. Model ship building, by subscription.

You basically pay $100/month (more or less), you get a delivery of parts and instructions, and over the course of a year, you construct a really intricately detailed model of an 18th-century warship. Lots of interaction via hobbyists on the seller's site, etc. I'm thinking about doing HMS Victory, which I'm told is ambitious for a newcomer, but what the heck. Downsides: requires space to construct (and to leave an incomplete project undisturbed), a place to put the sizeable thing once it's done.

Have never tried it. Laying the keel January 2017...

434 Would you like an anecdote? I was at the farmer's market in my lib area today, and as always, the Dems and Repubs both had tables set up. I always smile and nod hello to everyone, because I'm a nice person.

Today for the first time, I stopped by the Repub table on the way out to say hello and ask if they thought we had a prayer. The lady was talking to one of the farmers, a young man probably in his late 20s/early 30s. He told me that he thinks there are a lot of people like him - never voted before, but who are fed up and don't want Hillary - that will be voting for Trump. I told him to be sure to tell his buddies to go vote for Trump too.

It was nice to hear. Given that I live in Libville, I take every small victory that comes my way.

435 >>But - Hillary didn't do that. She didn't demand to be treated by any

First, women like Hillary know that they have the media and other who will be offended on her behalf and make it a big deal. The MSM has been doing this for her and other Dems while happily ignoring things like Ann Coulter being called a c#nt a bunch of times (and Ann didn't whine about it).

Second, let's see if she complains about it soon. Recall that after the 2nd debate Hillary went on the Ellen show and whined about creepy Trump stalking her on the debate stage. This is a classic move where the female victim doesn't confront the person so that they can respond, instead they whine to a 3rd party (like MeAgain whining about O'Reilly not publicly supporting her in her feud w/Trump after she moderated the GOP debate).

446 I'd like to be angry at the media for this kind of stuff, but increasingly over the past several decades, I've learned to expect it from them.

I'd like to be angry at politicians for the shambles that our electoral process and our country as a whole has become but, again, I expect it from them. In fairness, they are doing (mostly) what the majority asked of them: "Give me free shit", "Make things fair", "Punish people who do more and/ or are better at things than I am".

Now I am livid with my "fellow" Americans. The majority of you voted for this shit. Fair enough. The majority got what you voted for (in the past several elections, the primaries, etc.). In the words of your current president, you won.

There's a catch. Just because you won does not compel me to support you in your accelerating march toward destruction. Whether you like it or not, I still claim my right to free will.

I will not comply. The choice is yours as to what you do next.

A) You can use force to compel me to comply and show yourself for who you really are. Go head. Come take what is mine by force. You're welcome to try. You might even win. That's fine. Even if it results in my death, I still win because you will have to live with what you've become and you are incapable of making any use of what I have, since you are nothing more than parasites. You will consume it and leave nothing but waste and I will no longer be there to turn waste into resources and continue to sustain you.

B) You can give me a divorce. I won't threaten you with violence to obtain it. I will only use force in equal proportion to the force you use on me. I simply wish to live in peace and succeed or fail on my own merits and own abilities. I am not asking for, nor do I want, nor to I require your help. I do not need or want anything from you. If I fail, the consequences are my own. I have no expectation of fairness of any sort nor any safety net or assistance of any kind from you. Leaving me alone requires absolutely nothing from you at all. Go ahead and take all that has been already been ceded to you thus far. I don't need it but you do. Consider it a parting gift.

You miss the point - my use of "you" is the "royal you". All legal action to enforce a transfer of power has to be backed up by force if the power holder refuses, or it's "just words, just speeches". We can lay out a graph if you like another time, BECAUSE.......

My point was, the transition of power issue had fuck all to do with Wallace's question. Wallace then intentionally mixed transfer of power with "contesting election" once Trump answered in order to make Trump look "scary" and muddy the waters.

481 Here is my take, Trump was talking to O Keefe, he certainly knows what's going to be dropped next.

What if there is direct evidence of Hillary or Huma directing the illegal stuff?

482 The disgust with the media is at an all time high. The left is loving this, but the independents who care about issues....are caring about actual issues. As for the Trump supporters, this is enraging them.

Let the left enjoy their last hurrah before accountability comes a'callin. In 9 days the push polling and modelling will stop. Those polls will align with the three tracking polls.

There will be much panick in Dem land when that happens.

483 Pore ole algore, the Sex Poodle, still seeking his chakra. Bloated and bitter. Impotent and smelly. Even his scheme about climate changed has gone poorly. Pore ole algore, who invented the Internet. Now reduced to speaking with the corrupt cabal.

Hilz, the hag with lipstick on her teeth and chin last night, grinning her rictus hideous face at the thought of gays being killed, is no longer going to take naps. So she said last night before abruptly ending her press conference on her plane, as Jennifer Griffith, bless her, asked her about wikileaks and O'Keefe.

The noise of the media and fake online polls tells me the Dims are scared. They should be, as the wikileaks reveal their collusion with the most corrupt crime family in this country.

Mr. Trump is going to drain the swamp. Hopefully the Hag will find herself ignored as a failure, which she is as no accomplishment except ISIS, for the rest of her days. Bill will be dickin' all the bimbos, so he is fine. That hideous child of theirs will no longer have a future. Life will be good.

484 Oh, and my flying monkeys, I eagerly await future wikileaks and O'Keefe videos.

Let us pray there is one of her showing her racist stripes.

NY Post has an article of her own SS agents snickering when she broke her elbow as Sec of State. They despise her. Of course, no surprise, she blamed them for her breaking her elbow. Of course. She is a sociopath.

485 Did you know 17 agencies say Putin probably hacked us--but absolutely none of Hillary's classified emails were compromised!

It's a shame the Constitution doesn't provide for some kind of chief executive who could deal with problems like that. Barky who?

Or Hillary could just take it up with Vlad at her next Uranium Sale.

486 "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

That is the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
I assume that a presidential candidate remains a United States citizen during the election campaign, and that he retains his First Amendment right to "petition the government for redress of grievances" if he feels he has been defrauded in an election.
Much to the Left's chagrin...
