Ah, at worst, even expired vitamins can't hurt you. They'll just be ineffectual. (Except for Vitamin E, which is oily, and thus can go "bad.")
B12 is like C -- basically impossible to overdose on since you just pee it out.
The key, if you want to keep elevated levels, is to take moderate doses over and over, like 2 or 3 times a day. Taking one big dose all at once, like countrydoc says, just goes straight out the urethra.

Yep, but since TX finally went red over 20 years ago, we haven't elected a single Dem to statewide office, or gone Dem in a presidential election.
TX is still blood red, but I have some guesses as to why Trump isn't polling as well as might be expected. Billionaire Manhattanites are considered off-putting here, and free trade is a huge part of our economy. While a lot of us are glad he's for better border security, we're skeptical about his Wall plans because he hasn't been to the TX border. Like others who've promised a Wall, I doubt he knows what he's talking about.
He'll still win here, but may underperform compared to recent Repub candidates.
But again I'm just guessing, and this election has been so nutty that I think literally anything could happen. Trump may blow it out here the way Hillary is declining.

I live in Michigan and 95% of the people I know are voting for Trump. The other 5% are die hard LIVs. However. . . . none of us are putting up signs, wearing t-shirts, or even discussing it openly, because we're just sick to death of being deplorable. Nothing on Facebook. But we talk about it quietly amongst ourselves. Make of it what you will, but this is a wide swath of ages, ethnicities, 2 sexes (sorry, there are only 2of those), backgrounds, education, geographiclocaleand employment. And all are all in for Trump. And are excited about voting for him. Except one who hates him but is voting for him anyway.

Next morning, he swings his legs out of bed, and there's a huge wolf spider on the floor, reared up at one of the kittehs that was batting at it. After husband killed it, he noticed two fang marks on the back of his hand.

I look at this in terms of body blows and right hooks. It seems Hillary has been hit with about three body blows in the past week (lying about heat exhaustion, seizing and the DNC wikileaks). It's staggered her, for certain. Her numbers are dropping.
Does Trump need another few shots? I thought the whole "seizing" in public would be the final straw and it might still be but my gut tells me Trump still needs a few more major shots before this thing is considered a lock.
Like Hillary majorly fucking up in the debates. Or her passing out in the debate. Or the FBI finally turning over the damning evidence or the IT guys finally fessing up.

Just heard a few weeks ago that it is now rampant with crime from "new Americans" (he specifically mentioned Somalis based on police reports). No one can have furniture on their front porch (stolen). Several stories about people who had garage door open who ran in to get a drink (while working on something) or purse (while getting ready to drive kids to school) only to discover in the 60 seconds they were gone someone has stolen their power tools or gotten in the car and are driving away. One woman reported that while pulling out of her garage she noticed a woman crouching in the bushes - apparently they will now roll under a person's garage door as it closes (morning commuters not looking back) and then rob them.
This is Obama's America. A place you cannot even leave a freakin' rocking chair on your from porch without some a**hole stealing it..

he was frequently a little ahead nationally but consistently lagging in swing state polls, IIRC, and a lot of us (guilty as charged) ignored the state polls in favor of the national ones

After that it was largely within the margin of error with Obama slightly leading in the battleground state polls.

Excellent, I've managed to piss off almost every commenter from NR. I created a facebook acct just to tell NR writers that they suck balls (but in a less crude way, because they all get offended so easily) and now I'm abandoning the NR alternate disqus site I helped them collect commenters for because they won't moderate out progs who pretend to be NT.
All these assholes who pretended for eons to be "on the right" and are now just spewing anything for Hillary were either lying all along or they were never on the right.
They keep pissing on me and then tell me it's raining. I get they don't like Trump, I don't either but Hillary? Yeesh. Then their hangers-on just want to whine over Cruz like that matters now.

kind of hate. Trump is more about keeping America safe and competing
effectively in the world. That is literally the job of president.

I was born in 1960 and I had NO IDEA that Paul Lynde was gay until a few years ago.
When I was a kid and he was popular, I had no conception of such things. By the time I understood that there was such a thing as gay, Lynde was pretty much out of public life except for Hollywood Squares, which I rarely watched.
I occasionally see him on TCM and he makes Liberace look like John Wayne.

Hillary is the worst candidate we've ever seen... Trump needs to slap her down by 10 points nationwide and its inevitable she will stumble again. He stays focused and he's got this election wrapped up.
Mid July to Mid August Trump was terrible, people rightly voiced concerns about what in the sam hell he was doing..
