Washington Post: Bill Clinton Allegedly Cheated on His Wife
Sunday’s Washington Post Magazine has two cover stories, one for Bill Clinton and one (if you turn it upside down on the other side) for Melania Trump. As expected, Bill Clinton is going to get a gushier treatment. Post writer Neely Tucker is so tender to the president that he mangles a fact, and the copy editors (also tender hearts) allowed it. “Fact Checker” Glenn Kessler will not be assigned to this story. Tucker wrote, “He allegedly cheated on his wife, repeatedly, even in the Oval Office, and with a young woman who wasn’t that much older than their daughter.”

But, with the high deductibles, which is how the insurance companies are having to do it, that fraction sees the full 400% with no one else to spread it around to.

It did exist, but it was only ever used for bank to bank transactions. It was still considered legal tender, though, so it's the largest denomination bill in US history.
(It's still considered legal tender right now, actually, but all of them ever printed are accounted for and in gov't hands, so if you had a real one, I would assume you'd immediately be detained and asked how you acquired it)

Anyway, they might figure too much downside risk in a "debate". Though I figure that the polling is not all that good for her right now, and will only get tougher as the "debates" approach, so skipping them might not be the easy tactical call.

Which reminds me, 2 weeks ago on first visit to Portland had an amazing coffee thing - cold-brewed coffee on nitro. Fantastic on a hot day (which it was). That nitro thing also can be incredible with stouts and porters.

It's cost sharing. Some fraction of the population needs the product. They raise the price 400%. That cost gets spread out over the whole risk pool base for the insurance, which O-care expanded to include everyone (you know, pre-existing conditions and all that).
But, with the high deductibles, which is how the insurance companies are having to do it, that fraction sees the full 400% with no one else to spread it around to.
That's what she's bitching about. No fair the insurance companies let our ass-raping be felt directly.

One company that is suffering because of the rise of craft beers is the original craft beer, Sam Adams/Boston Brewing Co. They are by federal regulations still considered a craft brewery because of their size, but craft beer fans don't see them as 'authentic' because they're too big. Not big enough to fight with the big boys, but too big to stand out among all the smaller, hipper breweries.
