I was bored a couple of weeks ago and rented Antman. The moral to the story is that if you are a divorced father with children and committed a non violent crime, then you are fucked being their dad and natural hero because you can't get a job unless you become a comic book hero.

I was pissed off after the 1st 15 minutes watching this movie.

I felt terrible, sad, and empathy for all the fathers taking their kids to see this movie the one free day out of the month they ate allowed and able to spend time with their kids.

re: The sissy's tribal tat

The Raven tattoo design is borrowed from the Haida people indigenous to Canada's Pacific north-west, as the Liberal Party leader tweeted in 2012: "My tattoo is planet Earth inside a Haida raven. The globe I got when I was 23; the Robert Davidson raven for my 40th birthday."

The Trudeau family were made honorary members of the Haida tribe in 1976 during the second prime ministerial term of Trudeau's father, Pierre.

Lots of direct flights to Mexico from Vancouver, Toronto, etc. However, how many Mexicans' other than business people, want to fly to Canada? How many can afford the flights.

What will happen is they will plan on driving through the US and never get there. No reason to go to Canada, when staying here is welcomed and paid for by our government.

Fun Facts:

The Canadan Liberal leader is one of the few Western leaders known to have had a tattoo.

British prime minister Winston Churchill was rumoured to have had an anchor on his forearm, while U.S. president Theodore Roosevelt allegedly had his family crest emblazoned on his chest.

Barry Goldwater, the former Republican presidential candidate regarded as the founder of modern conservatism, had a design by Arizonas Smoki Indigenous people tattooed on his hand. Goldwater, who attended Smoki cultural events for decades, was made an honorary Smoki chief in 1964, the same year he ran for president.

Someone explain to me why we keep allowing birth tourism and it's resultant new American citizen. What other country allows you to show up right before your due date, drop your kid, pay all your expenses, and declare the baby a citizen. And also come from an emerging disease hotspot, knowing that there is almost a 100% chance that the child your birthing has serious defects, requiring millions of dollars of care of it's lifetime. All to be paid by the taxpayer.

We were at a baby shower last Saturday afternoon and she was eating so it doesn't appear she observes ramendan anyways. We were talking about how she was going to visit her family in Turkey next month, just her and her two young daughters. She was telling me that the airport in Istanbul scared her and she was worried about the 4 million refugees that are in Turkey. I agree, but somewhere a couple of decades ago, there was a brilliant judge who decided that the 14th amendment meant as long as your little baby ass hit something located within the USA, you were immediately granted citizenship.

146 @137

We know the amendment was specifically written to address the status of blacks, we know this because the people who wrote it stated it.

We know that the constitution gives specific power to congress to define immigration and naturalization which is just such a power they used to write laws giving citizenship to Native Americans which the 14th didn't do.

So basically what I'm saying is that essentially the constitution says and means whatever progressives and black robed tyrants want it to say at any time they want.

Which is why just this week our black robed tyrants came down on the side of a made up right to privacy to murder your child and against an actual enumerated right and attenuated gun owners rights in America.

As soon as you say the word, anchor baby, the racism accusations fly. I believe Trump said it early on in the primaries and was flayed by all of the media, the Democrats, the Republicans, the Southern Poverty Law Center, CAIR, Mexico, and who know who else.

Every one of these babies born here are American citizens and can bring their family here by virtue of needing it's family since it's a minor for the next 18 years. This is what in part , is chain migration.

One of our entry requirements MUST be that if you are not a US citizen and you are over six months pregnant, you cannot enter. Which is why we need a wall.

Or a Congress with the will to actually clarify citizenship.

I believe it comes from dicta of a SCOTUS case.

172 Regarding the birthright citizenship story, the Fed's have actually raided apartment complexes in CA that were set up by these Chinese companies to house expectant mothers until they went to the hospital. None of the mother's were arrested and paramedics were brought in in case any went into labor. The goal was to arrest the ringleaders, who were charging the mothers $25-$40, 000 to be flown here for birth. The women were counseled on what to say to customs, how to fly in through odd entry points to not raise suspicion , etc. One hospital facility over two years delivered 400 babies to these tourist visa women, and got paid almost nothing because the ringleaders skipped out.

The report noted that almost 40,000 babies a year are being born to foreign women here on tourist visas.

That would probably involve declaring a whole lot of people to be "outlaws" or outside the jurisdiction and protection of the law until they surrender themselves to the authorities. As I understand it, you could run over outlaws with your car for fun and not face any legal penalties, except perhaps for littering if you left the bodies on the road.

For some reason, the courts seem to have been reluctant to declare people as outlaws since the 19th century or even earlier.

Not really imo. Crisis has a way of speeding things up. Don't waste it.

191 Probably a hate crime to note that intern was most concerned about SHOES...

192 I have not watched network television in a long time, it sucked then and I'm sure its any better now.

Second article I read on this said that the women potentially could be charged with lying on their visa about the purpose of entering the USA.

I'll bet the Fed was racing to prosecute , just like they are about visa overstays and entering illegally.

194 I would have loved to see the faces of those interns.

And the face of the only sensible one when she found out that everyone else was axed for their stupidity.

195 The next article is about how an intern wears skirts that are too short ... lucky dog.

196 It's the same kind of mentality that thinks the business exists to provide jobs. Most businesses that continue to exist do so in order to make money not jobs.

199 We're not going to take it! We make valuable contributions to the companies we slave for. That's right SLAVE! What else would you call it? This is outright slavery. And racist!!

200 @197. Like people on a watch list. Or military veterans, people who display Gadsden flags, and those who carry copies of the Constitution

Outlaws.

Well, for what it's worth, these sorts of "bills of attainder" are explicitly forbidden by the U.S. Constitution.

204 Article V is a nice idea that will never happen.
Events are happening at warp speed and therefore rendering that long,
drawn out process useless.

I believe the Art V convention movement has gotten enough states to file to schedule a convention. Last I heard it was at 34 and a bill was passed with bipartisian support in the House in May of the first official list of the 34 states that have now called for a convention to propose amendments to the constitution.

Shit.

207 Nixon was in at least one Marvel comic (I think Captain America) in the 70's - he unmasked himself as the leader behind some secret evil society the hero had been fighting for a number of issues, right inside the White House.
I kid you not.

He's now and I quote, "A Social Justice Warrior."

And, I'll never buy THAT comic again. The average comic buyer demographic really is Old White Guy. $3-5 a comic twice a month. Easily $40-$100 a week.
