Relatively recently, sexual orientation and gender identity have also been added to some lists of protected categories."
I'll leave aside the merits of whether or not new groups who put themselves in harms way as part of their job description should get extra protection under the law if they should be harmed, and simply say this.
Rape murder, assault, and theft against White people will earn a criminal less time than crimes against ANY other group.
Not only does that tell you who is valued and who is not, but clearly there is no equality under the law.

There is a video of soldiers diddling around putting flags on veterans graves. They need a lesson from the BSA. In LA, they put up flags at the veterans cemetery within 15 minutes. All of a sudden the entire cemetery is filled with flags. Very moving.

Mysteriously, the "Avenue Of Flags" & "Avenue Of Heroes" are one big sea of miniature American flags every Memorial Day. Somebody goes up there under the cover of darkness and blankets the place with Old Glory. I think he probably drinks bourbon when he does it, the bastard.
It really is a treat to walk the grounds on Memorial Day & meet some of the old timers just simply paying their respect to their brothers.
I always wish I were able to make it up to Arlington, but this is a satisfactory substitute.

I said several times today that I would probably vote for the orange caudillo, but that wasn't good enough, so now I'm getting creeped out. Oh well, it's a long way until November. We'll see if the Trump-creep factor outweighs the Hillary-pure-evil factor in the end.
