Wall Street Analyst: Clinton Charities' Finances Are So Convoluted and Dodgy It Rises to the Level of Fraud

It's really amazing that this crew put together a "charity" to enrich themselves and pay off their friends -- their shadow government in waiting -- and no one really bothered to look into it before recently.

I think the concept of it -- of a former president and his morally diseased wife just creating a sham charity to raise billions for themselves -- was just so brazen that few even suspected it. Even the Clintons' longtime opponents didn't figure they'd be this corrupt.

After more than a year of research, a Wall Street analyst is arguing the Clinton Foundation's books are riddled with financial inconsistencies that rise to the level of "fraud."
Charles Ortel, who gained recognition for correctly identifying problems with General Electric's financial statements in 2008, has prepared 40 reports highlighting discrepancies that he said proves the Clinton Foundation has covered up cash flow since 1997.
The financial whistleblower said his 15 months of research revealed gaps in the amount of money donors claim to have given and the amount of money the foundation claims to have received.

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has been removed from the website of a prominent nonprofit watchdog, Charity Navigator, because its "atypical business model can not be accurately captured" by methods used to size up traditional charities.

Hal Moroz, a private attorney and former Georgia judge, said he referred some of Ortel's findings on the violations of the foundation to the state attorney general's office.

From 2000 until now, the Clintons were on their very best behavior, to preserve Hillary's electoral viability.

In that period, they created a sham charity for personal enrichment and to pay off their cronies they could get government jobs for and put American secrets online for the Russian and Chinese and Iranian intelligence agencies to pilfer.

That was the Clintons at their finest.

What happens when they no longer have to care about the law at all?

Peter Schweitzer's book Clinton Cash came out about a year ago and provides a detailed road map into the pay for play deals involving the Foundation. There's enough dots on its pages to draw the cat for a criminal complaint. It's been turned into a soon-to-be-released documentary that I'm sure Trump will hype.

A key figure is Frank Giustra, a Friend of Bill who created the deal that sold half of the US domestic uranium supply to affiliates of Putin. This deal needed Hillary's approval as Secretary of State because it affected US security interests. Reset indeed!

Amazingly, there's an affiliate of the Foundation called the Clinton Giustra Foundation whose sole purpose is to hide behind a fig leaf of Canadian law the names of 1,000 donors. Disclosure of all donors was a promise the Clintons made to Obama as a condition of her becoming Madame Secretary in a Memorandum of Understanding negotiated by Valerie Jarrett and Cheryl Mills.

I hope Trump conditions his releasing his tax returns on Hillary's releasing those 1,000 names.

I think Trump being willing to talk about Hillary and Bill's corruption (and apparently he's been referencing "Clinton Cash" - so he's getting the facts and details) is a much bigger threat than the possibility of the DoJ taking action. Obama is ultimately in control of the investigation; no one is in control of Trump. The MSM can't *not* cover Trump, because of their addiction to him, and their desire to catch him in a gotcha, candidacy-ending comment, so they will have to work overtime to weed out the Hillary corruption remarks. Strange times!

I have seen this scam run before. Little old lady was returning a bunch of fresh produce. They took it back, gave her a refund, and tossed it in the garbage. I suspect the grandkid would dig it out of the dumpster later. Do not know it for fact,but it struck me as odd how much food she was returning.

I'd like to see the video and see how friendly they seem. Dog owners are big on claiming their dogs are harmless and friendly and nice when they're actually quite threatening and even violent.

257 The dog was friendly. And even if the dog were not, the guy was trespassing and the dog would have been doing what a dog is suppose to do. And last, there are other ways to defend yourself besides beat a dog to death.Try spray. But again, the video shows the dog approaching as if he wants to play.
