Not Only Is Obama Seeking to "Annex the Suburbs" As Part of His Plan to Force Suburbs to Erect High-Density Public Housing, but HUD Is Seeking a Court Order to Muzzle Critics of the Plan

Apparently having a "tone" the Administration doesn't like when they arrogate unheard-of powers upon themselves is a legal basis for a court order to compel someone to parrot the Administration line.

Incidentally, the critic here is in Chappaqua. He tried to get Hillary Rodham to say if her own hometown (and her server's hometown) had discriminatory policies, as Obama's goons allege.

She refuses to say, and the media refuses to ask her.

56 I see this being tied up in courts for decades as small suburban communities sue the shit out Hud. And after Obama finally gets the hell out Dodge the next President will drop it like a hot potato.

And BTW I said this way back last year when Obama first proposed this farce. The NAACP has actually being doing this for years except that were not moving in and building Fidlers Green in a high priced neighborhood. They would simply use their "taxfree" funds to buy a house in one of these neighborhoods and rent it to a black family.

And no Hud does not have the authority to undercut local zoning laws which the courts have upheld for decades. No organization in the federal government has this authority. But as always, he can do anything he wants because there is no opposition party.

Yeah, I know how bad Obama's been for the suburbs, which is nothing compared to how bad he'd *like* to be -- the progs hate anything that keeps us from being channeled into hive cities where they can control every aspect of our lives. (Seriously, talk to any big city dweller and you immediately understand why they all vote Democrat -- they've been conditioned to be utterly dependent on government services. Hell, I'm halfway there myself just because I have the bad luck to live in NYC.) My problem is *no one is doing anything about it*, and I don't even know how to raise the issue without people looking at me like I'm a total crank.

there is a second reason for moving people around, and that is to

132 HUD has been trying that out here in the far NW reaches of Harris County (Houston). Unincorporated area, luxury and upscale homes and apartment buildings separated by undeveloped land tracts. many of which are have use as cow grazing fields. Horse stables abound.

As one of my kids' HS friend remarked as I drove them to school, "where else are ya gonna see 2 - 3 herds of cows everyday on your way to school?"

What are HUD customers gonna do out here with no sidewalks, no bus service, no taxi stands, no county med facilities for low-income people, no place to walk to a grocery store, no nothing for those who can't take care of and support themselves?

The 2d Amendment will again become a "murky misunderstood amendment" and the prior cases properly smacking down this specious horseshit will not be viewed as "binding" at all.

The court that is about to happen will make the Warren court look restrained.

I stated that I believe that not one person would have imagined that our society now - in the age of Obama - could possibly have undergone the changes that it has.

Nobody would have imagined that an agency would have had the nerve to even contemplate something like this - even in secret.

Nobody would have imagined it. And there are plenty of other impossible to imagine from the perspective of eight years ago happening now. We used to snicker at 3rd rate repressive regimes that pulled this shit.

We give this claim five Pinocchios.

Under the new HUD rules, County lines remain extant and distinct. The only change is that representative governments duly elected in those Counties will have no power over zoning and health and safety regulations. In fact, an expert whom we consulted, Professor Moonbeam Guevara Mao McStalin, chair of the Suburban Studies department at UC Berkeley said "This is no big deal, man." Further, claims that Obama is "muzzling" political opponents are likewise false. It is attorneys for HUD who are seeking to quiet racist local opposition qualifying as Hate Speech in order to provide safe spaces for HUD to educate the public on this new regulation, not Obama.

The top of the ticket is dead now, I'm sure Trump will torpedo whoever takes his place, but I don't care. I'm wanting to salvage the rest of the offices nationwide.

We'll put someone up like Ted Cruz, he'll lose, but at least it's not some blowout. Dems are now excited at the prospect of taking back the House with Trump

I see Trump conceding before Election Day if he's behind, he's not going to go and do the formal speech on Election Night, he'll be tweeting some picture of himself at one of his resorts to show it was no skin off his back.

246 Every place where Section Eight housing is mandated tends to suck. The residents of such housing, on average, do not make good neighbors.

Like a lot of young couples in the late 80s and early 90s, my brother and his then wife moved out to a new house on Palmdale, CA because the price were so low compared to any place decent in Los Angeles County. When I went to help him break up the hard dirt in front to plant grass, I noticed something. The development had been built in bands, so walking across those bands took you from the most recent construction to the older places. The general appearance notably got worse as you went toward the oldest homes, even though they were only completed a decade earlier at the most.

I knew from past experience with the area that these were relatively new homes but the earliest parts of the development looked awful. Front yard that were barren or masses of weed were common. The few that looked better tend to be those filled in with cement to create one big driveway or some other minimal maintenance approach.

Sure enough, after five years of a horrendous daily commute, my brother's house was one of just a few on his street that still had any semblance of a lawn or anything indicating pride of place on the part of the residents. Along with this the crime rate was appalling compared to the placid Thousand Oaks where we grew up or the part of the San Fernando Valley his wife had spent her life until then.

Section Eight is a form of reverse colonization and revenge scheme by race mongers and class warfare activists.

248 Day 91 ...

... I do not know why we fight, only that we have forgotten how not too. The men speak of The Party - a cosmic entity greater than The Trump and The Cruz - who will bring forth new gods. I fear this news. As terrible as The Trump and The Cruz are, the horrors of The Unknown are limitless. The next Gods may be worse.

Today - I closed on a foe - and he dropped his weapon, kneeled, raised his head to the heavens, and shouted "cuck". The small bear-figure from my dreams sprang from the ground, reeking of some unknown mead and vomit, and grabbed him by the throat with his jagged, toothy maw. The bear-figure pulled him back down, down into the earth. I saw the man's eyes. Glassy, frozen ... and at peace.

I was shaken, and rather than seek battle, I stood still. I watched a friend submit to a foe in a like manner, and shout "cunt" to the heavens. The golden hammer - terrible in form yet blissfully formless - crushed him. Quickly, mercilessly.

I do not know these killing words ... but I will learn them. I will never forget.

So tomorrow, I shall go to the field one last time. Perhaps I shall use a killing word - and gladly embrace the small, foul bear-figure. Or perhaps I shall call down the ghostly hammer - and enjoy the warmth of it's deathly blow.

Another factor: Residents in these Section 8 communities are living and reproducing in a very dense area. Even the Amish realized they needed to stop hooking up with the same Yoders and started hosting meetups with Amish from further afield.

272 From the perspective of Obama fed to him by his commissar cum puppetmaster (Jarrett) and the reigning Leftist myth, urban America is in the shape it is in due to "White Flight" and with it a reduction in the tax bases of cities and a concomitant reduction in funds for services including education. This is, of course, the original sin of racism regardless of the fact that it was very plainly a response to the urban crime wave of 1960s-1990s (which has just began to reverse after the BLM highjinks in Ferguson and progeny).

So, this is in effect reverse engineering White Flight so that there will be no place to which you can escape. Double digit increase in violent crime over last year? Too bad, asshole. A few young white girls found in dumpsters are a small price to pay for progress. The plan is to visit the endemic social pathologies of the inner city upon you, in your children's schools, in your borough or town so that you will care. So that you can't throw your hands up, say "I tried but this is insoluble and I'm not about to sacrifice my wife or kids to this." So that you'll be motivated to want the big spending solutions they'll propose. So that they can "organize" the new denizens of Suburbia politically and turn red districts purple and purple districts blue.

It's sinister, unamerican, and evil, but they really do believe that they're doing the work of the God they pretend to believe in at election time.

Scogg Dogg. You need to understand that this most certainly will reach you. I live in a rural area also and several years ago, my little township was sued to allow "manufactured housing" to be developed right in the middle of a field.

We fought and fought, but when the money ran out, the township had to settle and allow the development to take place.

So we have a glorified trailer park with 500 hundred residents, all of whom are "lower income". They have no understanding or concept of what farming or rural residents need or want from their government. But they have the exact same vote I have.

So they changed the demographics of my little township drastically, by making up almost 35% of the total population.

Try to get them to come to a township meeting or understand the issues.....

So White People are bad either way.

So now HUD is going to punish them for leaving. How will they punish the people moving back?

Was talking to a nice, hard working AA girl one day at work. She says the people in her Section 8 housing, 8 units, drive her family nuts, even at 6 in the morning. She and a hairdresser are the only two who work in the entire building. I said, "what are they doing at 6 in the morning that wakes you up?" "Drinking," she answered.

Coming soon to an empty lot near you.

295 It's not unlike Common Core. With the money comes control.

You think you're getting high academic standards and the next thing you know, they're teaching your third-graders how to put condoms on a bullwhip.

296 Where will the people trying to escape high-density public housing go now?

297 Coming to your formerly safe suburb, Detroit, South-side Chicongo, Baltimore.....

The future is going to be NOT glorious comrades, NOT GLORIOUS but crime ridden.

298 There is no saving the once former republic of the USA. There is only surviving until it is fundamentally changed again...that one, I think, maybe a bit messy.

299 I see this first hand website I live. I'm in a city, which is extremely diverse, but we have sections where people migrate to. Downtown was always Italians, Irish and Polish, another area is populated with Hispanics, another with African Americans and another Indians, Egyptians, Pakistanis and other Arab countries.

Right after this threat from the president was issued our mayor announced a new giant low income high rise right in the predominantly Caucasian neighborhood. Unlike the other private buildings in the area, this thing was started not even weeks later, The land was purchased and work began in record time.

Our mayor had never hid his plans to become governor and knows the votes he needs to get there, so he'll carry that water for the Pres, pushing a policy that had failed far more times than it had succeeded, all to stick it to the evil rich whitey (which ironically out mayor is one of)

303 I see a lot of commenters are thinking this only applies to big lefty cities' suburbs -- NOT SO. Actually, the HUD made DUBUQUE, IOWA, a "suburb" of CHIGAGO, which is 200 -- two hundred! miles away, and in a different STATE.

Sorry for the caps, folks, but please believe me: this is designed to get YOU, not the already-liberal enclaves. It's a huge, long-arm-of-the-Feds outreach to destroy all our enclaves, all our retreats.

Those who think that upper-middle-class suburbs are out of reach had better think again: Westchester is where Hildabeast and the Serial Rapist keep their address of convenience; IOW, quite posh, and They're the county that the Leftists are making their test case. They're going for the whole worm, folks.

No matter where you live, you're in the bull's eye.
