FBI Investigating if Hillary Shared Her Passwords with Staff, Giving Unauthorized Persons Direct Access to Classified Material

I know what you're all thinking: What a peach!

The FBI is investigating whether computer passwords were shared among Hillary Clinton's close aides to determine how sensitive intelligence "jumped the gap" between the classified systems and Clinton's unsecured personal server, according to an intelligence source familiar with the probe.

The source emphasized to Fox News that "if [Clinton] was allowing other people to use her passwords, that is a big problem." The Foreign Service Officers Manual prohibits the sharing of passwords.

Such passwords are required to access each State Department network. This includes the network for highly classified intelligence -- known as SCI or Sensitive Compartmented Information -- and the unclassified system, known as SBU or Sensitive But Unclassified, according to former State Department employees.

Fox News was told there are several potential scenarios for how classified information got onto Clinton’s server...

What follows is interesting stuff, but I'm not going to quote it, because Catherine Herridge (and Pamela K Brown) deserves your click.

They left 'security' of an embassy to a mob, four humans died, they lied repeatedly about it and threw someone in jail over a video, and there may be a problem with passwords.

Even then I'm limited in what I can look at and what I can do.

104 >>> The FBI is investigating whether computer passwords were shared among Hillary Clinton's close aides to determine how sensitive intelligence "jumped the gap" between the classified systems and Clinton's unsecured personal server...

.....

"How" information "jumped the gap" is an interesting discussion, but mostly irrelevant.

If this investigation exists, then it is conclusive that classified information DID "jump the gap" and was on Clinton's personal server. The fact that either of these things, much less both, things occurred should be enough to indict her.

She gave testimony that neither had happened. She was simply swapping yoga poses and receipts or some such nonsense. She was SoS. It was her server. She alone elected to use it and refused to use official systems. She failed to sign all the relevant exit documents. She is responsible. Period.

Even then I'm limited in what I can look at and what I can do.

168 About the IT guy with immunity. If you have knowledge of the commission of a federal felony and fail to report it to federal law enforcement personnel - you become an indictable co-conspirator.

At a job I had the vice president of the company tried to get me to put somebody else's name on a patent application along with mine (so they could steal it more easily than if it only had my name on it.) I casually told an ATF agent I knew about that and he said: "I'll take that as an official notification of a federal law enforcement agent" - he then told me about the reporting law I quoted above.

Its all part of the three felonies a day the average person commits because they have no clue what the law says. Nobody does of course - there are so many laws on the books that nobody has any idea what all of them are. If the feds want you - they have got you.

Mentioned it this morning, but per an earlier Herridge story, the FBI was interviewing the sources of these classified docs that Hillary got to identify the exact path they traveled - with the speculation that Hillary and/or her aides had people outside of State violating classified doc handling laws to get it to her (before she then forwarded it to gawd know who, other than Blumenthal).

She and her aides were in contact with high level people at the White House who knew she had the illegal server and was sending classified material through it.

And they did nothing about it.

341 321-it takes a long, long time to build a federal case, and if the FBI is taking Hilary-a Presidential candidate, former first lady/senator/secstate, they have to dot every i and cross every t. They can't have any mistakes, or the will lose the case, and likely their jobs. Especially if she wins the election.

342 The good judge Napolitano was on F&F this morning and he said that the the report from the Wash.Post that said Jason Setuphilaryserver has been granted immunity means that the DOJ(notice not the FBI) has gone to court to request immunity from prosecution for this guy so that he will provide testimony in front of a grand jury regarding Hilary's server situation. They would have gone to a fed. judge with this immunity request.
The FBI says they should have their investigation complete by May.
Napolitano had a gleam in his eye while explaining this.

365 With all the self important and overly educated morons out in Aceville, do any of you have any experience with the Feds and why it is taking the FBI so long to bring charges against Hillary?

Well, I'm not important, self or other wise, and I'm not well educated, certainly not overly educated. In fact, I'm kinda dumb, but even I know the FBI doesn't 'bring charges'. The federal prosecutor does that. A attorney who works for the Department of Justice, led by the Attorney General, who works for the President.

So what you are seeing is the infamous Federal Bureaucracy 'slow walking' the paper work. Exhaustive investigation taking weeks and months, and teams of inter agency task forces spending months of time analyzing the field agent reports, and asking the field agents to clarify questions that were not investigated sufficiently, all the while fighting budget constraints that limit a field agent's overtime and travel expense trying to interview very important people, busy people, who travel the globe on very important national security matters and are often not available for an interview with a field agent who might not be the same field agent who first interviewed the people involved so many months ago who have forgotten the trivial details which result in conflicting accounts that require more and more investigative resources that are limited by congressional budget decisions

So you can see an investigation on such sensitive matters at this level is not a simple thing.

While it was unfortunate that the U.S. lost both New York city and Chicago to nuclear terrorism - the bright side is that President Hillary was not injured in either attack. While most of the Democratic party held out for nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki in response - since that was a proven winning strategy - President Hillary instead nuked Tokyo; which caught Isis - who had planted the Iranian supplied weapons - completely by surprise.
