yeah. The first time I had the barber cut it all the way back and then I waited too long to do it myself (like an 1" or so).
My trimmer was choking so now I do it when it gets around 1/2" long.
It's kinda fun. I never liked getting my hair cut but I also didn't like it in my eyes.

I'm also beginning to think that NRO, Weekly Standard and every other mainstream Republican publication is intentionally writing shit articles about people who support Trump because they actually want Trump to win but they can't say that to their Establishment reader base. Who is going to read an article like that (which is pretty much all NRO has been doing the last few weeks/months) and by the end of it either support Trump more or oppose Trump less.
These conservative GOPe media types have had the same amount of time that every single Republican primary candidate has had in trying to defuse the Trump bomb and all they can ever think of doing is taking a dump on the people who support him while politicians like Paul Ryan, Jebba, Rubio, et al. justify Trump's existence every time they open their mouths.
I don't understand how everyone supporting the Establishment "lane" of the GOP can be so close-minded and oblivious to any thought not originating from inside the minds of the DC donor class.

Your browser will normally let Facebook track you through a file called a "cookie".
There are browser plugins that block cookies, and thus block FB tracking.
Takes a little more technical knowhow to use, but possibly worth it if you like your privacy.

Ok, I made the diamonds part up. I kept telling myself as I dug.. I "might" find diamonds.
So the brick parts had lots of air pockets. I discontinued evacuating brick parts because it was clear there is a shitload in there. I have heard these planters, though common, are problematic. So. I don't want to tear it off , but the brick wall on the inside does look ok... If I tore it off... bigger project, but maybe so awesome, random rich divorcees walking their poodles will want to take me on cruises and ply me with their cash.
do I just put some good dirt back in and plant some hearty shrubberies?
maybe fill most of box with ? , layer just enough dirt on top for bedding annuals?
fill most of planter with ?.. put down tile or maybe some nice teak to then place planters on ( say one brick course down, seal and put some drain holes to let water leach out sides if need be.
Top of planter box has eave over it, so it only gets rain when tornado on street out front.

I didn't even mention immigration. And I agree that his past support for very liberal policies (particularly abortion) disgusts me but that's why I support Cruz ahead of Trump. I just can't understand why the Establishment class and their supporters in the conservative media have been using the same line of attack against Trump since last summer and have yet to realize that it doesn't work.
Regarding Hot Air and them being owned by Salem Media. Yup. In order for serial killers to be noticed, they generally have to be either very splashy in the way they kill and leave the bodies, or their victims must be folks who will be missed.
I would imagine the number of prostitutes who have been murdered by serial killers, compared to the number of KNOWN prostitutes killed by serial killers has to be somewhere around 100 to 1. That number is probably very conservative.

I think "tickle cough" is a "common" side effect according to that scale, but it still doesn't mean everyone will experience.
It does something that does something that does yet something else that makes your throat sensory system feel a tickle that brings on the coughing.

I've read of a few who made the news, one way or another. U.S. also tends to have more well-publicized serial killers, just because. There was at least one dude ravaging in South Africa that I recall. Dozens of victims, and the main reason he got away with it? Nobody gave a damn.

I came from Ireland to work in the US for the summer in, what, oh, 1980, I suppose. I was at university at the time, earning money in the US during the summer to afford beer and chat up chicks at home in the winter.
When I returned home, I got loads of questions about who'd win the U.S. Presidential election, Carter or Reagan. Every time I was asked, I replied "Reagan, in a landslide." Nobody believed it could happen, until it did.
I can't remember whether it was a landslide. I just remember the contrast of word on the street in Asbury Park, NJ, to what the left-of-center press was reporting in Europe.
Point being, I agree with you. America today is as enervated as it was at the end of the Carter administration. I pray for better.
Impressed as I was by Reagan, by 1985 I was serving in the USAF. Got to conquer Russian Communism and restore law and order on the Q8 border.
I will die somewhat happy.

It was literally killing me by my taking the stuff. Was told I had to have a pace maker cause my heart rate was screwed up but I got them to switch off from metoprolol and lo and behold I got better. No cough no stomach problems and my heart rate normalized.

One might be able to argue the DC snipers were spree killers, although that might ONLY apply to their DC area shenanigans. John Mo also killed... in at least one other location? Possibly two? Yes, there's a pretty good film that was made about his capture. Can't remember the actor who played the lead investigator, but that was the thing, he ran up against all sorts of red tape. If I recall, the actual killer was caught because he got sloppy.

Delegates to the county caucuses are elected on the basis of each candidates support in each caucus, just as long as they are above a certain threshhold, which will vary in an unspecified way precinct per precinct. So, if there is a odd number delegates, but an even vote, then they will draw a card.
This system repeats itself a month later at the county caucuses.
It is only at the state convention in May, where a binding Presidential preference poll is taken.
Thus, Hillary plants could vote for Bernie and get moved up to the county caucus, and then the state convention, whereat they can turn around and award the delegates to Hillary.

There was a British doctor who likely had over 200 kills. Then there was the guy in South America who may have had hundreds of bodies. Last I heard he was still alive. He was... I can't remember which country it was, he was from Peru, maybe? And was caught in Bolivia or one of those other hellhole countries, and when they figured out Peru didn't want to come get him for trial or whatever, they basically drove him to the border and dumped him out.

Timing can be part of it, but not all. For example, the guy who killed Versachi, he had a couple other kills, and it had something to do with the fact that it was all part of one extended decision to act, rather than the way a serial killer operates. Which is to say, you kill one hooker today, you are sated for that period of time, until the urge hits you again. If that's a week from now, or tomorrow, it's about the fact that each crime represents a discreet decision on your part, to fulfill whatever purpose you have for it.

did you know that for the GOP nomination, the candidate has to have won the majority of the votes in 8 straight primaries to have their name put up for a vote?
Till and includeing super tuesday all delegates are apportioned out by percent of vote for the candidate.
After Super tuesday in march all those primaries will be winner take all
That means that it will be difficult for any of the candidates to get a majority of the votes to get voted on for the nomination. This is how they screw Trump and Cruz and get Rubio or Bush on the ballot and the nomination.

The first episode of season one is not as engaging as the rest, if only they were trying to lay the foundation as a prequel.... so if you don't appreciate that he ended his stint in BB declaring himself to abandon law and run.... that explains some of it.
Plus the Cinnabon stuff is POST- breaking bad... whereas Better Call Saul is the prequel to BB regarding Saul Goodman and how he became who he was in BB.
So thru the first season of BCS, the only character from BB is the ex-cop who in BB, "works" for Saul as a private eye -fixer- muscle guy.. and so we see them introduced and how their relationship unfolded. Give it another try or not. I suppose it's not for everyone, though it is nowhere as shocking as Breaking Bad was. Not even close. It's actually better written, IMO.

So far as 1970s Ireland goes, I was reading a couple of months ago about one of the British bases in Northern Ireland -- in Armagh, if memory serves -- where it was considered too dangerous to move by road even in convoys of armored vehicles.
The UK ended up resupplying and redeploying for years on end exclusively via helicopter. Every last jot and tittle in and out was rotorborne.

One argument I often see for continuing to vote straight-ticket GOP is gun control. They've been strong on that, I'm assured.
Except... I don't see where they've really been tested on that in the past twelve years. All congressional Republicans have had to do to preserve and even improve our 2nd Amendment freedom in the time is... nothing. Just stand aside; let that "Assault Weapons" ban expire. Watch the Democrats be weak on one of their platform issues for once.
But now Obama has announced that he's going to use "executive action" for more gun control; he's basically stated that he's going to make the Republicans "do something". And, I'm sure that, once tested, the "something they do" will be to fold like they do on everything else.
Just like they're going to on this Supreme Court appointment.

One argument I often see for continuing to vote straight-ticket GOP is gun control. They've been strong on that, I'm assured.
Except... I don't see where they've really been tested on that in the past twelve years. All congressional Republicans have had to do to preserve and even improve our 2nd Amendment freedom in the time is... nothing. Just stand aside; let that "Assault Weapons" ban expire. Watch the Democrats be weak on one of their platform issues for once.
But now Obama has announced that he's going to use "executive action" for more gun control; he's basically stated that he's going to make the Republicans "do something". And, I'm sure that, once tested, the "something they do" will be to fold like they do on everything else.
Just like they're going to on this Supreme Court appointment.

I too grew up singing rebel songs taught to me by my parents and grandparents. We were hoping for a united Ireland (heck, even the Beatles were!) Went to the Friday night rackets every week that NorAid had--they were a blast--and we too thought we were helping the "widows and orphans." Once it became clear what the new IRA was up to, support dried up.
Unlike today's "moderate" Muslims, the vast majority of American Irish did not support the 'Ra once their terrorism was revealed, and our holy book didn't compel us to do so either.

So, if 51 Senators show up, and 26 of them vote in favor of whatever dogshit judge Obama throws out there for the new Supreme Court Justice, that's enough to confirm.

The fact that most of it is still secret but there are reports that the treaty would effectively remove Congress's right to control immigration made me not support TPP. I too normally support free trade but this is exactly the lunacy you would expect from Obama.

Apologies for any confusion. I was talking about support in Ireland for the IRA. Even after the car bombs in Dublin in 1974, they still had support in Ireland as a force working for Catholics in Northern Ireland. Despite the evidence.
And, mind you, that was the last time they struck in the Republic.

I am not as concerned about the secrecy part of it, because nothing is final unless it is ratified openly and publicly in Congress.
And I'm not a protectionist so I am not interested in erecting tariffs in order to keep crappy jobs in this country and raise prices on everything.
I have read that there are some IP concerns and some privacy concerns. I honestly don't know enough how monumental they are, or if they are relatively insignificant.
In this era of Trumpism I have come to take any criticism of trade agreements with a grain of salt, so I am skeptical of just blanket opposition to TPP without specific reasons given.

Michael Collins was the general of the newly declared Irish Republic. He ran a brilliant assymetric campaign against the most powerful empire in the world in its own backyard, giving orders by riding around Dublin on bicycle.
Menachem Begin adopted many of Collins's tactics when he fought Britain for Israel's independence in 1948. Begin's code name in 1948 was "Michael."
The peace treaty that Collins negotiated with Lloyd George and a young Winston Churchill wasn't enough to satisfy the hard line Irish Republicans which led to a civil war and Michael Collins assassination. After negotiating business hours, Churchill took a shine to Collins and they became drinking buddies.
Someone should make a movie of this. Actually they did, called Michael Collins with Liam Neeson in the title role. If you edit out the silly scenes with Julie Roberts as the obligatory love interest to draw in American audiences it's actually pretty good.

While there were pockets of Provo IR support in the US they weren't widespread and tended to involve a few 2nd and 3rd generation mooks like Whitey Bulger.
