Brian Pagliano, The Government IT Guy Who Was Supposed to Make Sure Hillary's Emails Didn't Go Missing, Has His Own Emails Go Missing

Why this isn't suspicious to the point of damning at all!

Remember Bryan Pagliano? He’s the senior Hillary Clinton IT guy who worked for her at State, and on her home server. When Pagliano was called to testify before the Benghazi committee he “took the fifth.” The latest Pagliano-related issue is that his State Department emails seem to have disappeared. Well not all of them are missing, just the ones written during Ms. Clinton’s tenure at Foggy Bottom.

Politico is reporting that State Dept. officials told the Senate Judiciary Committee in a recent closed-door meeting that they could not locate what’s known as a “.pst file” for Pagliano’s work during Clinton’s tenure, which would have included copies of the tech expert’s emails, according to a letter Chairman Chuck Grassley sent to Secretary of State John Kerry (embedded below).

Incidentally, Pagliano has invoked the fifth amendment to avoid testifying to Congress.

1 It would take a hell of a lot of work to make emails go "missing" considering how many servers they are on. We are getting our collective chains yanked.

HOWEVER, what didn't occur to me was that there would be no record of all the people who worked for him, too. Just like magic all the various federal agencies will have all critical emails, work product, etc. mysteriously missing -- or never ever captured in the first place because it was done via secret personal emails, text, in-person meetings at coffee shops within a block of the WH (another fav. trick of the WH staff).

There are no consequences for Hillary Clinton. Nothing she does brings a price. She will not stand tall before the man for this. She will not receive any punishment or pay for it at any level.

Bringing it up again just rubs salt into the wound of injustice. The world is already so full of awful stuff that keeps being wrong and no Batman swings in to set things right. No knight charges in on his destrier to lop the head off the dragon. No cavalry rides over the hill.

The wicked prosper. The just suffer. I just don't like being reminded of it over and over.

162 The debate tomorrow should be interesting. CNN moderators will try to make it a food fight.

I'd bet that Trump and Cruz will lay off each other. The other candidates will be baited into attacking Trump personally and his Muslim ban particularly.

There's a chance that the candidates attack the moderators and go Kumbayaa in attacking Obama and Hillary instead but I don't see it. Too many of them are too low in the polls, including Christie, Kasich and Fiorina. They need precious air time from the moderators to look relevant and won't get it unless they're attacking Trump.

Now that Trump "fixed" his proposal to only apply to non-citizens, the debaters should acknowledge that what he's proposing is Constitutional and an authority that Congress has actually delegated to the President.

So what's left is to criticize Trump for being inexact in his words and too inflammatory in his tone (which he was) and hence too dangerous to sit on the Iron Throne.

Trump will try to pin the other candidates with "OK, well what the f*ck would you do" while he piles on with recent revelations of how willfully blind Obama & Co have been about handling Muslim immigrants and godawful at handling terrorism.

Don't say that over there. I got banned for pointing out some of the stuff that started when Salem bought them out.

Puff n stuff himself banned me. And laid into me before I knew he had and then couldn't argue with him about what I'd said.

THEN he had the nerve to keep me on the rolls. So I bugged him and the parent corp about how dishonest that was and how I was going to find out if anyone was interested in them inflating their membership numbers by doing such stuff.

Got removed from the rolls soon after.

208 So, tonight is the World Premier of the new Star Wars movie in Hollywood. Odd thing is the fan's don't stand out that much, it's Hollywood after all. It is really a place you have to see during your life, like Time's Square or a German sex shop. I love to people watch.

209 Well, they are just lying their asses off. Exchange Servers don't store email on .PST files. The servers have a dedicated database that stores email messages on the server. By law there would be scores, if not hundreds of backup tapes that contain every email that transited the Exchange data stores.

A .PST file exists only on a laptop or desktop computer if the employee copies emails from the server to their local computer. Those might "go missing" but that isn't the master copy of the email database.

Once again, we see DoS and the Obama administration lying their asses off, engaging in nothing less than obstruction of justice and committing felonies to mask the other crimes they have committed.

Eventually, these monsters need to be prosecuted. I hope Trump or Cruz are up to it.

210 corruption has taken an order of magnitude jump with the WON. Congress should start using their jail cells. make the WON use habeus corpus to get all admins back. can't impeach, that would be racist

211 Pretty straightforward. Grant him immunity. That eliminates the risk of self incrimination and the protections of the fifth amendment no longer apply. If he still refuses to testify at that point immediately throw him into jail for contempt and try him for other obstruction charges. If they do this right, his refusal to testify after being granted immunity could be criminal conspiracy and he could go away for a long long time. We'll see if our prosecutors are talented/clean enough to get this toady to talk - if not now, perhaps during the next administration.

212 Hollywood was pretty plain when I was there in the '60's. All the exciting stuff happens behind closed doors. It's no where near what Times Square is like. Even now.

And further down Sunset is where all the action takes place out doors.

213 The only justice the people will receive is that which they can take. The petit tyrants running our government now plainly don't give a crap.

214 Geez Louis...

You do not need a .pst file to recover email...

and in fact... if he had deleted his mail.. it would not be on there...

You recover email from the SERVER backups that hosted that email account...

Anything less is pure dereliction... and obfuscation.
