Megyn Kelly Has On a Whistleblower Who Says He Was Investigating Groups Infiltrating US With Islamists, But State Department Shut It Down, Calling It "Problematic"

On now. Seems like something.

He says he was investigating the umbrella group of Farouk Syed's mosque.

Apparently he was shut down by the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Homeland Security, because it was "problematic" to investigate Islamic groups.

Well that was very brief.

That's what they're really discussing now, not a brokered convention but how to split the voting in the general (like they did in Mississippi in the primary) so as to let Hillary win.

Then they'll blame Trump as having lost the election.

Don't let them get by without being put on notice that we see what they have in mind. Yes, they may get away with it election wise but as a party they will be finished.

128 100: The immigration power is a plenary power, and this has been affirmed repeatedly by the courts.

Immigration law can have provisions that would for, "domestic laws" by the feds or any state, be flat-out violations of the Equal Protection Clause.

To put it bluntly, immigration law can be racist, sexist, anti-religion, bigoted, etc, etc. Modern delicate ears cannot stand to hear this truth, but it is the truth.

Of course, once they are here lawfully, no law can violate Equal Protection.

The president, on his own, has the authority to deny any group or class aliens entry on his own whim essentially. Current law explicitly gives him that authority, although there are Article II arguments that he has this inherent power anyway.

Are you sure there's zero Muslim population?

They may not have built or dedicated a building to being a Mosque yet but there's probably more Muslims in your town than you think.

Just about every where has got them. In fact they've probably been distributed so as to reduce their footprint in people's awareness.

They did this with the southern invaders just recently. Bussed them all over the country and then wouldn't tell anyone where they went.

Try looking up your area for the nearest Mosque and the Muslim population of your county/state.

You're probably in for a sad surprise.

140 GOPe is making noises about a "brokered convention" because (1) they are praying Trump doesn't win outright and (2) their main tactic right now seems to be to depress Trump voter turnout.

The GOPe doesn't want to win the GE -- they want to keep the money flowing from their backers by fooling the rubes that they have any intention of stopping the Dem agenda.

In 2008 when the country was suffering war fatigue, who did the GOPe run? The biggest war hawk in the Senate.
In 2012 when the #1 issue was overturning Obamacare, who did the GOPe run? The guy who "birthed" it in MA.
In 2016, when Hillary (a "legacy" candidate) is the likely Dem nominee, who does the GOPe think is the "perfect" candidate? The guy with a bigger legacy problem than Hillary (father and brother who were POTUS beats a spouse who was POTUS).

That's the main problem the GOPe has with Trump -- he'll beat Hillary and force them to keep their promises to voters, rather than to their open-borders, CoC backers.

They wish to get a rezoning approval (but they have not filed for one) to build a mosque with parking for 200. The property, purchased in 2012 is on a crappy rural road that 3 crowded neighborhoods fight traffic and accidents on daily. They held an unnecessary information meeting way too soon after after Paris. The local paper and D.C. news were happy to report about 2 people who sounded bigoted and how the cops shut it down. Another meeting was set for tomorrow. Decision to postpone did not come as soon as it should have. Of course most residents want nothing commercial in their neighborhood, but some guy said all muslims are terrorists, so...lawsuit being teed up to terrorize the supervisors. And second, it's his facial expressions. He makes a lot of expression in response to what he's saying and what is said to him.

Most politicians develop a "mask", this blank look that is designed to hide their true feelings. Trump doesn't have any such mask at all. If he doesn't like something, it shows on his face immediately.

Hey. I have a question. About the San Bernardino jihadis, and the dorky neighbor who gave him the guns

He gave the jihadi the guns in 2012, when the jihadi said he didn't think he could pass a background check. Dorky neighbor also marries into the family sort of.

See navy vet jihadi brother marries Russian mail order bride and gets dorky neighbor to marry his wife's sister. Only its a sham marriage. Dorky neighbor and the Russian sequel don't even live together. She lives with another dude

So we have a jihadi bride who lied to get her fiancé visa. A Russian mail order bride. And the dorky neighbor enters a sham marriage for a green card

So far this is an immigration story. And then today dorky neighbor's mother speaks to reporters. In Spanish. See she doesn't know a lick of English. At all. Chances she is here legally? Zero

So so far we have two terrorist immigrants who give birth to two second generation terrorists who engage in immigration fraud for their wives and entice their neighbor, the son of illegal immigrant, into more immigration fraud

This story is ALL about illegal immigration and terrorism. And not about guns at all

He is the kind of idiot libertarian that doesn't question anything the Left spits out as long as it targets the gope. His ilk considers the curruptocrats to be more of a danger than the Left or the Islamics. He compounds that by bundling everything up in a conspiracy by The New World Order.

And yet, he is still more honest than the MSM.

This is a fictional story:
At one point, before I started working at the station, some nameless access host who saw a lot of black helicopters was accosted by somebody in the parking lot who popped him in the nose, leading to a bloody nose which he then for some strange reason got smeared all over the wall down to the studio. IIRC, he had called the guy out in an argument on the show. This nameless TV host then hired a security guard escort him from the parking lot to the studio for a about 6 months. Completely fictional and not a bit of that happened.

fast and furious and Holder lying to congress about it ... stand down

Benghazi, ambassador denied many requests for better defense, then rescue ready to go but state silent ... effectively "stand down", let them die

Morsi injecting sharia in Egypt, copts getting killed ... stand down ... but Egypt's army stood up to Obama

Syria red line ... stand down

Iran nuke deals ... they got everything ... no attack, even told Israel to stand down

Hillary has own servers, sells access, even sells plutonium mine to Russia ... stand down ... lying criminal may be potus

states stopping illegals ... Holder forces them to stand down, keep illegal flow coming .... sanctuary cities allowed ... stand down

So does this guy's story fit the model?
chance to uncover this biggest terror attack since 9/11 ... CAIR complains and program is shut down ... guy goes to congress and they take away his security clearance ... stand down, attack goes on ... fortunately they didn't tell the local cops to stand down and they kill terrorists before they get tot he school (or whatever next target was)

and I'm sure I'm forgetting several stand down orders ...

Federalizing police forces and making the murder of a police officer subject to federal prosecution is two different things completely.
