Cruz had the most memorable individual moment, and Rubio won his direct exchanges. Carly got the most time and stayed (almost too slavishly) on point, and Christie was funny and personable, I think those 4 all did fine.

Huckabee talked for 7:39 and I have no memory of anything he said apart from repeating his line from the first debate about ending cancer. Bush was completely AWOL. Kasich looked to be on death's door. Those are your losers.

The guy is toot smart, and good on his feet. I think he might have made it four years ago, when we needed him, but there are too many other good Republican candidates now and Chris just didn't put together a successful enough track record in NJ to make him a strong contender this time around.

I read it at work and had to wait until home to comment. This was a brilliant sucker play by Priebus, absolutely brilliant. I would not be surprised if it was planned. Bring the pinko in thinking he's going to get them fighting amongst themselves and they turn on the media - exposing them.
