What they are doing is trying to pull in a population to pay the taxes to keep the seniors voting solely to keep their pension check coming, and not caring about anything else. I researched that for the morning links. As near as I can tell in OK 2nd degree murder is murder without prior intent. It includes gross negligent homicide. If they are referring to a toxicology report it could be alcohol or drugs.

There was also discussion that she worked in a restaurant and got into a big huff with management and was sent home. So she could have been drinking on the job or doing some blow or weed and got caught.

A very odd effect of the information age and the wide and free availability of information to everyone is that no one cares about information much any more. You know, people just don't respect things they get free. This is manifested in the sad fact that most of this nation couldn't tell you what happened last week. There is no long term memory in this society and short term memory doesn't seem to extend beyond a few hours. This problem is compounded by the fact that no one in the mainstream media or politics has ever told the truth about Barky - about his 84 IQ, his burning hate of America and all things American and his total lack of knowledge about anything.
