Amazing: Cheryl Mills Emailed Classified Information to Officials at The Clinton Foundation
The Clinton Foundation is, legally, a private organization with absolutely no status allowing it to legally receive classified US information. It is not, as a legal matter, what as Hillary Clinton imagines it to be, which is Hillary's Shadow Government In Waiting.
But she treats it like it was just that. Hillary treated the United States' national intelligence apparatus as if it were simply the research staff of her fundraising operation.Hillary Clinton’s No. 2 at the State Department twice forwarded information to the Clinton Foundation that was later deemed classified, the latest instance of former Clinton staff transmitting now-classified information. According to a new email chain shared with POLITICO by Citizens United, Cheryl Mills -- Clinton's former chief of state at State -- forwarded State Department background information about Rwanda and the Congo to the Clintons' philanthropic organization. Citizens United, a conservative activist group, obtained the messages via a Freedom of Information act lawsuit. Former President Bill Clinton was visiting Africa, including Rwanda, around the time that Mills sent the email, which was mostly redacted. Former president Clinton was also considering giving Rwandan President Paul Kagame a plenary role at the Clinton Global Initiative, according to the emails. ...Note that sources and methods is usually considered the very most sensitive form of intelligence, because it directly exposes where we're getting this information. So it should have been obvious this information was "born classified." But even if this somehow weren't obvious, that doesn't matter. Ed Morrissey writes:
The information in the 2012 emails was classified by the State Department in July of this year because of national security and foreign policy reasons, according to the documents. The classification specifically related to foreign government information and intelligence activities, sources or methods, according to the redaction labels.
Mills' defenders -- both formal and informal -- will argue that Mills didn't intend on transmitting classified information, and that is was either not classified at the time or at least not marked so in the originating materials. None of this is a defense against 18 USC 793, which nowhere requires classification to prosecute. Besides, the kind of information suggested by the redaction would obviously be sensitive enough to protect, and certainly not to be shared with uncleared and unauthorized personnel at a politically connected non-profit. This is precisely what security briefings tell people with clearances not to do. No one at any level would fail to grasp the risks and legal implications of these actions, and certainly not at the high level of clearance employed at the top of the State Department.Turns out, Hillary had two personal intelligence services working for her: The Osprey Group of ex-CIA types headed by Tyler Drumheller, and the entire United States intelligence community. I know I keep saying this, but seriously: Hillary is one very special lady. Some Americans are starting to notice, and Americans aren't a particularly observant people. But they seem to have figured out just how special this lady is.
The State Department uses two separate networks, one for classified information and one for unclassified information. The two networks are kept separate for security reasons. Most classified networks are equipped with audit systems that allow security managers to check who has accessed intelligence or foreign policy secrets. The FBI is trying to determine the origin of the highly classified information that was found in Clinton emails.... The FBI is primarily concerned with trying to determine how Top Secret information made its way on to the private server.

Obama hates Biden. Obama wants his legacy to be another black President, but no one is properly cued up to step in. Hence the now widely bruited about "gentlemen's arrangement" whereby Biden will agree to run with a black VP, most likely longtime Obama friend Deval Patrick, with Obama's blessing and endorsement, then step down after one term.

The problem is, she'll never go willingly. She saw what happened with her husband, and that's become the new standard operating procedure for Democrats in scandal. You never resign, you plow though and know the dumb American electorate has a short attention span.
Right now we live in a nation of "men" not laws, and if the Obama Justice Department looks the other way, it's much less of a problem for her.

That is a fairly astute assessment. Obummer doesn't really like Biden, but Biden is not a Clinton, and that's a fact. There must have been some wonderful clashes of egos while she was at State...

The Republicans were unable to convincingly rebut this and turn the public's attention to the astonishing dual charges of a sitting President not only having provably perjured himself under oath in front of a federal grand jury, but having provably suborned perjury to boot.
The Republicans failed at this because of their usual messaging ineptitude, and because of the Democratic media lock, and because, well, the Republicans in question REALLY WERE having plenty of tawdry affairs of their own.

Even the grizzled old dockworkers at the Portuguese American Club in Portsmouth where he spent the bulk of his time drinking couldn't begin to match the flawless flow, the tonal inflictions and the facial contortions he used to punctuate the collection of swearing gleaned from around the globe.
The man was a master, and when he died, a portion of his art died with him.
He was a man who lived and died before the advent of cell phones and instant video recording. One of his rants would easily dominate YouTube with millions of hits. If only someone had thought to preserve even a small portion of his craft, it would enhance the oral history of the country.
His dedication to excellence shows that whatever someone chooses to do can be elevated to an art form if it's done with passion.

ER visit about four weeks ago. Chest pains, blood pressure through the roof. Both ekg's are fine, but mitral valve is a little weaker (not much).
Doc is a family friend (and was mother's doc) and he thinks I'm extremely stressed. And he's right. I've got to give some volunteer stuff up and see someone about helping me cope. This isn't at all normal for me.
I'm sure the JEF's reign hasn't affected my health At.All.

Chest pains with numb arms is a heart attack. And extremely high blood pressure makes it more likely. That or a stroke. There is also a blood test they can do to determine if you have had a heart attack if you get there soon enough, so if that happens don't mess around. Take care of yourself and hopefully he prescribed some BP pills. .

I've heard the stories about tank companies that would load a tank up on a low boy, take it to the range, and the entire company would use the tank for quals. No money for fuel and barely any for ammo, they'd have to modify the tables of fire due to reduced ammo.

Had blood work done. No heart attack. And women's symptoms are different than men's. The ER doc (a woman) said they had a woman come into the ER complaining about pain in her wrist. Her.Wrist. And it was a heart attack.

I had chest pains, arm numbness/tingling, and some back pain. I barely got in the ER in time for the blood test because wife drove in and I had to wait for an illegal at the counter who was using the ER for normal medicine. I did have a heart attack.

All done. So is the wife. We're real happy with the results.
It ended up taking a while with my wife's lower implants, but it apparently was just some miscommunication with the lab.
With the 60K we paid this dentist, the initial bone reconstruction and the money spent in Argentina, the total was just about 117K for the both of us.

Jane, I was suffering from anxiety for a while and my panic over an incipient panic attack was like a comical circle of freaky-outy. Once it hits you've just gotta ride the wave. It always dissipates.
I went to a doctor for my anxiety and she naturally wanted me to medicate myself. I opted for deep breathing and talking myself down. Your sense of humor will be a big assist.
