Analysis: On Classified Information, Hillary Seems to Have Followed the YOLO Protocol

The YOLO protocol says you can send, like, whatever.

Read Sean Davis for a point which would have been overlooked, except for his sharp eyes: the declassification dates for all this classified information are dated 10 or 15 years (depending on the level of sensitivity) from the date of the information's origination, not from the date it was so marked -- That is, it was "born classified," as many have said.

And Hillary should have known this. In fact, let's be charitable: She did know this. She just chose to break the law in order to keep her dealings with minions and foreign potentates private.

We already saw this damning email:

Here are some more:

Remember, Sidney Blumenthal was not a US official and had, as far as I know, no security clearance granting him license to receive classified information. He was simply Hillary's henchman and fluffer.

(In fact, Obama specifically forbade Sid the Shiv from working for his government.)

This is a touch awkward:

This is just hilarious. I think it's about Bradley "Chelsea" Manning.

I don't know how to read this one.

4 More like the WDDIM? protocol. When she is caught out in any wrongdoing, the time at which she is caught will necessarily be later than the time at which she committed the crime, which allows her to say "what difference, at this point, does it make?"

Posted by: Caitlyn Jenner at September 01, 2015 01:18 PM (E5UB0)

5 Oddly, this is exactly what I would have imagined. "Send it NOW!!!" vs. "Someone threaten the NYT for revealing classified docs!!"

6 Holy shit on that last one.
Depending on what's below the cut off of the image it blows HRC's whole "unmarked" out of the water.
The (u) is "unclassified"
SBU is "Sensitive but unclassified" but if there are any other things on there....

7 Let me sum up all subsequent comments:

1. The MSMis totally leftist and in the bag for the Dems; if this was a GOP politician, it would be the scandal of the century. Instead, they are trying to make this go away.

2. Hillary is a total corrupt crook and needs to go to jail.

3. Hillary is an incompetent old biddy and needs to be put in Cruella's Nursing Home for Retired Villainesses.

4. Obama is throwing Hillary under the bus: get ready for Biden or Sanders.

15 I *think* the Huma email was regarding supposedly peaceful protesters the day after the Benghazi attack (so, 9/12) in which the kind, gentle people of Libya and their children held signs (in English!!) apologizing for the attack.

At least, that's what Hillary *claimed* happened in her despicable speech in front of the victims' caskets and loved ones. The same speech in which she also attempted to explain that the rioting crowds on 9/11 that were carrying (and molesting) Stevens' near-dead body was really concerned citizens attempting to get him to the ER ASAP.

I have almost no faith that John Kerry's State Department will do a thing. Because the only loyalty Democrats have is to their party and the evil policies that are destroying our once great nation.

But the record is clear, more clear than any thing else the Clintons have done. This is proof positive of gross misconduct, even criminal misconduct. How can THAT be legal?

This whole down-the-rabbit hole chase is painfully necessary, though, since we are trying to identify specific documents classified by other departments, like Defense or National Intelligence, where she cannot retroactively declassify.

In other words there was a conspiracy to strip classification markings and retype classified information on systems known to be unsecured. This looks more like a sophisticated spying operation than a carnival clown car act, right now.

Since Hillary had nothing to do with the peaceful protests, she might say something about them that would contradict what Huma was going to say. This was probably back when Hillary actually talked to people.

I was at State at the time and that is the standard situation report disseminated by the State Department Operations Center from the ad hoc crisis-monitoring task forces that get set up for each crisis. That said, it is SBU, which makes it a no-no to email to personal email accounts. But violating that is an administrative, not a legal one.

Grabbed ahold of the whip and man alive
I whipped that camels into over drive

Wound it up to 110
My speedometer said I hit top end
My whip-hand cracked like a .44
And that's all there is, and there ain't no more.

Now the boys all thought that I'd lost my sense
Desert palm trees were like a picket fence
They said "Slow down, I see spots!"
The dunes in the desert just looked like dots.

Took a corner, side swiped a truck
Prayed to Allah, just for luck
My camel was flying to El-Alamin
The guy beside me was white as a djinn.

I was about t shit a brick
When we finally caught sight of that witch on stick
I knew I could catch her, I thought I could pass
But don't you know by then we'd be low on grass.

Camel had flames coming from out of the side
Feel the tension, man what a ride
I said "Look out boys, I've got a license to fly"
And that witch pulled over and let us by.

All of the sudden she started knocking
Down in the dips she started rocking
I looked in the mirror -- what did I see
The boys had torched the Embassy.

They arrested me and they put me in jail
Called my pappy to throw my bail
And he said "Son, you're going to drive me to drinkin'
If you don't stop posting 'bout Hot Rod Clinton"

181 This is interesting, the Fall of Hillary. If it happens, I think the Clintonian infrastructure that was talked about in the ONT starts to crumble as well. Bill is the big liar but his time grows short. Hillary is now proving that she can't fill his shoes, and Chelsea has turned into a Marie Antoinette-like figure in this whole thing...too lightweight to be taken seriously on much of anything.

Clinton Inc is a cult of personality. And that's cause for some optimism.

Bingo. At a time with a paper trail where Stevens was sending urgent cables for increased security that were ignored or refused, and at a time when other countries were bugging out of Benghazi due to the dire security intel which HRC ignored/refused, the shit hit the fan resulting in the deaths of 3 men. Loose security intel was available for the taking by unfriendlies and they used it on 9/11 to kill and make international news.

Hillary and her "team" allowed this to happen perhaps not out of any malicious intent, just pure elitist ego that rules are only for little people and they could operate any way that they wanted.

Sadly, it's all too real. This is the reality of America today: there is one set of laws for the people, which the "elites" get to ignore. There is also one set of laws for citizens, which illegal aliens get to ignore (and if you don't believe that, try not filing or paying any income taxes for a few decades, and see how willing the IRS is to look the other way for you, as they routinely do for illegal aliens).

The tree of liberty is in desperate need of nourishment.

What needs to happen is that police need to be thrown in jail (general population) whenever they cross the line, and those who incite riots (Ferguson, anyone?) need to be thrown in jail, too.

That being said, the #blacklivesmatter people piss me off to no end.
a) this shit is not about race, cops are just as big of dicks to white people too
and
b) Michael Brown? Really? The dude robbed a convenience store then tried to attack an armed cop... twice. Anyone, cop or civilian, would have been 100% justified in shooting him. I'm sick of hearing about this "hands up don't shoot" bullshit. It DIDNT HAPPEN.

322 Unreal:

http://www.thenewstribune.com/news/local/military/article32969865.html

"A Green Beret and his allies say the fact that he “stood up to a child rapist” while serving in Afghanistan with an elite Joint Base Lewis-McChord unit shouldn’t be grounds for kicking him out of the Army.

Sgt. 1st Class Charles Martland says he beat up an Afghan police commander he was supposed to be mentoring because he was fed up with the commander’s “brutal” sexual abuse of a village boy.

Now Martland’s case is being championed by a California congressman and several veteran Green Berets who contend he shouldn’t be punished further.
...

In 2011, Martland was nearing the end of his yearlong deployment in northern Afghanistan’s Kunduz province when he and an officer became outraged with the behavior of some local leaders they were responsible for developing as police commanders.

Martland and his detachment commander, Capt. Daniel Quinn, lost their tempers when one leader near their base kidnapped a boy for more than a week, chained him to a bed, raped the child and then assaulted the boy’s mother, Quinn said.

The mother appealed to the Green Berets to help her son. Quinn said the soldiers brought the Afghan commander to their base and confronted him.

Quinn told The News Tribune that the Afghan admitted he had raped the boy. He angered the American soldiers by showing disregard for their concerns.

“He started laughing when we talked about what a big deal this was,” Quinn said.

Martland and Quinn proceeded to assault the Afghan. Accounts vary on how badly they hurt him.

Johnson told The News Tribune he was convinced based on discussions with the Green Berets and Afghan leaders that the beating took the Afghan commander “within an inch of his life.”

But Quinn said that he and Martland shoved the Afghan to the ground several times. They told the Afghan commander to leave their compound, and Quinn said he was able to run away from the soldiers on his own."

etc.

So what ? Does Clinton go to jail ? Does Obama resign ? Who makes them ? Who can and will project that power ?

attack an armed cop... twice. Anyone, cop or civilian, would have been
100% justified in shooting him. I'm sick of hearing about this 'hands up

And let's recall the other lines of guff which the Black Grievance Industry spewed regarding Brown:

-- That he had been shot in the back, a claim which continues to be repeated to this day despite no fewer than THREE separate autopsies, two of which were conducted by parties favorable to the Brown famil's case, NONE of which found evidence of bullet entries from behind,

-- That Brown "lay dying for hours" in the street (claim courtesy of Al Sharpton's outfit) as the racist cops denied him lifesaving medical attention, another claim completely refuted by all three of the autopsies, which indicated that Brown was in the immediate process of dying as he hit the pavement, if not already dead in the moment.

And yet, the LIVs and most sadly, many black americans think that the story was basically a white cop having a bad day decided to shoot a gentle giant and the racist judicial system let him off.

Even though NONE of the details were true. None.

371 @289...I always think of the police in NOLA during Mardi Gras and the CRAP they have to endure daily on Bourbon Street. They can't afford to take some of the crap on a daily basis and not just blow a fuse one day. And this administration and the Black Panther mentality just add to it. Sure there are bad cops. There are bad doctors, accountants, cab drivers, etc. But SOME of the dindonuthin shots were because the little youths were pointing a gun at them. Or acting crazy and not cooperating. If a police officer tells me to pull over and get out of my car I am going to do it. Of course I am not a drug pusher, etc.

Starting today they should not bend due to PC pressure. And if their lives are threatened, no matter the color, protect themselves. We don't hear much about the black policemen shooting a youth in self defense, do we?

Well, look, I'm a little bit in to the civil disobedience part -- like recording a cop and questioning his "suggestions" when it comes to getting out of the car or rolling down a window more or whatever it is.

But I'm not going to RUN from the cops. Or aim a gun (or anything resembling a gun) at them. Or even be rude. I'll be polite, and a little dickish.

That's many miles away from people throwing bottles at cops, taunting them, and otherwise doing things that yeah, might get you shot. Whether or not the victim of said actions is a cop or just an armed civilian.

No, traffic stop. And the sleepy little town of Zion, not far away, had its gun shop broken into and 60 pieces stolen a couple of months ago by some local din'du'nuffins looking for revenge on the po-lice for some poor innocent gunned down by the law just for shooting at them. IIRC, only some of the guns were recovered after the perps were busted.

Section 8 has worked its wonderful diversity magic on many a small Illinois town, and this stuff is becoming sadly typical.

Yeah, I feel like there is some important contextual clues missing.

But I know my co-workers and I have weird inside jokes sometimes that could look... bad... out of context. So it could just be something like that. Maybe there had been an article in the news recently saying Hillary "inspired" something horrific and Huma was playing off it?

I don't know.

Oooh, I like that angle.

Because IIRC there were "peaceful" (ish) protests in Pakistan and other places in the days immediately after sept 11th, after Obama and crew made a big deal about the offensive video.

So maybe Huma WASN'T joking and was actually saying, "I'm putting it out there to our reporter-pets that the reason these protests were peaceful and didnt involve dead ambassadors is because you got involved and cut a commercial in Pakistan and elsewhere"

That could be it.

449 @397...The last time I was pulled over my teens were with me. A policeman, in our very safe little town, had turned left in front of me then an abrupt right into a 7-11 w/o a signal. I nearly rear-ended him (the 7-11 was on a corner). I was peeved but did not honk or throw the moron hello hand signal. The guy followed me (I was not speeding, did nuthin wrong) for about 5 blocks. Once I turned into neighborhood he put his lights on and wanted to see my license, etc. I did ask what I did wrong (after giving him papers and ID). My sons were mortified as you are not supposed to do that. The guy never said what I did wrong and just huffed off. Whatever. So I guess that was police brutality and I should have thrown a fit. Or not.

I have worked in the public crazy which is an emergency dept. The police know, every day, they could die on the job. I support them, no matter how cranky and petty the tiny minority may be. They protect you whether you deserve it or not. The emergency dept staff do the same, sometimes under horrific conditions and dealing with horrible people. It is what they do. Do they get hardened? Yep. It is how they protect themselves and do their job. May God bless them, as the donuthin crowd would not last a day in their shoes.

Maybe it was because her husband had left Bangkok right before the temple was attacked, and he has gone by it many times, as well as visited it and she was still nervous about what could have been a close call.

Well, thankfully they're not in professions as dangerous as steel working, commercial fishing, truck driving, or construction work and are really in a fairly low-risk profession.

And thankfully the leading causes of death for cops are traffic accidents and heart attacks.

...Sorry, i get annoyed with the "I need to be a complete asshole to everyone since my job is SO DANGEROUS" mindset.

And no, they have no obligation to protect any of us and if its my life verse theirs, they're definitely going to protect theirs.

But you are supposed to ask the cop why you got pulled over, and repeatedly ask what his probable cause is and if youre free to go.

And once you sign the ticket, close the window and take off. When the ticket is signed, the traffic stop is over and if the cop tries to hold you he either needs probable cause for another charge (unrelated to the traffic stop) or it's an illegal detention.

467 @457...I get your point: but steelworkers are not typically dealing with either psychotic or armed people daily. I have seen psychotic druggies being wrestled into four-point restraints by four huge medics to prevent others from harm.

I get your point, but it is not the same. Emergency workers, fire fighters and police (and, of course, the military) know what their jobs entail when they sign on. But burn out is burn out, and the emboldened display of police hate would be hard to swallow when minutes late you are called on to put the fire out of the yout whose little flaming cocktail dropped on his shoe.

What is your old handle? Moo Moo? pfft. Now get off my lawn.
