The Free Beacon's Morgan Chalfant:Ex-IRS official Lois Lerner used a second personal email account under the name of “Toby Miles” to conduct official business during the time of the conservative group targeting scandal. The Washington Times reported that the IRS admitted Monday in a court filing that Lerner used not one but two personal email accounts in addition to her official IRS email during her time heading the government agency’s Exempt Organizations Unit. According to IRS lawyer Geoffrey J. Klimas, the agency discovered the email account when it was assembling documents to turn over to Judicial Watch, the public interest law group that filed an open-records lawsuit to gain access to emails sent by Lerner during the time she targeted conservative groups seeking tax exempt status.Astonishing? I do not think that word means what you think it means, Mr. Fitton.

IIRC, Richard Windsor was given some kind of certificate or somesuch for work excellence at the EPA.
I also recall vaguely that there were allegations that the Richard Windsor name and email account had been in use at the EPA for awhile and was accessed by multiple people.

Well, personally, what I would have done would have been to have the House Sergeant at Arms arrest Lerner on her first invocation of the Fifth in front of the committee, and promptly frogmarch her down to a cell in the House jail (there is one).
Then I'd have pulled up the original 1974 articles of impeachment which House Democrats had drawn up against Richard Nixon, and taken the one relating to the political misuse of the IRS, and plugged in Barack Obama's name, and filed it for a floor vote.

While I tend to think it's true, there are unsubstantiated claims that team GOPe was actively recommending that TEA Party and other conservative groups be targeted. But this part has not been proven and should be taken with a grain of salt.

That's one lesson the airlines finally learned. Cut capacity early on in big economic downturns. Gotta be ruthless about it. Flying jets less than half full is the cash flow equivalent of slashing a jugular vein.
Especially since belly freight, which has been a big earner in the past, at some airlines more of an earner than butts in seats, is doing just as badly as any other freight category right now.
