Not sure if it's true, but they were essentially saying that when you get security clearance you sign a bunch of forms that basically say, "I know I am 100% responsible for ensuring this info is treated with the utmost security, as per whoevers guidelines"
So unlike most laws, "intent" doesn't seem to matter one way or another.
In other words, whether you accidentally send out a classified email or do it on purpose, you've still committed a crime.

I believe (and I've read this multiple times, but don't know if it's true or not) that the govt maintains a separate intranet with encryption and their own quasi email service for classified info.
As in, these emails should have never been on her UNENCRYPTED state.gov email inbox either.
Also, who had security clearance to receive these original emails and send them to Hillary! I thought the super ultra double secret probation top secret blah blah blah markings meant only need to know people could read the emails, and only in the scif (or whatever) room and they were not allowed to leave said room with notes.
Or am I making this up?

I know the answer is "No, but I thought it sounded more respectable and journalistic to phrase it as a question.
Therefore, that alone (allowing un-cleared personnel to see secrets outside their security-clearance level) is a major federal crime, for which Hillary needs to serve jail time.

But if you don't know technology, you just take what you're given. My grandmother has the computer that her kids got her; my parents have the wifi network that I set up for him. I've read that this is the person the FBI wants to find - the person(s) who transferred the classified docs from the secured network to Hillary's server. They could not have been emailed as is; 'rons w/experience have said that they would have had to be downloaded onto a CD or something and then moved to an unsecure network.

If they pulled the documents off of certified system, there should be a transaction log. Ditto for print jobs. The question I have is "did State properly maintain the transaction logs?" Having had several interactions with State IT, I'm not holding on to hope very strongly.

That 8 minute video from the hot air link from msnbc really is brutal on her. Kind of surprised me actually, even though some of the guests say things like untruths instead of lies.
At this point we know she violated the law by having the server, by sending and receiving classified documents from it and by deleting the emails. That's already 3, be nice if someone would file charges already.

Second, Diogenes, actually the old Soviet national anthem music is the same as the "new" Russian national anthem - only the lyrics have been changed (old ones were actually much better). As with Germany. Same great Haydn music, but post-WWII the change was to use the second stanza of the 19th century nationalist poem as the lyrics, not the first stanza (Adenauer hissef decreed this change). Though during the Nazi era the Horst Wessel Lied had sorta replaced Deutschland Uber Alles (not what people think it means), at least for state functions, anyway.

I really can't think of any reason that she would not conduct legit State business on a .gov email address unless she's really at the "fuck it, im invincible" stage of life.
I mean, seriously, everyone else in DC has figured out "use .gov address for above the board shit, use anonymous gmail address for my side business and corruption" that way if a FOIA request goes out, you have 100,000 "There is a Black Honda Civic in the parking garage who left their headlights on..." emails to turn over.
Hillary literally has nothing on her .gov account to turn over -- as far as we can tell, her account was never even set up.
So, uh, she clearly wasnt worried about someone saying "hey wait a minute... shouldnt hillary have at least received 1 or 2 emails in her time as SOS?" and suing to get her real emails.
I can't think of any reason to be that brazen other than a feeling of invincibility.

Someone had to purposefully download the files to portable media - which should be a restricted task (see Manning, Bradly); or printed the items, scanned, and cropped them, then re-transmitted on Clinton, Inc servers. The TK stuff should be tough to retype, so transcription is unlikely.

I seldom disagree with you, but will in this case. Biden is an incompetent, probably brain-damaged and essentially worthless guy, but I haven't seen any real signs of him being a Muzzie-loving, America-hating traitor.

There is no time. For one thing, there is no way Hillary is willing to fold her campaign and give up her last chance at the big brass ring. For another, the Democrats don't have anyone with her level of name recognition other than Biden. Biden could conceivably pull it off but I'm guessing only by the thinnest of margins against even the weakest Republican opponent.
