The good news, as such, is that this can be brought up again every 90 days, and opponents only have to win one vote out of the 5 or 6 possible before the end of Obama's term. The next President can reimpose the US sanctions with a pen and a phone on January 20, 2017.

The bad news, of course, is that the Europeans, Russians, and Chinese are ending their sanctions no matter what we do, and the $150 billion will be long gone by then. That is a fight we lost in November 2012. Obama would have done it anyway, with or without #FailureTheater.

Schumer's actions are also completely theater. Don't read too much into this.

What difference, at this point, does it make? Without the Corker bill, Congress doesn't vote at all, because Obama and Horseface say it's not a treaty. And it's all for show anyway, as the sanctions are already as good as dead. The purpose of the Corker bill was so they could go on record as opposing the deal, knowing Obama does what he wants anyway. What are they gonna do; impeach him?

Yes, it does. In discussion yesterday, I went and found the actual bill and read it. The sanctions still exist in law, but will be suspended by the Corker law unless Congress passes a bill to reject the agreement. That is the bill we are assuming will pass both houses, be vetoed by Obama, and there will not be enough senators to override the veto (34 Democrats will be able to uphold the President's veto).
Then, after that, every 90 days the administration has to certify to Congress that Iran is complying with the agreement, or sanctions are automatically reimposed. Congress can (but does not have to) at that time introduce a resolution that it believes Iran is not in compliance and we go through the whole thing again.
Likely, Congress won't introduce the bill at every 90-day opportunity, but if there is a big enough Iranian fuckup, it is conceivable that there are fewer than 34 D's willing to go to bat for the Iranians.

Consider dental tourism if you've got some vacation time. You'll pay 1/3 of what it will cost you here and if you do your research you'll find a place that will do good work.

Mexico is the closest option, but I've heard of a few guys in Costa Rica that work wonders for far, FAR less than you'd pay here (even taking into account airfare).

Not my experience with clients at Colorado State Pen. And they didn't commit crimes even approaching this one. I suppose it is possible, but Holmes will be put in segregation for his own safety if nothing else. Max security is a pretty clinical, soulless atmosphere.

There is no contact with the guard when they are removed through a slot in the door. They purposely minimize contact, the theory being the less contact the less opportunity for things to go haywire.

317 311 It's already starting -- each special group is doing it's best to show that it is the most valuable one, the most loyal, to the collective (which means each group isn't loyal to anything but themselves, down to the level of the individual, and also realizes that on the flip side nobody has any value at all). Of course, this is when they get most dangerous (both collectively and individually)...then they feel desperate to prove themselves.
