I remember the summer in our first house, wife 7 months pregnant, constant 90 degree weather and no air. A whole house fan sounded like the answer.
Of course, I may have oversized from the beginning. Barely avoiding heat stroke installing this massive thing in the attic with the intake being in the main hall to the bedrooms.
When we cranked it up, we had all the windows and door shut. It sucked the soot out of the chimney. The sliding patio doors were impossible to open under the negative pressure.
After stopping the fan and opening a few windows on the opposite end of the house, we started it back up and the door to the bedroom hallway shut itself so hard it knocked it and it's frame out of the wall.
True, it was cooler, but it was like sleeping at the end of a runway while a 747 was preparing to take off.

I dislike the living bejeebers out of Mutt Rombley, but I can't imagine he would have gone anywhere near as far as Choom Boy. I think he's smart enough that he would have learned on the job, and he's not quite as narcissistic as the Mocha Messiah. A whole house fan sits in the ceiling of a hallway between the interior of the house and the attic. It normally has louvers that open when it's on.
It pulls the air through the house and blows it into the attic.
When my wife would walk under the fan, it would pull her dress up to her arms.

See, I think we'd get them all weeded out faster if, instead of fake debates and straw polls, we just had em belly up for speed-dating. I know women would weed out the creeps right quick...
....after that, the remaining candidates have to discuss fiscal policy with a conference full of nothing but prostitutes. Mostly because funny, but also because hookers are just monomaniacly focused on real bucks, not promises of bucks or credit or goods and services. Never met a hooker that takes in trade.

I will never understand how those buses that were sitting there submerged in the water from the financially neglected levy that DEMOCRATS were solely responsible for got ignored/spun into GWB's fault.
It wouldn't have mattered one bit anyway. The media and the foaming rabid left were SO enraged the GWB got elected again, it was bloody war until they got their way.
The second term of GWB was the paradigm shift from upset to down right violently angry for the democrats. Stomped their feet and called for a presidents head. Then, right after that, there was the "culture of corruption" drum beat from the state run media.
But did GWB fight back with facts and reason? Nope. He laid there and allowed himself to be strung up like a pinata. wouldn't want to "stoop to their level" was the excuse. That gave us a decade of our country fighting for its life.

They form their protective bubble with a toxic mix of wishful thinking, delusion about the state of the world, and cognitive dissonance. Take their illogical fear of an inanimate object; firearms. They have no experience with them outside of being assaulted with them via the criminals they make endless excuses for. They cannot be wrong about their excuses, so they hate and fear the inanimate object that symbolizes their cowardice and pants wetting fear. They think being an "outdoorsman" means taking a hike on a super highway trail through some park for a weekend. They are typically urban and therefore have no actual connection nor understanding of nature. They don't have a grasp of actual science either. It is just another tool to support their comfortable bubble of delusion.
Sort of a "stream of semi-consciousness" post. So, to summarize; fuck those stupid sons of bitches. I don't take my thought cues from an idiot.
