Obama: Shit Yeah, I Could Totally Win a Third Term, If I Felt Like It

"I actually think I’m pretty good president," he said today in a speech before the African Union in Ethiopia. "I think if I ran, I could win. But I can't."
Even though he's confident in his re-election abilities, Obama said he's more interested in life after the presidency.
"I'll be honest with you, I'm looking forward to life after being president. I won't have such a big security detail all the time," he said. "It means I can go take a walk, I can spend time with my family, I can find other ways to serve, I can visit Africa more often."

The 22nd Amendment says "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice" whereas the only mention of electing in the 12th Amendment is in the word "Electors" - that is, the President is selected with votes by ballot, not electing. It'll take some semantic acrobatics, but one could argue that the Electors' votes by ballot is not electing.

Seriously, this should prove easier than finding legalized same-sex marriage in the original draft of the Massachusetts state constitution.

No. It's more like we've got a person with a kidney, liver, or heart that we need and we make sure that the car crash leaves those organs in good shape for harvesting. Obviously impossible, thereby completely invalidating a stupid analogy.

Organs donor-victims of accidents 1) give permission and 2) don't know if their organs are going to be anything other than fish chum after an accident. The PP folks know how to kill babies such that the parts in which they're interested remain usable.
