All Democrat Candidates Embrace Gosnellian Silence on Planned Parenthood's Baby Organ Harvesting

You don't have to answer a difficult question when the media is stocked with rabidly-pro-abortion allies and fans.

The Democrats vying for the 2016 presidential nomination were silent about a new video showing a top Planned Parenthood doctor outlining plans to sell body parts from aborted babies.

Nucatola said that Planned Parenthood doctors enlist the help of ultrasound to make sure they don’t damage organs as they remove pieces of the baby from the womb.
Planned Parenthood has called state ultrasound bills "cruel" in the past.
"A lot of people want liver," she says pausing to bite her salad. "And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they'll know where they’re putting their forceps."

I guess the Dreaded Transvaginal Ultrasound is a legitimate piece of medical equipment so long as Planned Parenthood is making a buck off it.

Planned Parenthood Lies Again: It claims it gets a full informed consent to organ-hunt and sell those organs.

In fact, a look at its release form does not mention peddling organs. It merely says that the time or method of the abortion procedure will not be modified for such purposes.

It fails to conform with federal law which states that a full, informed consent to the organ harvesting must be granted.

Might be the first comment of any kind I've ever made (in real life, not just online) about abortion. It's never been part of any political or world-view consideration for me my entire life.

So a serious and not intentionally snarky or invidious question: if abortion is OK - that is, "choice" just means people make up their own definition of life and when it begins, unhinged from logic or "science" - then what's the big deal with organ harvesting?

Why is this a big deal, or a deal at all, if (alone among all remotely similar concepts or values) the definition/beginning of life is just a matter of "choice", like vanilla vs. chocolate chip? I see Ace responded back to my recommendation on Louis L'Amour for a choice in the next reading assignment. He asked for a recommendation on a title. By then I had already signed off for the night. I did notice some people recommended the first Sackett book (which they also used for the TV mini-series, it is titled The daybreakers). I could go with that one as it is one of his best even though I have read it at least a dozen times. Also another good one is Reilly's Luck, a stand-alone novel, but it is somewhat longer than the Sackett book. But be advised that neither of these are free from Amazon, although both of the first Sackett books used for the TV series are available as a set on the Kindle for $5.69.

I see abusive parents and neglectful parents all the time at work who would rather shoot up heroin than change a diaper and those kids disappear into a system that is over worked and under funded - and by the time most of those kids get out of that system they are screwed up and untrusting of anyone they end up having kids who go into that same system. What the hell is wrong with us? I am literally wiping away tears at the thought of what our society actually is? Nuns have to buy birth control and planned parenthood gets to rip apart kids for money. And we all have to help pay for this too? There was a home invasion in my town last week, something drug related, both parents gunned down in the middle of the night while their 5 kids were in the house. I don't know what that has to do with anything other than those are going to be 5 more kids who are going to grow up scared and resentful and likely eventually follow in their father's footsteps - what can be done? Can we do something to try and honestly make this world better? I often joke that I am just going to look out for myself and that will be my contribution to society . . . I don't know if there is anything I can do to help fix this fucked up country we are in. I am sick, literally sick. I am over the edge and I don't have time to dwell on this garbage society where we herald these butchers as heroes and drug dealers as victims of a racist system. Yes, there are things you can do to change the world. You do it one life at a time. Become a Big Brother. Consider fostering kids. Find organizations that work with kids to make their lives better and work with them. Some of the greatest workers in the lives of kids were people-nuns- who never had children themselves. It's not at all the same as having your own but you change change young lives for the better.

The 'parts' by PP's own argument are not people so legally its property stolen from patients. So what we have here is a RICO violation. A fat civil action seems to be warranted. Say a couple of billion. And of course with RICO one can ask treble damages in the award.
