When you start putting it all together...
1. Hillary was sending and receiving classified emails on a vulnerable server, contrary to the law
2. Some of those emails were about travel details in and around Benghazi
3. Because of Hillary's insisting on using her own vulnerable servers, the already lax security around Benghazi may have been further comprimised
4. Hillary lied and got others to lie about the fact that the attack was planned in order to cover her ass on the lax security and had an American citizen arrested to help build the lie

People keep saying this stuff, and it's true that she's a lousy campaigner, and doesn't have Bill's instinctive touch or smarmy charm.
But she has a huge goddamn machine behind her that runs like oiled silk through glass bearings. It got her elected in her own right to the U.S. Senate from New York, despite her being an utterly transparent carpetbagger.
The only reason that Obama pulled off a surprise and trumped her in 2008 was because he was willing to do stuff in the primaries that she never thought another Democrat could safely get away with.
Like deliberately putting an "ex-gay" figure on stage at a campaign rally to turn out the homophobic black church vote for Obama in South Carolina.
That actually would have incinerated the hopes of any conventional white Democrat who did it. The media would have picked up on it at once, broadcast it widely, and the gay lobby would have gone ballistic. But since it was Obama, historic first, who did it... meet Black Democratium, world's most impenetrable substance. The media never voiced the smallest peep.

I really wonder, in my rare lucid thoughts these days, why..WHY anyone alive would think the fake Injun would be a great foreign policy president. --OTOH, the drive from Amarillo to El Paso via Aberdeen/Clovis/Ruidoso/Roswell is pretty scenic. It was pretty cool to be driving 1.5 miles above sea level.

I left Cameron (just south of Waco) at 8am and got into El Paso at 8pm.
