Goons From George Galloway's Islamist "Respect Party" Attack "F*cking Jew" Reporter

This is the future.

First they came for Geert Wilders...

Read it all. It really is harrowing. They intend to impose their backwardness and violence to us.

They're doing it in England already.

Respect has told me they are holding a “rally” in the community hall of St. Martin’s Church that I may attend as a journalist.

I walk into the hall.

Those present are almost entirely Asian men --Pakistanis, almost to a man.

I inform them I am a POLITICO journalist, and am amicably greeted by a large man in a black suit and sunglasses.

The vibe instantly begins to heat.

...

A white woman in thick lipstick, a press officer for Respect, comes up to me: "Who are you, I recognize your face?" I tell her my full name, Ben Judah. Her face sours: "Ben Judah, the Tablet."

A few months ago I had reported from the city for a Jewish online publication, and had been critical of Galloway’s anti-Zionist rhetoric. I reported that he has inflamed a hissing conspiracy theory where Jews were blamed for 9/11, for all wars all over the world, and were seen as the new Nazis

The woman from Respect does not approve.

I inform her that Respect's Bradford HQ has given me the address and told me I can come. She then disappears, makes calls, and talks to several of the Asian men at the doorway. She returns saying I have to leave.

I try to explain I am a journalist and this risks looking bad for a party that is frequently accused of inciting anti-Semitism and intimidating journalists.

Karmani says he is not opposed to my presence, but that this is "his event," pointing to a man in the entrance hall. The men there have suddenly become highly aggressive.

"Get out, get out," they shout.

The press officer -- whose name I miss -- says she has called Bradford HQ and they now “know who I am”: I must leave immediately.

I walk out and onto the sidewalk, and take a picture of the Respect activists and the seven Asian men milling about outside the Church. They have come to see Galloway: The event is described on social media as a rally for supporters.

A burly Asian man in a black suit and sunglasses rushes up and grabs me round the neck, pinning me to a low perimeter wall. "Get out, you fucking Jew," he shouts. I am being throttled as around ten Asian men surround me. My teeth chatter as a man in a tracksuit punches me in the head.

"Delete, delete," they shout at me, "delete the photos."

..
I fumble to delete the pictures and repeat over and over:

"You’re frightening me. Please let me go."

The older man gestures for me to be released.

I look back at the Respect officials: but they look away.

Read the updated at the end to see George Galloway's response; he accuses the reporter of staging a stunt to embarrass Muslims.

You know: The way Jews do.

The article also contains details of the biraderi election system. That is to say, third-world backwardness is now an important part of English democracy. Biraderi is clan-based voting -- the patriarch of the clan determines the votes for all of those slaves, I mean women and younger men, he controls. So the patriarch just turns in his own 30, 40, or 50 votes-- actually the votes of his familial slaves, but he controls them.

When this reporter asks Galloway's top aide if this means democracy is dead in England, the aide can only answer: "It's democracy as it is."

This doesn't sound that bad to me, actually. The patriarch is deciding the interest of the family, and his family is voting accordingly.

No matter how ticked off the voters are, what matters is how those they voted in feel about it. After the election the politicians make all the decisions. Just ask Drunk Boner and Bitch McConnell.

And every politician is more interested in what's in it for them. Power, prestige, a way to secure the next election.

If the SNP is offered a way to become part of the ruling coalition, they'll take it.

A rewrite....

First they came for the liberals, and I was now fine with it because the liberals have demonized me for so long.

Then they came for the academics, and seeing the destruction wrought by liberal academia, I was kind of alright with that too...

Then they came for the gays and after being demonized and tired, I was at peace with the world being a little less bitchy...

Then they came for the news media and I silently cheered like Palestinians on 9/11. I passed out sweets.

Then
they came for Hollywood and our celebrities and we started to mobilize
to protect the good few while watching the rest burn.

And with all of those who had protected them out of the way, the ass kicking began.

The Psy-Ops using cartoons of mass distraction was f@cking hilarious.

I feel angry at this, very angry, and very sad that Mr. Ben Judah had to go through this.

Cannot fault his response to that crowd, though. Speaking for myself (not for the rest of the horde), I've never killed another human being in self defense, or inflicted serious bodily injury on another in self defense. I'm strong, in decent shape, and a half-decent shot, and I like to think I could do it, but I'm not sure that psychologically I would be able to. It's just not something I've had to do before. Most civilians (not all, but many) are in a similar boat.
With all apologies to the villain in the first Nolan Batman film, training is something. You react the way you've trained both physically and psychologically. The former cops and army vets are in a good position on this.
A lot of your average run of the mill folk (myself included) will freeze or flee if they get into a situation like that. It's easy fora person to talk about cowardice and to deride someone as a coward when that critic hasnever been in a situation wherethey had the choice between fight and flight and that was their only choice.

And then some folks are a special breed of crazy, and when that psychological break comes they are worse than the folk that are trained, and overreact. (think your average psychopath, shy until you push them that little step too far)

220 From Cruz's newsletter:

Sen. Cruz Introduces Amendment and Calls for Congress to Approve Any Iran Deal

On Wednesday, Sen. Cruz penned an op-ed in Washington Times explaining the necessity for Congress to have proper oversight over any deal President Obama might make with Iran to ensure the Senate has the ability to stop a bad Iran deal that jeopardizes U.S. national security.

“Today, there is no greater threat to U.S. national security than the prospect of a nuclear Iran. Led by theocratic zealots who have pledged to ‘annihilate Israel’ and who regularly lead chants of ‘Death to America,’ an Iran with nuclear weapons poses an unacceptably high risk of murdering millions of Americans or millions of our allies.

“For that reason, the top priority for the Senate should be to stop a bad Iran deal,” Sen. Cruz said.

Last week, Sen. Cruz filed an amendment to the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, which would require affirmative Congressional approval of any Iranian nuclear deal before sanctions relief can occur.

“Reviewing this deal and deciding whether or not to consent to it may well be the most important function of this Congress. It is not something that should be rushed, and it is imperative that, at the very least, the President obtain majority support for his deal from both Houses of Congress before moving forward,” Sen. Cruz said.

As currently written, the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 would first require Congress to pass a resolution of disapproval and then require Congress to muster votes from two-thirds of each chamber to override a Presidential veto. What's more, if Congress failed to act within a set timeframe, the deal would go into effect by default. This process gets the Constitution's allocation of authority precisely backwards.

The Cruz-Toomey amendment would remove these options and restore a more proper process for Congress to exercise its Constitutional power. It would require President Obama to persuade a majority of Senators and Representatives to approve his deal before it goes into effect.

245 C.S. Lewis, in his "Science Fiction" novel, "That Hideous Strength", wrote that only 10% of the British electorate is Christian.

When I read it I thought that he was mistaken.

Lewis was a brilliant author. He was also a judgmental ass who loved to tell people they weren't Christian.

Do you know the story of the phrase "But if not" and its use at the Battle of Dunkirk? The phrase is from the Book of Daniel and it conveys a powerful message to those who are steeped in Biblical tradition. It's also the only phrase that a British Naval officer had to cable to London to convey his intentions and a message of resilient defiance.

That story says a lot about the culture of Great Britain in 1940. Specifically that the Naval Officer knew his message would come through loud and clear due to a shared tradition backed by Biblical teachings.

Because really the Russian economy is oil + gas + vodka + bootleg cigarettes + weapons

Cruz can't anger the party bosses and be the nominee.

My suspicion is that the GOP actually wants a treaty. The reality is the US can't stop Iran from getting a nuke - we can't even stop ISIS. There's no will for a war. A treaty is a fig leaf to say they did something about a looming catastrophe they don't really care to stop.

So only 33 needed to pass it.

Basically this "law" flipped the constitutional requirements. The republicans reasoning being, "well its better that Obama send this treaty to the Senate for approval then just use his pen and phone" which I don't get.

Obama did not have to submit anything to Congress as a treaty because he has the power to do most of what he wants in his Iran agreement without congressional approval .

I was on the other side of this issue until I realized this was the only chance to stop Obama from implementing something far worse.

That's not quite my understanding. My understanding is that there is existing law giving the President certain waiver authority. This is new law that tries to limit it - albeit in a poor unworkable way.

But it doesn't flip the constitutional requierments per se.

That being said, I hate these weak forms of push back and would prefer the strong form of just saying what Obama is doing is a treaty (even if it really isn't) and treating it as such.

NY is a may issue state, done by county.

They also get to decide if you get a carry permit for a "transport" permit. Like the cops decide that, not you.

I think the easy way around it is to get an armed security job and let the company help you with getting approved. So in other words, nearly impossible.

My buddy is a cop in CT, lives in NY, and even he couldn't get a carry permit in NY when he applied (during police academy). I thinkkk he can carry now that hes a sworn LEO, but I'm not sure.

New York City does not recognize a "personal" concealed carry, unless you are Donald Trump, or Howard Stern. In other words, you are a highly visible, high profile person. 326 "That being said, I hate these weak forms of push back and would prefer the strong form of just saying what Obama is doing is a treaty (even if it really isn't) and treating it as such."

It would be nice to hear some GOP presidential aspirants stating in the strongest possible terms that their administrations will be in no wise bound by any unratified treaties, and making it clear that all foreign "deals" which haven't been through the formal Constitutional ratification process fall under that rubric.

Unfortunately, Obama can unwind in one day with his "stroke of a pen" an international sanctions regime that took ten years to assemble, and that a successor administration would have extraordinary difficulty in rebuilding from scratch starting in 2017. Really at that point the only option becomes unilateral military action against Tehran.

I agree it is playing lawyer. I'd prefer they either treat it like a treaty or do nothing. I have heard others argue that Obama already has the authority under law. I found it persuasive - so I'm not sure this would rise to the level of a "treaty."

But you know what - you could easily make the case that it is. That's the game I would have played. But it would have required exerting a strong form Constitutional argument.

So yea - I'm not inclined to give the GOP any benefit of the doubt here or praise them for doing something.

NY state requires a "transport" license if you are moving your gun at all. Say, going to the range.

Keeping the pistol in your house --- I think you're okay, but you need a permit to buy the gun in NY IIRC.

MA, on the other hand, requires a permit to keep a firearm in the house. You're supposed to have all firearms on record with the local police. I don't think that's really enforced as I know a lot of people in western mass who are armed up like texans and they dont seem to get harassed.

Nope. He was a squish. The real hard core Biblicist would say Catholics aren't Christian, but Lewis included them.

If Lewis excluded people like Bultmann (or his theological progeny like Spong) then he is exactly correct. They are not Christians. Depends whom he was talking about.

Liberal Christians are Christians the same as liberal politicians are patriotic Americans. They use familiar terminology in deceptive ways to con people, and accuse them of being meanies if they see through the charade.

And liberation theology is Jeremiah Wright crap. Marxism masquerading as Christianity.

Sure, but per the "criminalization of everything" doctrine, what needs to be remembered in that circumstance is that if you are to come to the attention of the local powers that be in an unwelcome way, they can have you in cuffs on felony charges before you can say boo.

Ostensibly "unenforced" laws turn out to have a hell of a lot of power when they suddenly are enforced. As any Chicago small business owner who forgets to pay off the alderman can sadly inform you.

That's a treaty - it should have been treated as such. Hard to believe the public would not agree.

Too many over the years have internally accepted the Liberals mindset and approved of their Political Correct attitudes. If he's so darn great, why did he feel the need to put his thumb on the scale?

Or, as you might have written it, "FUCK MAN, if he's so fucking great, why the fuck can't the fucker just catch fully fucking infalted fuck-balls? I mean FUCK. ME."

435 So the FBI said today the Islamists have gone silent on the internet.

It's manlove Thursday, they're busy.

436 T-ball bat. Perfect size and legal.

I've got a CCW. I just wish I had an easy to carry choice on the use of force scale between hands on and shooting.

437 A treaty is an agreement between two countries.

From wiki:
A treaty is an agreement under international law entered into by actors in international law, namely sovereign states and international organizations.

-----

But executive agreements do exist.

I'll be honest - I don't know whether what is trying to be done meets the full definition of a treaty or not (in law or through precedence). For me, it doesn't necessarily matter - they should have simply asserted it was and treated it as such.

It's that expandable metal baton thinger that cops hit you with.

Posted by: bonhomme at May 07, 2015 05:08 PM (jhqr1)

443 417 I used to live in Bradford, in the 90's. It was a fucking shithole then and leaving was the best decision I ever made. The extent to which it has turned into a Moslem fiefdom is appalling. I'm never setting foot there again if I can help it. If it were wiped off the map tomorrow it would not bother me in the slightest.

445 "I just wish I had an easy to carry choice on the use of force scale between hands on and shooting."

Spray deploys faster than a sidearm and can buy you time to get the sidearm itself deployed.

It is also reportedly of great value in bolstering one's defense in court against charges of overuse of force. If you can show you tried the less lethal option first, that carries weight with juries.

It's pretty shameful to think the media thinks that way, but I can't come to any other conclusion. They'll s*ck the d*ck of some apostate from Islam and toss her under the 'not worthy of our concern' bus.

Jane..., you'll have to check GA law. I rather doubt that there is any problem, so long as it isn't concealed.

453 Jane - Hmf. How about that :
"In Georgia, there are no limits on the possession of knives. You can own any knife you want. There are only limits on carry knives.
Limits on Carry

It is illegal to carry, open or concealed, a knife that is larger than 5 inches without a permit.
For knives greater than 5 inches, you need a weapons permit."

Interesting, a "Knife Permit"?

Posted by: Mike Hammer, etc., etc. at May 07, 2015 05:13 PM (F2IAQ)

454 Jane - 453 implies that there is no problem with your husband's knife, i.e., he isn't 'carrying' it.

Further search may be necessary to see what constitutes "Concealed weapon laws" re knives.

Ed will be shoveling people into the ovens so fast, his head will spin. 469 This is how things like the holocaust start. this is how it did start. slowly at first, an incident here, then more incidents over there. each individual probably had their own moment of realization that a pogrom was starting, or was underway, but thought they'd "wait it out," things would "improve." We honestly can not say that we do not know how bad things can get because history has shown us exactly how bad things can get. why any Jew would vote a progressive is beyond explanation.
