I got to sit in on a poetry class at another Academy, and you did not get away with much bullshit there. It's nice to walk through a Shakespeare part, and everybody should have a nodding acquaintance, but, having taken a course from a Donaldson Yalie that was one my harder classes ever, let me say that there is a lot to Shakespeare. You study some just to figure out the language and what the hell is going on -- as far as most people go -- but then you get into the layers. He didn't just recast Hollinshed's Chronicles. The more you unwrap, the more you find, and that's without venturing off in the great fantasies of what else all this could mean if you hold your head just right. I think it's fair to say that most university students today are not equipped to handle the complexity. The sun comes later in the day despite southern exposure and it has clay soil, so.... building up a bed with good soil.
