OBAMA CAVES ON ALL ISSUES IN DESPERATE RUSH TO GUARANTEE IRAN A NUCLEAR BOMB
Just so everyone understands: this document is not Obama's attempt to impose restraints on Iran. Rather, it is his attempt to impose restraints on The United States, and of course the Hated Jewish State of Israel.
Obama's real goal throughout this process has been to deliver Iran 8 unimpeded years of bomb research on his watch, and then bind the hands of his successor to guarantee Iran another 8-12+ years as well. This entire process is designed to legitimize Iran's nuclear program so that the United States (and Israel) will be restrained from attacking Iran's bomb sites. As usual, then, Obama's efforts are not directed towards safeguarding the US, but rather safeguarding the US' enemies, which are of course his allies.The Obama administration is giving in to Iranian demands about the scope of its nuclear program as negotiators work to finalize a framework agreement in the coming days, according to sources familiar with the administration’s position in the negotiations. U.S. negotiators are said to have given up ground on demands that Iran be forced to disclose the full range of its nuclear activities at the outset of a nuclear deal, a concession experts say would gut the verification the Obama administration has vowed would stand as the crux of a deal with Iran. ...I demand that Hillary Clinton be made to answer fully and frequently about her position on this treachery.
With the White House pressing to finalize a deal, U.S. diplomats have moved further away from their demands that Iran be subjected to oversight over its nuclear infrastructure. "Instead of ensuring that Iran answers all the outstanding questions about the past and current military dimensions of their nuclear work in order to obtain sanctions relief, the U.S. is now revising down what they need to do," said the source. "That is a terrible mistake--if we don’t have a baseline to judge their past work, we can’t tell if they are cheating in the future, and if they won't answer now, before getting rewarded, why would they come clean in the future?"

The problem is, that Treaties are coequal to Federal law... and do not trump the Constitution... which gives the Senate not just the power to ratify treaties... but the Obligation to do so... or its not a viable treaty...

What we have here is Obama trying to make a treaty without making a treaty. However, he only has that authority if the treaty is made "by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate." By keeping the Senate out from start to finish, he is negotiating "without authority of the United States," as that power comes from the joint operation of both branches, not a single one. Furthermore, there's no exemption for PotUS in Logan, as it applies to "[a]ny citizen of the United States."
At the very least, there's a better case that Obama has violated the Logan Act than any of the Senators that signed their names to that open letter.

Dunno. Spent the evening at the funeral visitation for a dear friend's mom. Ran into a couple who've moved away and we hadn't seen in ages, and a group of eight of us went to dinner (including our son, who was at the visitation).
Anyhow, it's been a sad day, but ended with a nice evening.

Kitteh's bloodwork is all over the place. White count almost nil. Platelets very low. Red count showing he's fighting off a virus. FIV shows negative. And his urine was dark orange and they said there were blood clots in it. Along with a 106F temp.
So now indoors and napping. Was given two medicines to administer. He got a steroid shot to help fight the fever. But still no sign of appetite.

Couple who haven't seen son, are asking him questions about his time in the Marines in Afghanistan. He's laughing and telling harmless, light-hearted (as light-hearted as you can get in A-stan) stories, and several of us notice two couples at another table giving him the stink-eye. We commented on it.
Clearly, the two couples were progs. They were glaring at D'oh Boy, who is saying nothing insulting about Islam or the Afghan people. Just Things.That.Happened.Over.There.

Old cars will work fine. Carburetor? Distributor cap? No problem after the initial burst. If you have a Dwell capacitor, you might have to replace that. Older Diesel with a mechanical fuel pump? Again, no problem.

Israel regards its security as a life and death matter. Anyone or any entity that has threatened that has been on the wrong end of the Mossad (see Gerald Bull etc.)

No, it won't. But I think attacking the parts of America that work is the smart way to go about it. Grind us down little by little. Gradually degrade our infrastructure.
It makes more sense than sensational attacks against big cities, and it's probably easier to do to boot.

My Mom said the best thing ever for her sleep was my Father getting a CPAP. Your Hubby may not completely need it for sleep apnea but I would have worn one when I was married to avoid the prods to roll from the ex.

Why don't we walk over here before I make good on the urge to knee him in his little pink balls?" She looked at me closely and realized I was quite serious... Worse yet, had my (now-deceased) Mom said "yes" to Phil's dad about 20 years ago, Phil Griffin and I would be step-brothers. (shudders) Thank G-d my mom valued her "independence" more than his proposal...Griffin was a weapons-grade douchebag in high school, and in the last 40 years has made it into an art form that pays him very well.
