Ayatollah Khamenei Tells Fellow Maniacs "Death to America" While John Kerry Tells America to Not Waste Its "Historic Opportunity" To Strike a Deal With This Towering Statesman

This would be funny, if you saw it in a Sasha Baron Cohen movie.

Iran's Supreme leader Ali Khamenei called for "Death to America" on Saturday, a day after President Barack Obama appealed to Iran to seize a “historic opportunity" for a nuclear deal and a better future, and as US Secretary of State John Kerry claimed substantial progress toward an accord.

"Ali" is the diminutive, familiar form "Ayatollah," usually used by family members or close friends.*

Khamenei told a crowd in Tehran that Iran would not capitulate to Western demands. When the crowd started shouting, "Death to America," the ayatollah responded: "Of course yes, death to America, because America is the original source of this pressure.

"They insist on putting pressure on our dear people's economy," he said, referring to economic sanctions aimed at halting Iran's nuclear program. "What is their goal? Their goal is to put the people against the system," he said. "The politics of America is to create insecurity," he added, referring both to US pressure on Iran and elsewhere in the region.

Of course, Death to America, indeed. Sort of like "gesundheit" after a sneeze.

Khamenei also wants you to know that Iran will remain an implacable enemy of the United States.

...

But Khamenei warned against expectations that even a done deal would mend the more than three-decade freeze between the two nations in place since the Iranian revolution and siege of the American Embassy, proclaiming that Washington and Tehran remained on opposite sides on most issues.

"Negotiations with America are solely on the nuclear issue and nothing else. Everyone has to know that," Khamenei said.

Here's how bad this deal is: France may scuttle it as "too French."

...

But France, which raised last minute objections to an interim agreement reached with Iran in 2013, could threaten a deal again. It is particularly opposed to providing Iran with quick relief from international sanctions and wants a longer timeframe for restrictions on Iran’s nuclear activity.

"France wants an agreement, but a robust agreement," French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told French radio. "That is to say, an accord that really guarantees that Iran can obviously have access to the civil nuclear (program)."

"But to the atomic bomb? No."

France indicated Saturday that it would push for an agreement with Iran that guarantees Tehran cannot build a nuclear bomb in the future, and that it opposed a phased easing of sanctions before an accord is reached.

Now, what did the White House say about this Hostile Rhetoric that threatens to undermine an Important Goal of the Nobel Peace Laureate's agenda?

Remember, the White House has said that it may have to reevaluate its commitments to Israel in light of Netanyahu's statement that a two state solution will not be had under his prime ministership. Netanyahu saying such a Hurtful Thing was enough for Obama to consider throwing Israel to the Al Qaeda-shaped wolves.

So you can imagine that Of course he had tough words for Iran's leader proclaiming "Death to America."

In other words: That was just a guy sayin' what he needed to say to keep his political support. Well, I'm sure the Serial Liar Obama can understand that impulse.

But in that case, I'm a bit confused about his bitterness towards Israel.

Oh wait, no I'm not at all.

* No it's not. I just made that up. I just want to keep you all on you feet. As Michele Obama said, this blog will not permit you to ever be complacent again.

Technologically ignorant bullshit.

There have been occasional failures or 'fizzle yields' of thermonuclear warheads, i.e., fusion bombs with fission triggers.

Since 1945, every known test of a fission device has worked on the first try.

17 Let's see the inspection regime that would provide any confidence for such an agreement. There is no history of any inspection regime defeating an attempt at evasion. But this crew, dealing with Iran, will somehow create one?

Uh huh.

Not that any of that matters. We as a country are so far into unrecognizably bad and risky territory - on all fronts - that this is now the daily norm.

And no relief in sight.

Down to 22 months now. Clock isn't running any more slowly.

Note also that when other Democrats really start running for President as declared candidates, Obama is going to come under a whole lot of intraparty pressure to sit back and be quiet, lest he do things that reflect badly on the 2016 Democratic field.

This isn't to say that it's going to be a piece of cake between now and January of 2017, but what we all really need to focus on is the absolutely central importance of making sure that Obama is not followed by another Democrat, or by a RINO Republican.

I don't think Israel can let itself be boxed in by this. They will have to act. And they will have the support of almost all Arab countries in doing so (probably tacit practical support in some cases, and off-record verbal support).

Versus the "west". Russian reaction? Chinese reaction? Hmmm.

Depending on the derangement of the US response, we might see some realignments of the sort we haven't seen in decades.

EARNEST--Today the President is proud to announce his newest executive order, the "Domestic Audience Protocol". The first order of business with the new DAP is to renounce all influence on our own laws from statements or policies based on statements intended for domestic audiences only. Therefore, the Ten Commandments are now banned. Adultery is now mandatory, and murder is encouraged so long as it is a straight, white, Christian male. I would also like to note that this Order is retroactive to September 12, 2012, so Hillary, all your lies under oath, well, what difference could it possibly make?

MAJOR GARRETT--Isn't this a blatantly unconstitutional power grab, not to mention a violation of civil rights?

EARNEST--Security, please escort Mr. Garrett to the nearest train. The reeducation camps are now open. Media, you're either loading the trains, or on them.

And of course Hamas made no changes whatsoever to their stance or statements, and of course Obama went ahead and opened up negotiations with them regardless of his previous pledge on the subject.

Nice joke...and yeah, me too.

Of course, that's exactly the point of King Putz' actions.

He's trying to kill the middle class by making all of that self-control and hard work useless, worthless.

The Middle Class is essentially a state of mind and if Obama can destroy that state of mind-

if he can negate all of your sacrifices by taking the rewards of your hard work through taxes-

and giving it to lazy asses who don't work but who can now have your life-style with your money-

if their kids or illegal aliens get ahead at your expense with your money.....well....

why work hard? Why have self-control?

Why not drug yourself stupid and collect welfare and use EBT cards?

Just vote Democrat. Just vote the suckers' money into your pocket.

Yay.

The moral of the story is that the Jews should not have started another war. This is why Obama, Kerry, et al believe we need to learn from the past and achieve a peaceful solution to all the world's problems which America is the source of.
