Lanny Davis was on MSNBC this morning saying unequivocally that what Hillary did was perfectly legal. Even the anchor was a bit taken aback by that. Paul Begala, totally without shame, tried to use the conflation of previous SoS's to give the "everyone did it" defense.
I still can't believe a Clinton will pay the price for criminal behavior, but this may be the one. More than likely, they will somehow be able to change the subject enough to slide by and continue their Gangsta existence.

But Obama NEEDS someone in office after him who is going to continue his policies. Too many are on shaky legal ground and can be easily reversed if the next preznit isn't going to fight to keep them in place. So I doubt he'd fuck over Hillary unless he either a) had a replacement in mind who he thought could beat her b) has some not obvious ulterior motive here. Because if Hillary is the next pres, Obama does not want to have burned that bridge, especially when it comes to protecting his policies.

If President Walker reversed all of his policies, the narrative would become "Barack Obama's policies were doing wonderful things for this country until the evil Republicans stopped them!" If I recall, Lync IMs are not saved and subpoena'able so Clinton, her staff, and everyone else in govt (including lerner if you recall) would talk over lync about anything sketchy and illegal.
As any sys admin can tell you, if your domain is not federated with the internal domain, you cannot IM people.
So someone should check with the state departments IT staff (send a blind guy, why dont ya?!) to see if clintonemail.com was federated with state.gov (or whatever)... My gut would say yes.

I suspect that at least a handful of Dems are quietly getting their support group assembled while they wait to see what happens to Hillary. If she looks like she's going to be a strong contender for the ticket, then they sit it out. But if she starts showing too much weakness, then the sharks will come start swarming.
2016 is going to be the Democratic version of the Republican situation in 2008 - albeit without the bottom dropping out of the financial market (probably...). We're looking at a two-term Democratic presidential candidate with popularity issues, who has a VP who almost certainly is not going to ever occupy the White House.
While I don't want the bottom to fall out of the market again, the mirror imagery with 2008 if that did happen would provide a bit of black comedy.

Yep. Somehow they manage. I was in central Canada over the holidays. Cold as hell, but almost no snow. What was there, they just drove into ruts. I'm not sure they actually know how to plow on the plains. But really, Boston...Congress St. In front of the freakin' federal reserve tower. Wouldn't you kinda want to plow that all the way? Just sayin'...

Fun fact: they make rubber scrapers for plows, too, not just steel. And if you're going to dump half a beach worths of sand every time it snows, you don't need to stress too much about scraping every last piece of snow off the roads.

I really enjoy fvcking with tailgaters - I know precisely where are all the potholes on the local roads. Now I live in a residential neighborhood, lots of young kids, so I make it a point to drive the speed limit. Drives people bat-shit insane.
So what do I do when they're 2" off my bumper? Aim for the potholes and swerve at the last minute to just miss them. Usually takes 2, sometimes 3, and they back off.
Yeah, I'm a Masshole. Sue me.
