Are You Drinkin With Me Jesus? (courtesy of Sylvester)

"Does your head pound Jesus as hung over you do rise....how does paradise look Jesus, through holy bloodshot eyes...
Should we take a cab home Jesus...aw man we can hoof it from here...
I know you can walk on the water but can you walk on this much beer?"

It's a variation of the one with the "team" coming out of the football stadium tunnel. Instead of the emerging troops rushing over to shake the hands of the middle easterners, this tv ad has the troops rushing to a medical facility...to help doctors.

Obviously the implication here is about fighting ebola. But it bothers me that the US Army's role is now shifting to helping people around the world. It's not right.

272 Wow, the Bears still have a chance at this one...

Well, the Cubs still have the rights to Colin Kaepernick, so Kaepernick goes to the Bears, and pitches for the Cubs in the summer, and Samadjia pitches for the Sox and plays WR...and, man, do the Bears have to rebuild.

Posted by: Big Fat Meanie at December 28, 2014 03:39 PM (Dhdnu)

273 I evidently was born with a 'Philip Rivers - meh' gene. I know the guy can throw and put up stats, but I have not and do not see him as being a fabulous NFL QB. Posted by: Big Fat Meanie at December 28, 2014 03:42 PM (Dhdnu)

276 Kaepernick last week was saying how he didn't want Harbaugh to leave. I wonder if that was just loyalty to a guy not being fired yet, or his realization that another coach is going to realize he's not a very good NFL QB.
