There isn't going to be a huge rush to build KXL today with crude prices well below that mark, even if the permissions were to be promptly forthcoming.

So, as soon as crude tumbled, KXL should have been shoved way down in the legislative priority queue, to address considerably more urgent matters.

What does Mitch The Turtle do? Declares moving Keystone forward to be his top #1 priority for the new Senate in January.
