Fresh Off Their UVA Triumph, Radical Feminists Find Something New To Obsess Over

"Surf" laundry detergent decided to do a limited edition packaging suggestive of mega-selling mommyporn book Fifty Shades of Gray.

The packaging urges buyers to "Remove your flirty shades of Surf," and then says that Surf has "Scentual Oils."

Yes this is all pretty stupid and makes no sense.

I don't get it, but whatever. They didn't write the book for me, and they're not making the special laundry detergent packaging for me either. If someone out there feels like they might get a little sexy boost doing laundry with "Scentual oils," I won't stand in her way.

Radical feminists, however, are devoted to the proposition that not a leaf may fall from a tree without a hysterical denunciation.

And so they've stepped up, demanding that Surf take this #WarOnWomen laundry detergent from the shelves.

Remove your 'flirty shades' Surf product from sale #boycottsurf

I started this campaign after seeing an advert for Surf's Flirty Shades liquid. It glorifies and normalises abuse of women and is not appropriate to be sold as a laundry product. Laundry products should not be sexualised and children should be protected from seeing this. This product needs to removed from sale by Unilever ASAP and a public apology should be made to all of those women who have suffered abuse. Thank you kindly for you time and support.

Hysterical, dour, grim-faced puritan lunatics.

Some people might say that these are bored, unfulfilled suburban women with diagnosable tendencies towards hysteria, looking to inject some drama into their safe, easy, uneventful lives, creating histrionic narratives of oppression in their dreary day-to-day shopping routines.

Other people say that Pluto is not a planet.

4 Oh Lord.

Dumbest marketing campaign EVAH.

Dumbest response EVAH.

But since they don't sell it at Costco, none of it's gonna affect me anyway.

I'm tempted to paraphrase Earl Butz' immortal quote here, because in reality what ALL men want from life is loose shoes, a tight female sexual organ, and a warm place to defecate, but laundry detergent that gets the salmon out is well up on the list as well.

65 This whole grievance industry thing is now officially insane. It is 1937 and the feds are the SS shock troops while the NAACP, the angry Fems, the Muslim Activists, La Raza and the LGBT groups are all under some deranged political umbrella.
I listened to a show on NPR the other night. It was an interview with a film maker who is a darling of the Left for his films like: "Being Black" and "Latin in America" (to paraphrase). His films are about "Minority experience" with lots of interviews and such. He recently made a film about the "White experience" where he interviews White people about what their culture is like in these modern times. The interviewer excoriated him and demanded to know why he "provided a platform" for White people to speak out in Society. He spent twenty minutes apologizing and twisting his logic to try to defend his work. Really. Today the targets of these insane groups are now not allowed to speak at all. It is the logical conclusion of this philosophy to have the "rape panels" in universities where any male at all can be convicted of anything without being allowed to present a defense or even speak. we've gone full killing fields now: The idea is to simply dispose of the groups the PC groups don't like. This is the real social justice: the same as two weeks into the French revolution or the Bolsheviks.

Posted by: TVoC Hates the GOP at December 15, 2014 07:58 PM (XzRw1)

275 email today from sSen Gillibrand (blockhead - NY):

With untrained administrators, convoluted disciplinary proceedings and a culture that lays the blame on women - it is no wonder that so few college students report sexual assault. We have to take action now to change the culture and combat sexual assault.

I've been working to build a coalition strong enough to protect our students, and I'm thrilled to be joined today by the American Federation of Teachers in calling on Congress to pass the Campus Accountability and Safety Act without delay.

I know most of you couldn't make it to our event this morning, but you can still make your voice heard. Will you sign our petition to demand Congress takes action to end campus sexual assault?

Tell Congress: Pass the Campus Accountability and Safety Act now!

Across the country, brave young women and men have come forward to tell their stories and demand action on their campuses. Their activism is shining a light on a long-ignored epidemic, and we need to make sure schools have the policies and resources to tackle the problem.

Our current system puts the burden on the victim, and that is not acceptable. As a mother, lawyer and senator, I am dedicated to creating a culture in which victims are supported by their peers, their schools and the law.

Whether you're a parent, student, survivor or friend, this issue is one that needs all of us to step up and push for change. Add your name and demand that Congress puts student safety first.

But seriously, this kind of harpy hysteria is to be expected. We have a society today that has victimized everyone. And rewarded the harpies by apologizing and begging for forgiveness for wearing loud hawaiian shirts with women brandishing guns, to actually getting a CEO removed from a major corporation because he donated money to encourage traditional heterosexual marriage in his private life.

What do we expect? These people are going to need to be smacked with a rolled up paper now numerous times to overcome the indulgence they been given the past decade or so.

But who's more miserable: the feminists who complain about it, the people who search for this stuff to complain about feminists complaining? Both sides of this useless debate are so sad.

493 I've ever really been "offended" at a product one time. It was back during they height if the Twilight movie craze, and I ran through BK one evening to get a quick dinner for hubby, myself, and our kids. I guess they were transitioning over for their kid's meal toys because something completely inane was on the drive-through board. However, when I got home and my kids go to open their toys, they pull out a fricking Twilight toy. Aside from being pissed that I had no warning that this would be in my children's meal (if I'd known I'd have got the nuggets a la carte to avoid it), who the hell thinks Twilight is an appropriate toy for a kid's meal? I mean, really. What's the average ago of kid's meal consumers, six or seven? How do you go from hawking GI Joe and My Little Pony to Twilight to the under ten set?

Anyway, so that's the one time I was genuinely angry at a product. And I even bothered to write to BK headquarters to express my displeasure.

On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you?
