The theory that Barack was born in Kenya has been mostly debunked, but the theory that he CLAIMED to have been born in Kenya has been proven by none other than Breitbart's website.
The dispute regarding the meaning of "natural born citizen" is resolved in the minds of most of the legal system, but they are very likely wrong and the Birthers are very likely right about this. (have found quite a lot of compelling evidence supporting the Birther position on this.)

You can make light of this issue, but the points he brings up are valid.
Obama would NOT QUALIFY as a "natural born citizen" under the meaning of that term in 1787.
It is also unclear whether he was really born in Hawaii or not, because Hawaii will not definitively say so and because Hawaii will give out birth certificates to the children of residents even if they are not actually born in Hawaii.

Not necessarily. I have long suggested the theory that the document is a legal forgery created by the Department of Health in Hawaii.
There is evidence that Obama has been adopted at least once and possibly twice and the normal procedure in an adoption is to create a realistic but fake birth certificate resembling the original.
I suspect that the document released (which is an obvious mashup) is the document which the Hawaii Department of Health created per court order in the aftermath of an adoption (or reassertion of paternity) proceeding.

Obama's "new and improved" amnesty will have some phony baloney "requirement" that the illegal submit proof that they have lived in the U.S. for a certain number of years. That is -- and always will be -- a joke (a joke that the illegals are in on). There will never be any effort by the administration to verify an illegal alien's claim about how long they have lived here. That is why this is basically an amnesty for every illegal in the U.S. who wants to submit an application -- and for the millions more who will be coming across the border the next two years in response to their relatives' calls.

When the two political parties are two sides of the same coin, there is no "political" recourse other than third party (which I agree will do no good) or apathy until a party comes along that will actually represent your wishes.
I am most certainly not apathetic about what happens to America. I used to love this country, but it has been mangled to the point of being unrecognizable and the sad, unvarnished truth is that the political "team" we have all been voting for has either hastened (think George W Bush years spending) or has done nothing to prevent (like, the last six years) the mangling.
Continuing to elect them will only get you more of the same.

Well, no. They have all of Congress now and they can use tools they didn't have before. Like a budget that zeros out money that would be used to fund anything they don't like. Or they could use rescission which has been used many times before. None of these procedures were available to them before.
A couple things that I think are pretty obvious. They knew this was coming and they aren't happy. I'm sure they are looking at every option they can employee to turn this around.
They are in a tough spot dealing with a lawless president who still will be protected by the msm, particularly if he is attacked. Impeachment sounds nice, probably wouldn't work and would likely cost us. But I doubt they are just going to roll over and let Obama bend them over if for no other reason than they would both lose their jobs. And that is something that neither one of the them wants.

Yeah but Hispanics are much more concentrated so their political weight is diluted even if they have more raw numbers. A huge % of Hispanics live in CA, TX, AZ and NY while blacks also live in those states but also heavily in PA, OH, MI. This mindset is counter-productive, especially since WE ALL KNOW that the Senate and House GOP just re-elected the SAME leaders who WANT amnesty! They have both SAID so numerous times!
The GOPe, ie, the "new" Senate will do exactly what the next GOP Presidential hopeful wants them to do. Make no mistake, the next GOP primary winner will be a member of the GOPe.
2016 will be the new excuse not to act, or rock the boat on ANY issue important to Conservatives.
Why is there ANY disagreement on this? Of course the GOP will slap those Conservatives (that just elected them like idiots)....because they hate us with a passion, much more than they hate the left.

For fuck's sake, impeachment won't happen. You need 67 senate votes to impeach.
And yet, Nixon was removed from office without a Senate trial. He was forced out by popular opinion after the House impeached him.

If you think i've stated a logical fallacy, then you have misunderstood something.
Every state produces replacement birth certificates for adopted children which contain information that is not true.
They list the new parents as the parents at birth, and that is just not true.
How is this a logical fallacy?
