Confused Elderly Woman Unsure About Which Party Won Election

Nancy Pelosi thinks the Democrats actually won.

When asked about her vow to win 25 seats back from the Republicans, the elderly lady who has her good moments and her bad moments becomes confused and confuses "winning 25 seats back" with "winning half of the 25 seats in play," almost all of which were Democratic seats.

Well, we did have 25 seats in play and we’ve won 13 or 14 of them. We’ve won a majority of those seats. We lost seven freshmen and we lost three -- [Tim] Bishop, [Nick] Rahall and [John] Barrow. Fabulous people who won in tough districts over and over again. But remember what I said then, it's like the Olympics, it's a little bit on one side, it'll be a fraction of a second, fraction of an inch. That’s how it came down. Of that 25, I think it's 14 of them that we have won. There's one that it's a loss for us, but it wasn't an incumbent. It was Bruce Braley's seat. So that's another seat. But it wasn't an incumbent, it was just that he didn’t win his own district. But in terms of people who are not coming back, it's nine, no 10. It's 10. It’s the three and then seven. Now, we’ll see what happens. They won 10, we won about 14 of them. . . . Of course, no one likes to see their colleagues leave and you don't want to lose, but of those 25 races, we won 14 and lost 10.

The confused elderly woman was reportedly walking aimlessly up and down the street and also being reelected as leader of the House Democrats.

All I see over there are libs saying "a majority didn't vote, so who cares?"

Two things.

(a) winning an election when 56% of eligible voters voted = absolute mandate.
(ii) winning an election when about 40% of eligible voters voted = pathetic, worthless, hollow victory, not representing the will of the people.
(4) IF YOU CAN'T GET YOUR PEOPLE TO THE POLLS, YOU WON'T WIN!

And it wasn't just Mooch. A couple of other prominent Democrats made the exact same mistake with his surname. Braley has to have been sitting there thinking, "How did I let myself get roped into joining this clown circus?"

I've actually worked to understand it and occasionally someone gives me some insight. I once wrote up quite a long comment regarding all the various factors of which I am aware regarding why Jewish people tend to vote socialist.

The one that I thought was most salient was the observation that "socialism" is just tribal thinking on a larger scale, and that Jews have long thought of themselves as members of tribes.

Thinking along the lines of a tribe comes natural for them because it's part of their culture.

There's more to it, but I think this is the most significant insight.

I think this nation was on the brink of going hard left long before McVeigh made his appearance. 1994 was the last gasp of the "old DC" before the leftist structure took complete control. It was also the last election before all the chillren from the public school indoctrination centers became old enough to vote. I don't think McVeigh really changed much at all concerning national politics. The course was already set.

327 Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin
