LMC blog quality control note
For some reason, the comment sections of several recent posts have been loaded with gibberish which includes links and all sorts of references to strange, unnatural, and often anatomically impossible things--forcing yours truly to clear out comments with a blowtorch. Just my luck, I am minding the store and rifling through the LLama fridge while Robbo is away, Gary is doing something productive, Steve-O is observing light blogging rules, and some nuts decide they are going to boost our traffic with porn references.

Here's what you do to get rid of them---if you want to get rid of them. Some people don't bother. I personally hate them, so I slice and dice.
Go to the main entry page (the one where you choose which blog to log in on) and in the lower right corner, there will be "the five most recent comments"---if they're posted by "gibberish," or you think they are, click on them, and it will take you to the comment proper. From there you can delete the comment. You will have to rebuild the blog to show the changes on the blog proper.
One extra thing I do is when I receive a comment spam on a particular post, I choose to go in and close the comments on that post. I've found it saves you a lot of time, because once they've found a post, spammed it, and receive any hits from it, even if they were a mistake, they'll spam it again and again and again.
Good luck, bud!

Hate to break it to you guys, but where did you think half our traffic came from? Did you ever notice what the JPEG names were for 3/4 of the pshops I put up? Who knew there were so many people on the tubes looking for pickies of Melissa Theurieau doing the nasty with Yassir Arafat and a midget goat?
