The Puppies
Monica asked about my beagle puppies: Kiku and Misuke. These are a couple of girls Pep and I got in the fall. They are about 8 months old now. They're house broken, aversive to biting . . . people (each other is another story!) and spayed. What good girls!

Awwwwwww, cute girls indeed. Sounds like a big improvement over the early "sharp teeth and fudge" days. I particularly enjoyed your translation of their "conversations."

Sadly, Chai can't spell one of our puppies names correctly. It's Mizuke, with a "z", not Misuke, with an "s".
If it were Misuke, we'd be calling her "Meez-Kay," not "Me-Zoo-Kay."
I think it's a family thing--her dad and sister think our older Beagle, Woz, is spelled "Waz."
