Cranky Commuter Observation
My local Starbucks is tricked out in its full Christmas rig this morning.
A colleague says we ought to be thankful that they at least waited until after Halloween. Perhaps, but I'm sick of it already. Feh.

While I generally agree most heartily...the red cups they switch to always make me smile. I would be happy if they stuck with them year round.

Seems to me the stores were just waiting to get Halloween over with this year so they could go full bore Christmas mode.

My neighbors had their Christmas lights up and turned on the morning of 11/1. I swear they must have run outside at midnight to decorate.
