True, except change "could" to "absolutely will" and it will be more correct. This election showed that the Dems' strategy of changing the electorate is working well. They want to expand on that strategy and they will continue to do so. It's quite likely that the US will soon be as unrecognizable as Europe is today. The Republicans in Congress have failed, catastrophically so, to take any actions to implement the policies that those self same Republicans claim will improve matters. If those policies are so important and so good and so necessary, then why has legislation implementing those policies not been passed? The Democrats most decidedly are able to pass what the Democrats deem important. Why have the Republicans not done the same?

I see that some are comparing this to 2008, saying it was even worse. Wrong.
In 2008, Democrats still cared about a strong America. They believed in American ideals. Now, they hate a strong America. They care more about the 3rd world they have imported to cause destruction to those that built it. You own your home?? You have savings and investments you worked a lifetime to aggregate? Now, YOU are the problem. And YOU are the target. Because the Democrat party that formerly believed in the American experience no longer does. They care about how much wealth they can strip and mine from those that worked to make it. They care about people that desecrate American ideals and now want to TAKE, not EARN their share. That is the new game. Except it isn't a game, it's reality. And traditional Americans and their beliefs are the targets. The 3rd world makes or builds NOTHING. They only take, take, take, like locusts, leaving fields barren when they move on. We are going to watch the destruction happen in real time. In America. Led by the Democrat party and their new Islamic and Communist factions. Posted by: LeftCoast Dawg at November 04, 2026 06:44 PM (Uvvcx) 51

Minnesota and Michigan show how Muslims can take over governments while being a relatively tiny minority of voters. I don't know the actual statistics, but I suspect that virtually 100% of Muslims voted for the Muslim candidates who won. Muslim minorities "punch way above their weight class." No other groups block-vote like that
By the time Muslims reach 25% of the population, they have completely taken over everything. Even at around 10%, the Muslims are pretty much already controlling large parts of Europe. Posted by: Ralph at November 04, 2026 06:51 PM (8WZD4) Posted by: CaliGirl at November 04, 2026 06:52 PM (czPqD) 60

@54...when Obungo was elected to his first error of socialism, our son in Tallahassee experienced the Gloat.
Odd that when the GOP wins we just live normally and don't rub it in like a 3rd grader who ate too much candy. Gloat must be a side effect of monkeypox. He was at a gas station, all 6'4" of a very handsome young man, and a black dude came over to him for no apparent reason as he got in his car. Said, "We are in charge now, boy." I guess assuming the blacks would take over and enslave us. We are a family who know black people. I was half raised by black women. I had a black surgeon operate on me (my battle cry when people hear I'm from MS). One of son's friends from college who works for his company is black. Totally uncalled for and raciss and big deal in this century. My son ignored him, got in his car, and drove off. Sometimes the swell head gloatation is thankfully brief, altho painful with the monkey pox and now shigella diarrhea. I might accidently run into a pack of arses pointing to mecca due to the sun blinding me on a street. Then accidently back up and do it again, thinking, "Wow, that was a big speed bump!" Not exactly a great insight, but was hinting at the huge potential immigration/border implications of the TX disaster last night.
"Sanctuary" state. Biggest/most important border sector. Ending cooperation with feds will be a huge blow to what is now a fairly secure border. Hope the economic illiterates and whiny foreign policy ignoramuses that helped lose TX will find undermining border security worth it. And speaking of this, there's particularly worse news than the bad news above. At least one survey (which looks reasonable in terms of methodology) shows ICE/deportations as the top concern of Hispanics in TX switching R to D yesterday. "War" not even on the list. For what it's worth, I live in a red county. I went to my local sugary drink place for a consolation treat, and overheard my Gen Z barista gal (loudly) gabbing to her friend. Apparently she usually votes republican.
"Ask me in 2022 how I would have voted? I would have said republican. Both sides SUCK right now." She wasn't happy with either party. I think it was a referendum on republicans sucking, not that democrats are great. But her generation doesn't realize how not voting, because both sides suck, means you let the dems in to cause havoc. I'm kind of laughing at the bravado from Dems and their "subpoena fetish." The actually think that the next two years will be inconsequential. In Trump's first term, he gambled that he'd be a two term President chronologically. Therefore, the last two years of the first term were treated as a lead up to the General election in 2020. The first two years of his second term were active and focused, although with the political equivalent of an "engine governor."
These last two years, however....Trump has nothing to lose. He's not going to be pissing on the next Republican Candidates Corn Flakes because last night's showing was o piss poor, that he can virtually do anything and not cause damage. So, the engine governor is off. And, anything and everything could happen. I just don't see Trump sitting back and waiting out a Lame Duck session. He'll want scalps. The distinctive thing about erasing the border and immigration lawlessness ("sanctuary") is that it by definition affects the entire country, not just a locality or state. As we don't have internal borders. If the new governor can nuke all the ICE cooperation, a hermetically sealed border is the only way to limit the damage from TX.

Seattle has the highest vacancy rate of any US city, nearly 40%. The Socialist mayor response? Free rent of empty spaces, but only for minorities:
The city's Seattle Restored program is offering six months rent-free in vacant shops, plus a $2,500 stipend, liability insurance and internet. The scoring sheet literally asks: "Is the business Woman and/or Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color (BIPOC) owned…?" Target zones: Belltown, Pioneer Square, the Chinatown-International District and the downtown core. Who already left those streets: Nike, The North Face, Lululemon, Vans, Saks OFF 5TH, Hard Rock Cafe, and Amazon Fresh on Pike. Meanwhile the city's Storefront Repair Fund reimburses up to $5,000 per broken-window incident, up to three times a year. Smashed glass is now a line item. An Oct. 26 Chamber/Downtown Seattle Association survey: 47% of businesses seriously considered moving out in the past year. Business climate rated 39/100. City Hall responsiveness: 26/100. Seattle is FOOKED. Posted by: LeftCoast Dawg at November 04, 2026 07:38 PM (Uvvcx) 228
