In No One Is Above the Law News, Democrat Operative and Flake John Bolton Learns No One Is Above the Law

He has pled guilty to illegal retention of classified information. He will pay a $2.25 million fine, forfeit his federal pension, and could spend 60 months in prison.

But, of course, a plea deal means prosecutors have agreed to recommend far less than that, and probably zero time at all.

IT'S OFFICIAL: John Bolton is now a FELON after pleading GUILTY to unlawful retention of national defense information

He and his mustache have agreed to pay a $2.25 MILLION fine, face up to 60 MONTHS in prison, and forfeit his pension.

"As Mr. Bolton just admitted, he put our national security at grave risk in violation of the law," the DOJ said

Give him all 60 months!

This account makes additional claims:

🚨🚨 BREAKING: Former Vice President Mike Pence has been IMPLICATED in The DOJ's investigation of former National Security Advisor John Bolton related to Pence's framing of General Flynn to get him fired, his illegal possession of classified documents and his role in January 6th.

Bolton recently described Pence as a "consistent ally" during President Trump's first term. Pence is reportedly also being probed for unlawful leaks including sensitive national security matters from the Trump White House to the leftist media. Pence and Bolton are said to be facing indictment by a federal grand jury for a litany of federal crimes. They are the very definition of "the enemy from within". May Justice be swift and fierce for these traitors.

Thanks for the head's up to "soap status?" .

The tl;dr is, planes don't work well in t-storm cells.
Even besides lightning, they are full of flying sleet at that altitude, and unpredictable updrafts and downdrafts. Air traffic control is supposed to advise pilots to avoid. Pilot was 20 but her main mistake seems to have been in trusting everyone who told her this storm was going to be fiiiine. It was not fine

Winkler had a good career (albeit not a great one) and at least avoided the fate of a lot of "breakout" TV actors (typecasting and then being case aside).

He was still working in Hollywood up until a few years ago, and may still be working.

Fun fact: he was cast as Fonz primarily because he was so ... short. The original Fonz actor was a tall guy who towered over the rest of the cast. The creators didn't like that so they cast Winkler.

Another fun fact: Winkler is a german jew who got famous playing an italian catholic. And, on the same show, Tom Bosley was also jewish and had a star-making run as an irish protestant. He later played a catholic priest (father dowling) in a successful TV show.

He eventually sought the ultimate power, the power over life and death. Which turned him into a madman, where even evil was good if it served his purposes.

It’s understandable considering the skill and power of the force he had, along with the traumatic circumstances of his early childhood.

His pursuit of power to bring order to the galaxy is ultimately what undid him, and led to his obeying Palpatine and committing the Temple Massacre, after which he could never turn back.

Bret Botox Baier used my timeline & I requested no name attached. Bloody hail I was insane til the election was over.

Months later Romney came up to me in an airport, as I traveled a lot then. I was half awake (but wearing mascara) waiting to board. My dude was off getting coffee as I don't drink coffee on planes and pick at the food. So, grease head came up & asked if we were boarding yet. I didn't look at him & said no.

When I did look at him I was briefly struck that he looked ok then. My dude arrived & I introduced them & we boarded in 1st class. I thought, too, he was without security. Nay. I figured out the 2 guys who came up to him, thanked him for his service (?), sat behind him on the plane.

He walked like a penguin at the airport with an odd, beat up, aqua bowling bag.

This is a true story.

239 231 The distinction is PF (pilot flying) vs PM (pilot monitoring.) Either captain or copilot may have control at a given segment of flight.

Also: any weather awareness deficiencies would probably have taken a team effort.

There is a lot of complaining by older pilots about the new pilot certs that involve a lot of training on simulators, instead of lots of time sitting in seats, flying.

The guy in control at the time of the crash was an old pilot.

Totally agree and far prefer former military pilots.

However, from the little I've read, the "coffin nail" type weather they hit screwed up that little Lear jet.

IF it lost it's horizontal stabilizer in the small cell they flew into, it was literally all down fast from that point. Many commented it was missing when the missile type plane hit the ground at around 600mph or Mach .9 or so. The plane was missing pieces in still photo captures.

No, a 20yr old should not be in the cockpit, no matter how many hours flown. If there's a 65yr age for retirement from commercial airlines there should be a 25yr age or more to fly.
