The Morning Report — 10/22/26

ParisNFL.jpg

Good morning kids. As the late great Rodney Dangerfield once quipped "I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out," and that segues perfectly to in my opinion given everything that's happening in France, the most laughably ridiculous item of the day.

The country best known for its cuisine, its arrogance, and its readiness to surrender at the drop of a hat is scheduled to host a regular-season NFL game in Paris between the New Orleans Saints and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The game is still on for Sunday, October 25, in spite of the fact that the U.S. Embassy in France is warning Americans to avoid areas of unrest in the country.

The million-dollar question is, how do you avoid “unrest” if it decides to come to you? No doubt the orchestrators of the violence will know that disrupting an NFL football game in Paris will get the attention of America. With that in mind, you almost have to assume that the game already has the attention of the “mostly peaceful” violence planners. . . In the face of this, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell feels good about the security measures the league and the French government have in place for Sunday’s game. Of course, that doesn’t speak to the safety of every American fan who will be staying in the city but not under the same protection from armed guards as the players and coaches. You know, the paying customers who will have made the trip across the Atlantic for the game.

Hopefully those unlucky and stupid enough not to have cancelled their trip will be fortunate enough if all they encounter is a mostly peaceful hockey game breaking out or Muslim gang-raping on their way to the game.

And then we have the blathering of this emotionally disturbed yammering sewer rat:

On Tuesday, MS NOW’s The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell made the claim that “America lost the Cold War” due to President Trump’s recent diesel deal with Russia.  O’Donnell launched into his hunch that Trump “now has surrendered” to Vladimir Putin. Also in on the guesswork was foreign affairs analyst and Daily Beast columnist, David Rothkopf, who argued that the president has since gone soft on Russia, reversing all the progress from the Cold War with Trump “doing his bidding”

Funny but where was this douchebag when Jimmy Carter handed Iran over to the Mullahs, the Panama Canal over to Omar Torrijos and Zimbabwe over to Robert Mugabe while pressuring Israel to hand over chunks of its ancestral homeland to Islamic terrorists and on and on. And I'll bet he was as morose as Putin when the Berlin Wall fell and the Soviet Union collapsed, much like Bernie Sanders and his fellow travelers in the Democrat Party, who are now hell bent for leather to re-establish Soviet-style rule here in America while alternately scheming to pack or dismantle the Supreme Court, abolish the Senate and in truth the Constitution amendment by amendment in the name of justice and democracy!

And because of all of that and the platform of most if not all of the current crop of Democrat candidates running in the midterms and sadly a horrifyingly large percentage if not overwhelming majority of their voters... Perhaps O'Donnell's statement that "America Lost the Cold War" might be closer to the truth than he thought, and certainly not in the way he thinks. It is he and everyone like him who has nearly brought us to our knees, so thank you and fuck you Lawrence O'Donnell.

So you can "stop the hammering" ... and the sickle-ing!!!!

Even staunch Lefty Bill Ackman has had enough.

Bill Ackman used to be a reliable vote for the Democrats. Today? Not so much. During a recent appearance on a podcast, Ackman described the Democrat Party as crazy, radicalized, and anti-American.

It is near to impossible for the average voter not to notice what Ackman is describing here, especially with the rise of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).

Good of Ackman to acknowledge this but whether he admits it or not, his party has always been this way, it's just that they did their best over the years to hide it and their totalitarian intentions, to varying degrees of success. Its record of destruction, dissolution and Anti-Americanism is well known, or at least used to be until successive generations of American school children were prevented from properly learning about it from an educational system that is now fully a Leftist brainwashing and propaganda machine.

“Reading, writing, arithmetic, and resistance?

Students across the country have been taught to join the “resistance” against “settler colonialism” while being taught a sanitized view of Islamic jihad, a damning probe into major school districts revealed Wednesday. House Republicans released the findings of their investigation into multiple school districts after complaints of teachers pushing anti-Israel activism in the classroom.  Parents send their children to school to learn reading, writing, and math — not to be taught to hate Israel or embrace radical political causes. Yet that’s exactly the kind of material our investigation uncovered,” Education and Workforce Committee Chairman Tim Walberg (R-MI) told The Daily Wire.

The report from the lawmakers focused on curriculum used at school districts in Philadelphia and Berkeley, where parents have complain

On these and all the other mostly depressing links, 70 by my count, I nevertheless bid you all to have a good day.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • While the separation referendum got the most attention, there were nine others that cover a range of issues, from proposed Constitutional changes to health-care access. Those on immigration reform proved popular.

Got a screening call this morning and stove repair part 1 in the afternoon. My dreams were filled with kids bringing me stuff and asking questions, in an inifinite variation on yesterday's work.

I'll send this over to Annie's Stew for the prayer thread, but I wanted to report that M's grandmother is doing MUCH better, more able to get around, although healing is still in progress. Praise be to God!

So, my question for the Ukraine groupies: how does this all end? Because you sound like Haig talking about Passchendaele.

14 Also in on the guesswork was foreign affairs analyst and Daily Beast columnist, David Rothkopf, who argued that the president has since gone soft on Russia, reversing all the progress from the Cold War with Trump “doing his bidding”

Actually, numbnuts, Trump is doing the bidding of truckers, farmers, and every American who needs to see the price of diesel go down so they don't have to take out a payday loan to fill the tank up.

If Trump did not have to do it due to obvious circumstances he would not be making a deal with Putin at all, other than to end the war, which this deal may help lead to.

So, now we're back in a Cold War?
Putin called Obama and told him the 80s were back on?

The modern NFL is so retarded. I can’t help myself, I still watch because it’s a 50 year habit and I do have a lot of good memories tied up in the game… remembering great players like my all-time favorite Walter “Sweetness” Payton… but my God the NFL makes it harder and harder to enjoy.

But your movement's march through the institutions is complete, there is no organized opposition Party to stop anything, and *these* little monster babies have never heard a discouraging word. The masks are off, and even a cloistered billionaire can't help but see what they are from his penthouses and c-suites.

Sorry, but your despised country-class shouted at the top of their lungs for decades warning of this day, and you ridiculed them, and it took one of your own getting his head hollowed out to make you think twice. Too late now.

While whole articles can be written on unpackaging this insane, lunatic statement, I'm more interested in this constant vilification of Vladimir Putin.

What exactly are Putin's crimes? (insert long list).
How are their crimes and motives any different?

We have the Left boasting about once "regaining power" how their plans, including violence, against their political opponents will make Putin's actions to keep and maintain power look normal.

They tried to kill Trump several times, they killed Kirk, they jailed and destroyed thousands of Trump supporters, they burn down cities, steal trillions of dollars, destroy borders, murder tens of millions of children, tear down statues, hold the nation hostage in refusing to pay ATC and other employees, flood the nation with violent, criminal invaders, permanently mutilate children, cripple the energy and industrial sectors, and work to erase our history, traditions and character.

Most of this is pure sadism and hatred - things that are harder to assign to Putin.

We need Prager to show a graph of societal happiness under each system vs income. Under the Left, the line is close to the baseline, then spikes way up for the nomenklatura.

Under normal USA, the line is much higher, once past the homeless, with a gentle rise at the rich end.

78 Now, the election officials in that most populous county in the country in the most populous state in the union admit their voter rolls are a complete mess. And they like it that way. They don't want to know if their voters are illegally voting, even though it ruins the sanctity of elections and tramples the rights of U.S. citizens.

There is a hypothetical remedy: Article I §5, c 1 in the US Constitution where the House and Senate can declare the seats vacant effectively requiring a new election under applicable law.

But the US doesn't have anyone of character in either House or Senate to even state this out loud.

86 NFL games played overseas have been very well attended**, with the first regular season game in Mexico City drawing a record crowd of 103,467 fans. Overall, many international games have attracted large audiences, contributing to the NFL's growing popularity outside the United States.

Most people who live in these overseas shithouses cannot afford to attend an NFL game. Those large audiences are largely the well to do asswipes who go to be seen and say "look at me look at me!".

There were clues that 'W' was tired of the position and spent the last few years mailing it in.

But what I thought was most revealing was the cryptic statement surrounding the ME imbroglio and Grand International Looting Event that made many centillionaires, was that "Obama isn't a threat, he really has no choice".

From that, I think even a child could understand that at this point in History, the Establishment fully owned what the rest of us called The Uniparty. The Tick-Tock of Republican than Democrat where the Republicans could burden the US with "patriotic" departments and surveillance apparatus (ATF, EPA, DHS, etc.), and the Democrats could grow Leviathan with "Compassion" atrocities like Open Borders, DACA, Obamacare, etc.

158 Far as I saw, the NFL knows they are protected and those orchestrating this know the NFL is protected. Everything the NFL came out and said seemed to indicate this. I expect no consequences for them for having the game.

It's like the argument I was having about all the riots at the DNC that I said weren't going to happen (in 2020 or 2024). The riot organizers know where their bread is buttered.

Zelenskyy will take whatever partition he can get, Putin is the lynchpin. His domestic political situation requires he at least get all the Donbas. That would require Zelenskyy to cede more territory Putin has not captured. That isn't going to happen. And Russia cannot physically get it without massive casualties. And I mean truly massive, so much so that he knows he cannot do it. We essentially have a WWI trench warfare situation with both sides having limited options for advancement.

Putin is in a box, Ukraine's drone activity is doing significantly more to disrupt Russia than vice versa. I don't see a solution. Our diesel problem is a reflection of democrat assholes in the EPA working to limit our refining capacity.

248 Trump should ASAP after the midterms invoke the Defense Production Act to fast-track (will still take years) building refineries in red states.

I think that is the plan. Trump is asking Congress to cough up $1.5 Trillion and that isn't just to pump up RTX and GD.

Restoration of industrialization and manufacturing in the US is going to require far more electrical generation than what is available now—nevermind the data centers. No one wants to invest in a project that will take a half generation from idea to producing energy, they require commitments—ideally from industry but everyone knows that politics can turn around and burn down a billion dollar project like Keystone XL and because the US is ruled by absolute retards and sadists, there has to be really deep pocketed "client" which just so happens to be the DOW.

Because the US is a Low Trust, Post-Modern, Post-Constitutional, Post-Christian society with Communism and Islam in ascendancy, this is the only way.

Get your ass out to the polls now and tell The Producers that you have their back.

251 Wow. I've just been going to my usual morning websites before computer AND LAWNWORK and the dems are REALLY GOING full out Nazi outright telling people what they want to do.

I'm kind of hoping stuff happens to a bunch of them so they can stew in private. The things don't even qualify as human.

I saw Pixy's thread. It had this. I'm not a gamer but damn...

We haven’t heard many details about Microsoft’s upcoming “Project Helix” gaming hardware since the company announced it in March as a device that will “play your Xbox and PC games.” In a new wide-ranging profile of Xbox CEO Asha Sharma, though, Fortune alludes to a dual release strategy for upcoming Microsoft gaming hardware, with “a next-generation handheld device” planned by the end of next year and a 2028 holiday season console release that could cost between $1,200 and $1,800.

At that price point, it better look and function like 25 year old Summer Glau from the Terminator tv series.

271 The picture of the shooter - he looked haunted, possessed.

Thought Experiment:

When you encounter a demon possessed person, lock them in Super Max so that the demon and its corporal sponsor will be removed from the public.

If you just up and execute the human, the demon looks for another host and you are back to the original problem.

That assumes that demons hang out in a body until death. Passage in Matthew 12:43-45 suggests otherwise outside its obvious use as an analogy to "this evil generation"

But the second we--the people that stood by them, that took endless slings and arrows from both sides--refuse to choose their shitbag, weak-kneed faggot Republican, every single one of them sprint out and start campaigning for every Dem they can.

Or a reply-all when you really just need to be communicating with one person. Also happens with group texts. For example, you ask 10 people if they have a particular baking dish available to borrow and one says, "I have it!" Start communicating directly with them about the when and where you're going to acquire it. The rest of us do not care.

Democrat winning the House counts on
- historical trends based on years where more than double the current seats were "swing" seats
- assuming TDS now is as high--or higher--as it was in 2018; and to a lesser extent, 2022
- that the youth and black vote will turn out at presidential election levels
- that all Republicans will turn out at historic low midterm levels
- and a historic realignment of parties with no similar historical precedent driving it, just ... "feels"

Which, I could just distill this all down to:
"The Democrats are going to win big because everyone hates Trump because the polls say so."
