The most likely scenario, multiple people claimed, is that immigration cops are looking into a long-floated rumor that Omar is actually one year older than she has long claimed to be — a tiny detail that may put her citizenship in jeopardy. “The big picture here is a federal judge in Washington, DC, signed off on a search warrant. That means there’s probable cause that a federal crime was committed, and there would be evidence of that crime in the area to be searched, which in this case was Representative Omar’s home,” former assistant US attorney Jonathan Fahey told The Post. Officials from DHS raided the controversial Minnesota congresswoman‘s Washington, DC, home early Monday morning, removing boxes from the residence. . . “This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal investigation.” the statement concluded. The Post also saw agents carrying boxes out of the residence to government vehicles, one of which was white and marked with a pink X. A defiant Omar took to social media following the raid to announce “I will not be silenced” and called the action “an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement.” But Fahey said it’s not easy for feds to get a DC judge to sign off on a search warrant, especially since DC judges tend to be hostile to the current administration’s whims. . . “For a DC judge to sign off on something that’s 20 years old, you have to say you believe there is current evidence of the crime in her house,” he said. “A judge must have been very convinced.” While feds have kept a tight lip on what they’re expecting to find at the Omar residence, one source who requested anonymity given the politically charged nature of the investigation, suggested it might relate to longstanding, unverified claims that Omar misrepresented her age to get citizenship. Omar claims she received automatic US citizenship in 2000 at age 17, granted to minor-age children of naturalized parents — in this case her father, Nur Said Mohamed Elmi, who fled to the US in 1995 from war-torn Somalia. . . . . . The raid, which began hours before dawn, came just weeks after Border Czar Tom Homan revealed that Omar was under an ongoing “criminal” investigation and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin stated on a podcast “something’s going to happen” as investigators look into Omar’s broader family migration story. “Generally a search warrant is occurring towards the end of an investigation because you’re building up evidence that led to this search warrant,” said Fahey. “To get to the point of searching a home, you’ve developed a case for a fairly decent period of time.” Controversy has long surrounded Omar’s marriage to her second husband, Ahmed Elmi, a flamboyant, self-described “dirty dandy” rumored to be her brother and currently writing a thesis about “queerphobia in Kenya” at Bristol University in the UK. Multiple sources agreed that DHS isn’t looking into that marriage. For one, the statue of limitations for marriage fraud ran out five years after the couple divorced in 2017.Here are just a few of her highlights/lowlights courtesy of DiscoverTheNetworks.org Born in Mogadishu, Somalia in 1982 * Daughter of a Communist father who entered the U.S. illegally * Joined the Muslim Students Association in college * Married her own brother to perpetrate immigration fraud and/or student loan fraud while married to another man * Was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in November 2016 * Was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2018 * Member of the Congressional Black Caucus & the Congressional Progressive Caucus * Views America as a nation infested with white racism * Supports the “Defund-the-Police” movement * Detests Israel, Jews, and white males * Was involved in ballot-harvesting and ballot-tampering schemes in 2020 * Favors amnesty & a path-to-citizenship for illegal aliens * Was removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee in 2023A real charmer this one, eh?! Read the full dossier and you'll be projectile vomiting for hours. So, she engaged in incest with her brother and married him. Beyond immigration fraud and gaining citizenship under utterly false pretenses, being perhaps the most preeminent member of the Minnesota Somali immigrant community and an elected national politician, she has got to be up to her eyeballs in the multi-billion dollar fraud schemes that looted the national and Minnesota state treasuries to enrich dozens of her fellow Somalis but no doubt flowed back to Islamic terrorists in Somalia and the rest of the horn of Africa if not elsewhere, to fuel the genocide against Christians, Jews and other non-Muslims there and elsewhere. If there really is any justice in this world, this hideous criminal skank and her entire brood will be removed from our midst. Of course, Minnesota and primarily the Twin Cities being the blue shitholes they are, her replacement will be an Omar replicant, if not in ethnicity and background, then in political beliefs. What the hell happened to my country?! All of that said, sadly, the odds of her facing any real consequences given the nature of our judicial system and its total capture by Leftists, are slim to none, likely none. Just as a refresher, this little recap is from last December but billions are still missing. A staggering $9 billion may have been stolen in Minnesota’s sprawling social-services scam orchestrated mainly by members of its Somali community — a figure nearly equivalent to the entire economy of Somalia. The enormous new estimate is a nearly nine-fold increase from the swiped $1 billion previously suspected, according to federal prosecutors. It also accounts for roughly half of the $18 billion in total federal funds provided to the Minnesota-run services since 2018, the feds said — as Democratic Gov. Tim Walz continues to take heat for his handling of the debacle. By comparison to the $9 billion figure, Somalia’s entire GDP was under $12 billion last year, according to the World Bank. “Every day, we look under a rock and find a new $50 million fraud scheme.” The scheme saw dozens of people — the vast majority from Minnesota’s Somali community — setting up businesses and non-profits that claimed to provide services such as housing, food or healthcare assistance and then billing the federally funded state programs for the non-existent services. The fraud was so enormous that it went beyond the over-billing tactics typically seen in similar fraud cases and instead saw people setting up entire operations — sometimes coming from out of state — to get in on the goldrush of fraud opportunity, Thompson explained. Charges for six more people allegedly involved in the scheme were announced Thursday, bringing the total number of defendants up to 92. Among the latest defendants were two people who engaged in what Thompson called “fraud tourism” by allegedly travelling from Philadelphia to set up a bogus housing aid program after spotting an opportunity to make “easy money” off Minnesota’s programs. . . Much of the funds were sent overseas or else were spent on luxury cars and other lavish items. So far, 57 people have been convicted. The scheme prompted a White House crackdown on immigration in Minnesota, with President Trump calling Somalis “garbage” and Walz “retarded” in November for the scheme that unfolded largely under his watch.Nearly a year later and the President's assessment is still dead on the money. If only the grifters were dead and the money recovered. Oh well. Elsewhere and in a not entirely unrelated story, of course, securing our borders and protecting our citizens is completely unacceptable! New York authorities have refused more than 16,000 federal immigration detainer requests involving illegal immigrants accused or convicted of crimes, including homicide, kidnapping and sexual offenses, according to newly released Department of Homeland Security data. The figures, reported Monday by the New York Post, show that municipalities across the Democrat-led state have declined to honor 16,070 Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainers since President Donald Trump returned to office in January 2025. According to DHS, the individuals associated with those requests have accumulated 52,503 criminal charges or convictions, including 131 homicides, 132 kidnappings and 1,017 sexual offenses. The figures have renewed scrutiny of New York’s sanctuary policies, which restrict cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration authorities. ICE detainers request that local authorities temporarily hold individuals suspected of immigration violations so federal agents can take them into custody. Sanctuary jurisdictions frequently decline those requests unless specific legal conditions are met. While we're on the subject of racism: The CROWN Act was one of the many ridiculous spinoffs of the BLM era. Around half of the states in the country have since passed a “Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair” (CROWN Act) protecting black people from supposed discrimination over their hairstyles. But in another example of the law of unintended consequences, the CROWN Act may be about to get a real workout from a white woman who was fired for wearing a black hairstyle. In September, the Baltimore Rock Opera Society announced that it was hiring Kelly Carnes as its executive director, citing her 21 years of experience and her work with the Smithsonian and the Kennedy Center. In the publicity photo, Carnes appeared to have some sort of Cruella de Vil hairstyle in which one side of her hair is black and the other is white, possibly foreshadowing the racial hair drama soon to get her fired and become a national news story. This comes on the heels of a story we had last week: The BBC is catching heat for an article claiming that the trend of leaving fingernails unpainted is a racist way of pushing “white supremacist standards of beauty.” The national broadcaster interviewed Paloma Buddemeier, a London nail salon owner, who shared that more and more customers are asking to skip the nail polish after their manicures, a fashion trend synonymous with “quiet luxury.” ...Bare nails, Rodulfo bafflingly claimed, “really promotes blankness and this kind of sameness and erasure of culture and identity that is so important to black and brown communities.”Before you say "Meh, this is England," they caught this disease from us but it ultimately will find its way back across the pond to us. On all that, there's plenty of other madness and meshugas in today's linkapalooza, and so as you wade through it, I bid you all to nevertheless have a good day.

I think the fraud, corruption in some states is not overlooked by the feds, specifically the IRS.
It's hidden from them. By Congressional members in on the fraud. In Minnesota it's obvious. In California it's obvious. And so on. One thing is certain, if the feds are not getting their cut, there's hell to pay. The IRS is an "outward" facing entity. It's prime focus is the public, not necessarily state entities like learing centers. Something has already happened. There's no way HSI got a warrant signed by a DC judge that was appointed by Democrats to raid the home of a Democrat politician unless there was compelling evidence. She wasn't in danger of being arrested, so the HSI probably let her attorneys know before hand that they were going to serve search warrants. Lets pretend that it is true that some rando on X claims seeing Ilhan driving away from her house 30 minutes before the raid. Lets also pretend that there was a reason why it was "in great haste" because, as we're led to read between the lines and insert "hauling away incriminating documents before FBI can retrieve them" Wouldn't having foreknowledge of a court warrant search and seizure of evidence, and then removing/destroying the evidence be in of itself a crime? And does the attorney share some of the guilt by tipping off the client? Or is this typical DC Calvinball; and its considered professional courtesy to allow the Democrat time to remove/destroy evidence? Posted by: Community Notes at October 13, 2026 08:25 AM (NzX/y) 79

Here's an interesting tidbit:
If Talarico was really on the verge, almost guaranteed, of flipping Texas--making the kind of history that gets the "once in a hundred years" moniker--then every Dem of any measure of favorable would be flocking to Texas to be seen with and campaign with him. As the saying goes, "success has a thousand fathers." He would be on the shortest of short lists, almost guaranteed to be the Dem Presidential nominee. They'd be desperate to curry his favor. Yet, there are precisely ZERO national Dems campaigning for him. "But what if they don't want to spook his coalition of cross-over Rs who will break if national Dems get involved?" Sure, the coalition that the polling says is holding firm even after Rs have spent millions painting him as a radical Dem? The Rove Coalition is locked-in or they don't exist. On the DVD show, both Rob AND Laura were capable of smart decisions and foolish ones; and Laura and Rob clearly loved each other. The *only* line I can recall from Raymond is when his mother says, "I don't wanna be a trophy wife!" His father snarls, "Trophy wife? What contest in hell did I win?" For if you do, then shouldn't we blame the whole fraternity system? And if the whole fraternity system is guilty, then isn't this an indictment of our educational institutions in general? Isn't this an indictment of our entire American society? Well, you can do whatever you want to us, but we're not going to sit here and listen to you badmouth the United States of America. Gentlemen! So all the lefties were stroking each other over the claim that the bombing of the Russia data center had caused a drop in pro-Trump bot traffic.
Almost all repeating the same claim that pro-Trump comments on their feed had dropped off. "ha, ha! all of the people against me were just Russian bots!!" Yes, of course it was a lie. The data center ran search engine bots, had nothing to do with social media, and there is no statistical meaningful drop in pro-Trump content. X served up a helluva story of Jon Husted's grandfather being engaged to be married after college to Jackie Bouvier (later Kennedy). Her mother had a background check done and found out the guy had zero inherited wealth and was going to have to make his own way in the world, told her daughter the facts, and Jackie broke the engagement immediately.

128 >>I now wonder if the Cornell incident is going to make fraternities more cautious in dealing with women.
Pretty sure the Cornell outrage will be used to end fraternities. As was likely the plan with Obama's Campus Rape Crisis nonsense before it was derailed by the Rolling Stone rape hoax kerfuffle. Posted by: Lizzy at October 13, 2026 08:44 AM (rOKnE) If that happens I hope a number of ex-frat boys declare themselves women and try to join sororities at their schools. IIRC the 2/3 Yandex (Russia's version of Google) datacenters that went down served up a lot of garbage via bots. Not just "pro" or "con" Trump.
The bots infected most every American social media site with disinfo. If the bot traffic was measurably lower, imagine what it'd look like if the same were to happen to the massive Chinese bot farms. Posted by: Martini Farmer at October 13, 2026 09:10 AM (RORbl) 195
Cornell itself will be a huge loser. It's already the weakest Ivy and has bad weather. Soon to be a safety school for places like Vanderbilt.
