Willowed (Talarico Whining)
CNN: Talarico’s 12-day absence from trail becomes fodder for GOP in Texas Senate race He has the flu and is a type 1 diabetic, those two things do not go well together so I understand. I’m t1 diabetic and last time I got the flu I ended up in the ICU. His team says he’ll be back this weekend though. meanwhile Tom Kean in NJ disappears for months with radio silence, comes back and cites vague medical issues, then votes to cut medical benefits. Couldn’t even get the guy to come visit a factory in town before the tariffs shut it down, lmao. Tom Kean Jr. is a worthless piece of shit. He should’ve been aborted. Paxton won’t even debate him and can’t answer any questions about his record without running away but yeah Talarico being sick with the flu is way worse Did not take CNN long to become right wing propaganda. Paxton has ran possibly the laziest campaign I've ever seen, but we're just going to make shit up about Talarico I guess. "Fodder for GOP"? They don't even need things that are real for fodder. They've been calling him a vegan all year and it's not true at all. They just make shit up. The Vigilant Fox 🦊
@VigilantFox A 19-year-old charged with stabbing a man in Pittsburgh so badly his intestines were hanging out was released the SAME DAY without posting a dime. Eight days later, he’s the prime suspect in ANOTHER stabbing. District Judge Dan Butler let Delvin Dobbins walk on a non-monetary bond. Just a promise to show up to court. Pittsburgh Police Chief Jason Lando couldn’t believe he was out. “How can that be? I mean, he just stabbed someone in the stomach a week ago.” And it’s happened before. Two years earlier, Dobbins was let go after a burglary arrest because the juvenile detention center had closed. Two months later, he was charged with SHOOTING a convenience store clerk. Two stabbings and a shooting. The man keeps racking up victims because the judge keeps SETTING HIM LOOSE! - Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Oh, f*ck off, you jihadi:
Footage obtained by the New York Daily News showed police officers carrying the wounded man from a silver SUV and putting him in the back of a black car, which sped off. The unidentified man is now in the hospital, where police officers said he is conscious and receiving medical attention. His wounds are not considered life-threatening, law enforcement sources told the New York Post. A five-year-old was also said to have been in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, but was uninjured. Mamdani called the incident 'unconscionable and incredibly serious' in a post on social media as he announced his plans to get federal agents out of New York City. 'I have called the President; when we speak, I will demand that he ends all ICE enforcement actions in our city,' the mayor said. 'I will not stand by while ICE agents terrorize our communities,' he continued. 'Our thoughts are with the injured New Yorker and his family tonight. We are praying for his recovery.' 'Get ICE out of our neighborhoods. Get ICE out of our hospitals. Get ICE off our streets. Get ICE away from our children,' Mamdani concluded. 'Abolish ICE.' Also, if interested read about the Great Meteor Storm of 1833. That was about the biggest one in recorded history, I think. People thought the world was about to end. That led to the modern astronomical meteor science. It's sort of hard to believe, but up until 1803, astronomers and the physicists of the day thought that the idea of "rocks from space" was pure nonsense, the equivalent of Big Foot and UFOs today. A bunch of peasants making shit up. In 1803, the "rocks from space" hypothesis was conclusively confirmed. I forget the details there. But it wasn't until that Doomsday storm of 1833 that they began to develop the theory of just what these rocks from space really were. Trump’s order, which he signed at a rally in Grand Island, Nebraska, temporarily allows dyed diesel to be used on roads nationwide, sparing users the federal tax of 24.4 cents a gallon. Trump said the change could save truckers about $100 per fill-up.
---- They ought to change the expensive refining regulations. Diesel used to be a by product of refining gasoline; now, it costs more to refine than gas. Thanks be to Billy fucking Clinton. Back in Ancient Greek Homo times, Aristotle decided that meteors were some sort of "vapors" expelled from the earth that combusted in the sky (I don't know if Testicles the Great agreed with this or not). And yet, even after Newton, that view persisted up until 1803. Posted by: publius, Rascally Mr. Miley (w6EFb) at October 08, 2026 09:12 PM (w6EFb) 196

The word "meteorology" which means weather today, came from that Ancient Greek Homo theories. "Meteor" basically means "high in the sky". We had "aqueous meteors", which was water high the sky, rain, snow, hail. Then we had "air meteors". That was wind and tornadoes and storms. The "luminous meteors" which were rainbows and aurora. The the "fire meteors", which are the rocks from space we know. Posted by: publius, Rascally Mr. Miley (w6EFb) at October 08, 2026 09:17 PM (w6EFb) 204

For the Hasan firing squad, I suggest using the same weapon he used (I assume a 9mm pistol) rather than rifles. Rifles are too kind for him.

Posted by: gp a I think he used 5.7mm x 28 FN. Designed by the Belgians for both armor piercing bullets and for very high velocity lightweight rounds. They made it originally for personal defense weapons but NATO never made it a formal cartridge I don't think. Posted by: whig at October 08, 2026 09:32 PM (E4rtv) 219
Nidal Hassan was an army psychiatrist . He shot about 13 people dead and injured about 26 more. He should have been executed long before this. I don't care if he looks frail and weak . He wasn't when he murdered his fellow army members .
